Referring to fig. 1 to 25, the linkage unlocking type car seat of the present invention mainly includes a backrest 1, a seat frame 2, a recliner 10 and a slide rail assembly 3, as shown in the figure, the lower end of the backrest 1 is fixedly connected with a recliner upper connecting plate 11, the recliner upper connecting plate 11 is hinged with a lower regulator connecting plate 12 through the recliner 10, the lower regulator connecting plate 12 is connected with the rear end of the seat frame 2 (the front-back, left-right, up-down directions are all referred to as the use state of the seat in this application), the slide rail assembly 3 mainly includes an upper slide rail 30, a lower slide rail 31, and a locking mechanism for locking the upper slide rail 30 on the lower slide rail 31, in this embodiment, the locking mechanism has a structure similar to the structure of the patent number 201810259791.8 and is named as a double unlocking type car seat slide rail assembly, the locking mechanism mainly includes a slide rail lock pin 32, the slide rail lock pin 32 penetrates through the upper wall of the upper slide rail 30, and when the slide rail 32 is pressed down, unlocking of the locking mechanism can be realized.
The upper slide rail 30 has a slide rail upper connecting plate 33, as shown, both sides of the seat are symmetrically provided with a back-falling rear connecting rod 4, an unlocking connecting rod 5, a forward tilting connecting rod 6 and a back-falling front connecting rod 7 in this order from the back to the front, wherein the upper end of the back-falling rear connecting rod 4 is hinged with the recliner upper connecting plate 11, the lower end is bent and extended toward the front of the seat and connected with the rear end of the seat frame 2, the upper ends of the unlocking connecting rod 5 and the forward tilting connecting rod 6 are both hinged with the front end of the regulator lower connecting plate 12, the lower ends thereof are both hinged with the slide rail upper connecting plate 33, the upper end of the back-falling front connecting rod 7 is hinged with the front end of the seat frame 2, the lower end is hinged with the front end of the slide rail upper connecting plate 33, and a return coil spring is provided between the back-falling front connecting rod 7 and the seat frame 2, the return coil spring is in a pre-tightening state, upward thrust is applied to the seat frame 2, in addition, when the seat is in an initial posture, the unlocking connecting rod 5, the forward tilting connecting rod 6 and the back-falling front connecting rod 7 are both tilt and the rearward, and the backward tilt is sequentially reduced, the seat rear end, i.e. the bottom of the regulator lower connecting plate 12 is provided with a backrest lock 8, and the backrest lock 8, the backrest lock is reliably locked to the upper slide rail 30 by locking the backrest, and the both.

In order to limit the rotation stroke of the mounting plate 362, the front side of the mounting plate 362 has a protrusion 364 extending toward the side of the support frame 39, and a lug 390 extending toward the side of the mounting plate 362 is disposed at a corresponding position on the support frame 39, where the lug 390 is located right under the protrusion 364, so that when the mounting plate 362 is reset under the action of the reset tension spring 38, the protrusion 364 is just abutted against the lug 390, thereby preventing the rotation thereof.

The position of the installation shaft B85 is slightly lower than that of the installation shaft C87, the lock tongue 80 is rotatably arranged on the installation shaft B85, the lock tongue stop piece 82 is rotatably arranged on the installation shaft C87, the lock tongue 80 and the lock tongue stop piece 82 are both positioned between the ground lock bracket 81 and the lower connecting plate 12 of the angle adjuster, the adjusting plectrum 83 and the inhaul cable installation piece 84 are both sleeved on the installation shaft C87 and are positioned on one side of the ground lock bracket 81 away from the lower connecting plate 12 of the angle adjuster, the adjusting plectrum 83 is rotatably connected with the installation shaft C87, and the inhaul cable installation piece 84 is simultaneously fixed on the ground lock bracket 81 through screws, so that relative movement between the inhaul cable installation piece 84 and the ground lock bracket 81 is ensured.
As shown in the drawing, the main body of the lock tongue 80 is disc-shaped, two locking openings are respectively provided with a rear locking opening 801 and a front locking opening 802, an included angle is formed between the two locking openings, the included angle is about 70 degrees to 90 degrees, the corresponding upper sliding rail 30 is provided with a rear lock pin 300 and a front lock pin 301, the two locking openings are respectively meshed with the two lock pins in two states to realize the fixation of the backrest 1, the locking openings are surrounded by an upper lip and a lower lip, the end openings are formed by surrounding the rear locking opening 801 by the rear upper lip 80b and the rear lower lip 80a, for example, the rear upper lip 80b and the rear lower lip 80a are respectively outwards arc-shaped from the circumference of the main body of the lock tongue 80, the rear locking opening 801 is basically strip-shaped, but in order to ensure the reliability of the locking openings, the distal end part of the rear lower lip 80a is inwards bent and extends to the rear locking opening 801, the slope is larger than the extending radian of the rear lower lip 80a, so that the anti-falling efficiency of the lock tongue is improved, and in order to facilitate the rotation of the lock tongue 80 to enable the locking opening to be meshed with the corresponding lock pin, and the lower lip is slightly longer than the upper lip 80c and the front lip 80 c.

When the seat is in an easy-to-enter posture, after the seat slide rail is unlocked, the seat slide rail slides forwards for a certain distance to give up a larger space for a rear passenger, at the moment, the slide rail is in an active state, sliding is easy to occur under the action of external force, and particularly, when the seat slides towards the rear of the seat, the rear passenger is easy to be injured, so that safety accidents are caused, and the retaining mechanism 9 is arranged on the slide rail on at least one side of the seat in the embodiment and is mainly used for limiting the backward sliding stroke of the seat in the active state, so that the safety performance of the seat is improved.

Referring to fig. 1 to 25, when the seat is in the initial posture, the back ground lock 8 is locked with the rear lock pin 300, the slide rail assembly 3 is also in the locked state, and after the back ground lock is unlocked by the ground lock unlocking buckle 1a, the back 1 is lifted up by a certain height under the pre-compression restoring force of the forward tilting torsion bar spring 370, thereby driving the seat to tilt forward as a whole, and the back ground lock 8 is locked with the front lock pin 301 under the external force, thereby fixing the relative positions of the back 1 and the seat frame 2.
In the forward tilting locking process of the seat, the unlocking connecting rod 5 rotates forwards clockwise, the unlocking plate 35 is pressed by the transmission pin 51, the unlocking plate 35 rotates anticlockwise to press the sliding rail lock pin 32 downwards, so that linkage unlocking is realized, the upper sliding rail 30 and the lower sliding rail 31 can be opposite to each other, the backrest 1 and the seat frame 2 can slide forwards along the sliding rails for a certain distance integrally, the backrest 1 can easily enter the posture, and the backrest 1 can be flattened by the angle adjuster 10 if needed.
Because of the existence of the stopping mechanism 9, the rear-row passengers can be effectively prevented from being injured by backward sliding caused by unintentional touching of the seat, and the seat can be pressed down only by overcoming the pretightening force of the front-tilting torsion bar spring 370 by external force in the falling process of the seat, so that the rear-row passengers can be prevented from being injured by natural falling of the seat, and the safety performance of the seat is further improved.
