Abstract
The invention discloses a forming process of a wrapping-paper-free filter stick, belonging to the technical field of forming of cigarette filter sticks, and comprising the following steps: (a) opening acetate fiber tows by an opening roller of a filter stick forming machine to enable the acetate fiber tows to be in a fluffy state; (b) spraying 10-40% by mass of glycerol triacetate for cigarettes on the surface of the opened cellulose acetate tow; (c) introducing the cellulose acetate tow sprayed with the triacetyl glycerine for the cigarettes into a forming cigarette gun for molding, and introducing steam with the temperature of 100-300 ℃ and the pressure of 0.1-3MPa through a steam pressing plate of the forming cigarette gun to catalyze the dissolution reaction of the triacetyl glycerine and the cellulose acetate tow; (d) and introducing the tows subjected to the dissolution reaction into a cooling pressing plate, introducing compressed air at the temperature of 0-30 ℃, and cooling, solidifying and sizing the tows to form the wrapping-free paper filter stick. The filter tip and the cigarette can be integrally formed when being connected, so that the stability of indexes such as suction resistance, hardness and the like of the filter stick without wrapping paper can be improved conveniently.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a filter stick forming process, in particular to a forming process of a cigarette filter stick without wrapping paper, and belongs to the technical field of cigarette filter stick forming.
Background
The existing filter tip for cigarette is wrapped by filter tip wrapping paper during forming, then cut into filter tip segments according to the required length, the tobacco leaves are wrapped into cigarette branch segments by cigarette tipping paper, and finally the filter tip segments and the cigarette segments are connected into the cigarette with the filter tip. Because the tipping paper for cigarettes is usually thin and the filter stick forming paper is thick, the phenomenon of layering or folding is easy to occur between the tipping paper for cigarettes and the filter stick forming paper under the influence of an adhesive after tipping, the appearance of cigarettes is greatly influenced, and the phenomenon of combustion and air leakage of tobacco leaves is easy to occur, so that the tipping paper has very high requirements on the tipping technology and equipment precision.
Therefore, the invention develops a forming process of a wrapping-paper-free filter stick, so that the filter tip and a cigarette are integrally formed during tipping, and the defects of the prior art are overcome.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a forming process of a filter stick without wrapping paper, in particular to a forming process of an acetate fiber filter stick without wrapping paper.
According to the forming principle of the acetate fiber filter stick, the conventional acetate fiber filter stick is uniformly sprayed on opened cigarette acetate fiber tows by taking glycerol triacetate as a plasticizer, so that the glycerol triacetate is slightly dissolved on the surfaces of the acetate fiber tows to bond the tows together, and then the filter stick is wrapped and formed into the filter stick by using filter stick forming paper. However, at normal temperature, the curing time of the conventional filter stick is about 8 hours, and glue holes and caverns generated on the surface of the acetate fibers can be revealed only after curing due to uneven application of the triacetin or excessively high application ratio of the triacetin.
The invention discloses a forming process of a filter stick without wrapping paper, which is characterized in that triacetyl glycerine is uniformly sprayed on acetate fiber tows, the application proportion of the triacetyl glycerine is 10-40% by mass, the acetate fiber tows are led into a forming cigarette gun for shaping, then 100-300 ℃ high-temperature steam is introduced to catalyze the dissolution reaction of the triacetyl glycerine and the acetate fiber tows, then 0-30 ℃ compressed air is introduced to immediately cure and form the shaped acetate fiber tow filter stick, and if glue holes or solution holes exist in the production process of the filter stick without wrapping paper, the production process can be found in the production field, and can be conveniently adjusted in time.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a forming process of a wrapping-paper-free filter stick comprises the following steps:
(a) opening the acetate fiber tows by an opening roller of a filter rod forming machine to enable the acetate fiber tows to be in a fluffy state;
(b) spraying 10-40% by mass of glycerol triacetate for cigarettes on the surface of the opened cellulose acetate tow;
(c) introducing the cellulose acetate tow sprayed with the triacetyl glycerine for the cigarettes into a forming cigarette gun for molding, and introducing steam with the temperature of 100-300 ℃ and the pressure of 0.1-3MPa through a steam pressing plate of the forming cigarette gun to catalyze the dissolution reaction of the triacetyl glycerine and the cellulose acetate tow;
(d) and (3) introducing the acetate fiber tows after the dissolution reaction into a cooling press plate, introducing compressed air at 0-30 ℃ into a compressed air vent hole arranged on the cooling press plate, and cooling, solidifying and sizing the acetate fiber tows after the dissolution reaction to form the wrapping-free paper filter stick.
Specifically, in order to enable indexes such as the suction resistance and the hardness of the filter stick without the wrapping paper to meet the requirements of the industry standard, the double-opening equipment is adopted to open and loosen acetate fiber tows, and the process parameters of the two sets of opening equipment are respectively adjusted to improve the stability of the suction resistance and the hardness indexes of the filter stick without the wrapping paper.
More specifically, the opening treatment comprises opening roller opening and spinneret plate opening, wherein the opening roller opening is a speed difference formed by enabling the acetate fiber tows to pass through two pairs of opening rollers which are opposite up and down, so that the acetate fiber tows form a traction acting force between the two pairs of opening rollers to achieve the opening purpose, and the spinneret plate opening is that after the acetate fiber tows opened by the opening roller are introduced into the spinneret plate, the compressed air on the spinneret plate is used for blowing away the acetate fiber tows to achieve the further opening purpose.
Specifically, the process of spraying 10-40% by mass of glycerol triacetate for cigarettes on the surface of the opened acetate fiber tows is completed in a glue spraying box, and the acetate fiber tows opened by a spinneret plate are introduced into the glue spraying box and the glycerol triacetate for cigarettes is applied to the surface of the acetate fiber tows.
Specifically, after being tensioned and stabilized by a stabilizing roller, acetate fiber tows with the surface provided with cigarette triacetin enter a steam pressing plate of a forming cigarette gun for molding under the guide of a yarn feeding shaft, and then enter a cooling pressing plate for cooling, solidifying and shaping to form the wrapping-free paper filter stick.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the forming process of the filter rod without the wrapping paper is provided, so that the filter tip and a cigarette can be integrally formed when being connected, the problems that the appearance of the cigarette is greatly influenced and the burning and air leakage of the tobacco leaves are easily caused due to the fact that the tipping paper for the cigarette is usually thin and the forming paper for the filter rod is thick and the layering or folding phenomenon is easily caused between the tipping paper for the cigarette and the forming paper for the filter rod under the influence of an adhesive after being connected are solved, and the stability of indexes such as the suction resistance and the hardness of the filter rod without the wrapping paper is convenient to improve.

Rather, these examples provide those skilled in the art with an understanding of the teachings of the present invention.
Unless otherwise defined, terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein should be construed to have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. It will be further understood that terms used herein should be interpreted as having a meaning that is consistent with their meaning in the context of this specification and the relevant art, and should not be interpreted in an idealized or overly formal sense unless expressly so defined herein.
The forming process of the filter stick without wrapping paper of the invention is described in detail by taking a modified ZL-23 filter stick forming machine as an example, and comprises the following steps:
(a) opening the acetate fiber tows by an opening roller of a filter rod forming machine to enable the acetate fiber tows to be in a fluffy state;
(b) spraying 10-40% by mass of glycerol triacetate for cigarettes on the surface of the opened cellulose acetate tow;
(c) introducing the cellulose acetate tow sprayed with the triacetyl glycerine for the cigarettes into a forming cigarette gun for molding, and introducing steam with the temperature of 100-300 ℃ and the pressure of 0.1-3MPa through a steam pressing plate of the forming cigarette gun to catalyze the dissolution reaction of the triacetyl glycerine and the cellulose acetate tow;
(d) and (3) introducing the acetate fiber tows after the dissolution reaction into a cooling press plate, introducing compressed air at 0-30 ℃ into a compressed air vent hole arranged on the cooling press plate, and cooling, solidifying and sizing the acetate fiber tows after the dissolution reaction to form the wrapping-free paper filter stick.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to the attached drawing 1, in order to enable indexes such as suction resistance and hardness of a filter stick without wrapping paper to meet the requirements of industrial standards and to enable the product quality to be stable, the invention adopts double-opening loosening equipment to open and loosen acetate fiber tows, and technological parameters of two groups of opening equipment are respectively adjusted to improve the stability of the indexes such as suction resistance and hardness of the filter stick without wrapping paper. Referring to fig. 1, a process schematic diagram of a double-opening loosening device is disclosed, the double-opening loosening device comprises an upper opening device and a lower opening device, the opening process comprises opening of opening rollers (16; 26) and opening of a spinneret plate (15; 25), the acetate fiber tows (11; 21) respectively pass through a speed difference formed by two pairs of opening rollers (16; 26) which are opposite up and down, so that the acetate fiber tows (11; 21) form a drawing acting force between the two pairs of opening rollers (16; 26) to achieve the opening purpose, and the opening of the spinneret plate (15; 25) is achieved by introducing the acetate fiber tows (11; 21) opened by the opening rollers (16; 26) into the spinneret plate (15; 25) and then blowing the acetate fiber tows (11; 21) by using compressed air on the spinneret plate (15; 25) to achieve the further opening purpose.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to FIG. 1, the process of spraying 10-40% by mass of glycerol triacetate for cigarettes on the surface of the opened cellulose acetate tow is completed in a glue spraying box (14; 24), and the opened cellulose acetate tow (11; 21) is introduced into the glue spraying box (14; 24) through a spinneret (15; 25) to apply the glycerol triacetate for cigarettes on the surface.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, after being tensioned and stabilized by stabilizing rollers (13; 23), acetate fiber tows (11; 21) with cigarette triacetin applied on the surface enter a steam pressing plate 32 of a forming cigarette gun under the guidance of a yarn feeding shaft (12; 22) for molding, then enter a cooling pressing plate 31 for cooling, solidifying and shaping to form a wrapping-free paper filter stick, steam holes 321 for circulating steam are arranged on the steam pressing plate 32, and compressed air holes 311 for circulating compressed air are arranged on the cooling pressing plate 31.

Claims (4)
1. A forming process of a wrapping-paper-free filter stick comprises the following steps:
(a) opening the acetate fiber tows by an opening roller of a filter rod forming machine to enable the acetate fiber tows to be in a fluffy state;
(b) spraying 10-40% by mass of glycerol triacetate for cigarettes on the surface of the opened cellulose acetate tow;
(c) introducing the cellulose acetate tow sprayed with the triacetyl glycerine for the cigarettes into a forming cigarette gun for molding, and introducing steam with the temperature of 100-300 ℃ and the pressure of 0.1-3MPa through a steam pressing plate of the forming cigarette gun to catalyze the dissolution reaction of the triacetyl glycerine and the cellulose acetate tow;
(d) introducing the acetate fiber tows subjected to the dissolution reaction into a cooling press plate, introducing compressed air at 0-30 ℃ into a compressed air vent hole arranged on the cooling press plate, and cooling, solidifying and sizing the acetate fiber tows subjected to the dissolution reaction to form a wrapping-free paper filter stick;
the cellulose acetate tow with the surface applied with the cigarette triacetyl glycerine is tensioned and stabilized by the stabilizing roller, enters a steam pressing plate of a forming cigarette gun under the guide of the yarn feeding shaft for molding, then enters a cooling pressing plate for cooling, solidifying and shaping to form the wrapping-free paper filter stick.
2. The process for forming a filter rod without wrapping paper according to claim 1, wherein: the opening treatment adopts double-opening equipment to open the acetate fiber tows, and the process parameters of the two groups of opening equipment are respectively adjusted to improve the stability of the suction resistance and hardness indexes of the filter stick without the wrapping paper.

The process for forming a filter rod without wrapping paper according to claim 2, wherein: the opening treatment comprises opening of an opening roller and opening of a spinneret plate, the opening of the opening roller is a speed difference formed by enabling the acetate fiber tows to pass through two pairs of opening rollers which are opposite up and down, so that the acetate fiber tows form a traction acting force between the two pairs of opening rollers to achieve the opening purpose, and the opening of the spinneret plate is to introduce the acetate fiber tows opened by the opening roller into the spinneret plate and then blow off the acetate fiber tows by utilizing compressed air on the spinneret plate to achieve the purpose of further opening.
4. The process for forming a filter rod without wrapping paper according to claim 1, wherein: the process of spraying 10-40% by mass of glycerol triacetate for cigarettes on the surface of the opened acetate fiber tows is completed in a glue spraying box, and the acetate fiber tows opened by a spinneret plate are introduced into the glue spraying box and are applied to the surface of the acetate fiber tows.
