Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of buildings, and particularly relates to an anti-blocking rainwater and sewage pipeline system and a using method thereof.
Background
With the continuous improvement of the building construction technology and the use requirements of building functions, the areas of house buildings and roads are rapidly increased, and the area of the urban non-permeable ground is correspondingly increased, so that the urban total runoff coefficient is increased, and the rainfall runoff flood peak flow is rapidly increased. Along with the rapid development of society and the improvement of living standard of people, the construction management of rainwater pipelines is attracting more and more attention, and the blockage of rainwater pipelines is becoming a prominent problem affecting the normal life of people. At present, the rainwater and sewage pipeline is seriously blocked, and a plurality of inconveniences are brought to the life of people. The rainwater and sewage pipeline is blocked to cause difficulty for people to go out, after the pipeline is blocked, sewage on the ground is unbearable, the environment is polluted, bacteria and viruses are bred, and the physical health of people is directly affected. The main reason is that every rainy day, rain wash the road surface, carry various solid debris, flow into drainage pipe together, the solid deposits because of gravity in the rivers in-process, if can not obtain timely clearance, can block up drainage pipe in the long term, leads to its cross section to reduce, and the water passing ability reduces, and the more so blocks up whole drainage pipe cross section, makes its drainage system lose function, causes the condition that meets the rain must be blocked up.
At present, the dredging method of the urban drainage pipeline mainly adopts common methods such as hydraulic flushing and manual dredging, and the drainage pipeline is cleaned and dredged by a method of grabbing, flushing and sucking. However, the cleaning work is very difficult and the dredging frequency is not high due to the fact that the urban drainage pipeline is numerous and is in underground space narrow. Therefore, a new method is urgently needed to solve the problems of difficult dredging and easy blocking.
There have been many proposals for improving urban drainage, such as chinese patent application No.: 201520419229.9, publication date: the patent literature on the day of 2015 12 month 9 discloses a municipal road sewer mouth filter equipment, relates to sewer mouth filter equipment field of sewer, including the well lid of seting up the wash port, the fixed setting supplies well lid embedding to place on the sewer mouth border well lid seat, set up outer filter basket under the well lid and inlay the interior filter basket of establishing in outer filter basket, a plurality of filtration holes have all been seted up on the lateral wall and the bottom surface of outer filter basket and interior filter basket, the upper portion at the lateral wall has been seted up to the filtration hole on the outer filter basket, and its lower part one section does not set up the filtration hole and forms the holding chamber that can store tiny material, lay one deck sponge on the bottom surface in the outer filter basket, the interior filter basket of this filter equipment can be used to filter great material such as leaf, plastic bag, stone equally, and outer filter basket can precipitate some tiny material in the holding intracavity, and water infiltration sponge is discharged from the bottom surface filter hole of outer filter basket, just so can realize filtering tiny material such as fine sand. According to the scheme, through the combination of the inner filtering basket and the outer filtering basket, the inner filtering basket can be used for filtering larger substances such as leaves, plastic bags and stones, a layer of sponge is paved on the inner bottom surface of the outer filtering basket, water permeates the sponge to be discharged from the bottom surface filtering holes of the outer filtering basket, fine substances such as fine sand can be filtered out, but the filtering impurity removing capacity of the inner filtering basket is relatively weak, the filtering basket is easy to block, frequent dredging is needed, proper dredging time cannot be predicted, and the inner filtering basket is very troublesome for large-area urban use.
For another example, chinese patent application No.: 201621390344.9, publication date: patent literature of 2017, 6 and 27 discloses a sponge municipal sewage treatment system which comprises a sedimentation tank, an overflow tank, a grid tank, a water reservoir and a filtering and sterilizing device which are connected in sequence; the PP rainwater module is filled in the reservoir, the reservoir is provided with a sewage well, a backwash pipe and a lifting well, the bottom of the sewage well is provided with a sewage pump connected to the municipal sewage pipe, the bottom of the lifting well is provided with a lifting pump, the water outlet end of the lifting pump is connected to the backwash pipe through a backwash control valve, and the water outlet end of the lifting pump is also connected to the water inlet end of the filtering and sterilizing device through a reuse control valve; the water outlet end of the filtering and disinfecting device is connected with the recycling pipe, and the sewage draining end is connected with the municipal sewage draining pipe. The scheme adopts multistage precipitation and graded filtration to treat sewage before being discharged into municipal pipelines, and has the functions of sewage discharge and back flushing, but the scheme has the advantages of high construction cost and large use space, is not suitable for large-scale use of municipal drainage systems, is suitable for independent installation of a plurality of large pollution sources, and is discharged into the existing municipal drainage pipeline systems after sewage treatment.

Example 1
The embodiment provides an anti-blocking rainwater and sewage pipeline system, which is mainly used for solving the problem that solid garbage carried by rainwater and sewage enters a rainwater and sewage pipeline to cause the blockage of a residential district and a municipal rainwater and sewage pipeline to waterlogging. In the prior art, a plurality of modes for reducing the blockage of the rainwater and sewage pipeline are also provided, and the rainwater and sewage pipeline has advantages and disadvantages relatively, and has a relatively simple structural form, so that the symptoms are treated without treatment, for example, a simple filtering basket is arranged at a sewer port, the filtering and impurity removing capability is relatively weak, the blockage of the filtering basket is very easy to occur, and frequent dredging is required; some have complicated structure and high cost, are not suitable for being widely used in municipal drainage systems, but are suitable for being independently installed at some larger pollution sources, and are discharged into the existing municipal drainage pipeline systems after sewage treatment. The anti-blocking rainwater and sewage pipeline system of the embodiment can avoid the defects of the scheme, and can achieve better removal of impurities in rainwater and sewage by only partially modifying the original rainwater and sewage pipeline, so that the blocking problem of the rainwater and sewage pipeline is effectively reduced, the construction is simpler, the cost is lower, and almost all municipal drainage systems can be adaptively modified.
As shown in fig. 1, the anti-blocking rainwater and sewage pipe system of the present embodiment is mainly composed of three parts of a sedimentation tank 100, a filtering tank 200 and a filtering device 300. The sedimentation tank 100 is used for preliminarily receiving the rain sewage flowing into the ground and carrying out preliminary sedimentation purification; the filter tank 200 serves as an installation space of the filter device 300, and can selectively further precipitate and purify the rainwater and sewage flowing from the precipitation tank 100; the filtering device 300 is used for final filtering and purifying of the rain sewage, and the water filtered and purified by the filtering device 300 can be directly discharged or discharged into a municipal pipe network. The structure of the parts of the system and the connection relationship between them, and the working principle of the system are described in more detail below.
The sedimentation tank 100 and the filter tank 200 are reservoirs with a certain depth and volume dug out below the ground, the upper ports of the reservoirs are all communicated with the ground, and the upper ports of the sedimentation tank 100 communicated with the ground are provided with the water grate 110 so that rain sewage can flow into the sedimentation tank 100 and enter the system, the upper ports of the filter tank 200 communicated with the ground are closed by the well cover 210, the well cover 210 is opened when maintenance is needed, and the depth of the sedimentation tank 100 is generally shallower than the depth of the filter tank 200 from the aspect of functional requirements of the system. The sedimentation tank 100 and the filter tank 200 are connected through the transition water pipe 400, so that the rainwater and sewage in the sedimentation tank 100 can flow into the filter tank 200, two ends of the transition water pipe 400 are respectively communicated with a water outlet on the side surface of the sedimentation tank 100 and a water inlet on the side surface of the filter tank 200, and the two ends can be detachably connected by adopting engineering plastic nuts. When the sewage treatment device needs to be described, the combined structure of the sedimentation tank 100 and the filter tank 200 is adopted, the rainwater and sewage with high ground flow rate flows into the sedimentation tank 100 to have high impact, the sewage can be buffered in the sedimentation tank 100, the flow rate is reduced, preliminary sedimentation and purification are carried out, large solid garbage is removed, the flow rate of the rainwater and sewage entering the filter tank 200 is relatively stable, the impurities are relatively less, further purification treatment can be carried out in the filter tank 200 relatively comprehensively, the impurity content of discharged water is reduced to the greatest extent, and the combined form is very simple and easy to implement.
Meanwhile, to ensure smooth flow, the transition water pipe 400 is inclined to be inclined downward from the side of the settling tank 100 to the side of the filtering tank 200, that is, to be connected to the settling tank 100 at a higher end than the filtering tank 200. Considering the water flow rate into the filter tank 200, avoiding large shocks, it is preferable to select the inclination angle of the transition water pipe 400 to the horizontal plane to be 5 ° -10 °, in this embodiment 7 °.
The filter device 300 is detachably installed in the filter tank 200, and as shown in fig. 2, a support member 340, such as a support block, may be installed on the inner wall of the filter tank 200 to support the bottom of the filter device 300. The filtering device 300 is mainly used for filtering solid particles in the rain water, and corresponding filtering structures in the prior art can be directly used herein. In this embodiment, the structure of the filtering device 300 is further optimized and improved, and a two-stage filtering structure is adopted, which comprises a primary filtering layer 320 and a secondary filtering layer 310 which are communicated with each other, and a water outlet bin 330; wherein, the filtering gap of the first-stage filtering layer 320 is larger than that of the second-stage filtering layer 310, the first-stage filtering layer 320 is used for filtering solid particles with relatively larger particle size in the rain sewage, the second-stage filtering layer 310 is used for filtering solid particles with relatively smaller particle size in the rain sewage, and the water entering the filtering tank 200 sequentially passes through the first-stage filtering layer 320 and the second-stage filtering layer 310, enters the water outlet bin 330 and is discharged out of the filtering tank 200. It should be noted that, the first-stage filter layer 320 and the second-stage filter layer 310 are distributed in the filter cartridge body, the filter cylinder body is supported and installed on the supporting component 340, in this embodiment, the second-stage filter material 350 of the second-stage filter layer 310 and the first-stage filter material 360 of the first-stage filter layer 320 are layered up and down and installed in the filter cartridge body, and the middle is isolated by the isolation net; the isolation part area in the filter cartridge body is used as the water outlet bin 330, so that the water outlet can be effectively prevented from being blocked, and the stability of water outlet is ensured. The side wall of the filtering tank 200 is provided with a water outlet at the position communicated with the water outlet bin 330, the water filtered and purified by the filtering device 300 enters the water outlet bin 330 and is discharged from the water outlet, and the water outlet is connected with the water outlet pipe 500 through the nut 600, so that the purified water is discharged into a municipal pipe network.
Here, the first filter material 360 of the first filter layer 320 may be one or a combination of a sponge, an activated carbon filter cotton, and granular activated carbon, and in this embodiment, the pore density is 20g/cm 3 -30g/cm 3 As primary filter material 360; the secondary filter material 350 of the secondary filter layer 310 can adopt one or two of machine-made sand and quartz sand, the particle size of the primary filter material 360 is 40-50mm, and the embodiment adopts quartz sand with the particle size of 45mm as the secondary filter material 350, so that the filter requirement can be met. On this basis, the gap between the first filter layer 320 and the second filter layer 310 is preferably 1cm-2cm, so that no leakage of the filter material occurs.
In addition, the inner wall of the filter tank 200 is provided with a ladder 220 from the upper port of the filter tank 200 to the filter cylinder, so that when maintenance work such as filter material replacement is convenient, a worker can conveniently go down to the cover plate 311 at the top of the filter device 300 to operate.
According to the anti-blocking rainwater and sewage pipeline system, through the combined action of the sedimentation tank 100, the filtering tank 200 and the filtering device 300, solid impurities in rainwater and sewage are settled, filtered and purified, so that solid garbage in the rainwater and sewage can be effectively reduced, the problems of urban waterlogging caused by rainwater and sewage pipeline blockage, a series of environmental damage, influence on human health and the like are solved, and the system adopts the principle of graded treatment of the rainwater and sewage, can control the quantity of the solid garbage entering the rainwater and sewage pipeline from the source, further reduces the possibility of pipeline blockage, and has the characteristics of environmental protection, recycling, reduction of dredging workload, easiness in maintenance and the like; it is important to solve the drainage capacity of the rain and sewage pipelines in residential communities and cities.
Example 2
The present embodiment provides an anti-blocking rainwater and sewage pipeline system, and optimizes and improves the structure of the filtering device 300 on the basis of embodiment 1, so as to fully play the combined role of the filtering tank 200 and the filtering device 300.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the present embodiment also includes two filter layers, but the second filter layer 310 is disposed above and the first filter layer 320 is disposed below, and the filter cartridge is formed by combining a plurality of fan-shaped cartridge segments around the inner wall of the filter 200, and a central observation hole 312 is formed in the middle of the filter 300, and the cartridge segments are mutually communicated, so that the internal water can flow, and the bottom of the filter cartridge is provided with a through hole. More importantly, a gap 313 is formed on one side close to the transition water pipe 400, the position of the communication point between the transition water pipe 400 and the filter tank 200 is higher than that of the filter device 300, and rainwater and sewage entering the filter tank 200 from the transition water pipe 400 can directly fall into the bottom of the filter tank 200 through the gap 313.
