1. An adjustable light fixture, comprising:
a lamp socket (1) having a groove (101) formed on a lower surface thereof;
A lamp body (2) provided with a plurality of light sources capable of being radially stretched;
the lamp body (2) is hoisted at the lower part of the lamp holder (1) through the connecting arm assembly (3), and the connecting arm assembly (3) can be folded and contained in the groove (101) through the damping mechanism (4);
the connecting arm assembly (3) is provided with a plurality of connecting shafts (303) with sequentially longer lengths, and the connecting shafts are used for adjusting the extension length of the connecting arm assembly (3);
The damping mechanism (4) is a gas spring, and the damping mechanism (4) is hinged with the connecting arm assembly (3) through a shaft;
The connecting arm assembly (3) comprises at least two component arms;
The split arms can be in a step shape in the length direction and are sequentially and incrementally rotated and folded in height, and the middle parts among the split arms are sequentially and rotatably connected with the connecting shafts (303) with sequentially longer lengths and detachably;
