Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of drug abuse prevention and control, and particularly relates to a treatment waistcoat for removing drug dependence on heart addiction and a control method thereof.
Background
Drugs are pain in contemporary society, and the addiction (psychological dependence) of drug addicts to drugs seriously hinders the drug addict's effect. The main reasons for drug addiction are due to drug withdrawal memory, which keeps track of drugs, kits, the process of finding and using drugs and the environment (clues) of drug withdrawal, the feeling of inner heart after drug withdrawal, and the so-called positive belief that inner heart stores drugs. These memories lead drug addicts to be sensitive to drug withdrawal clues, and if no withdrawal treatment is available, the drug addicts always want to use drugs during the period of drug withdrawal; after the disease is induced, the patient wants to take the medicine by heart, and meets the clues of drugs, poison tools, poison friends or temptation, etc., so that conditioned reflex is generated, sensitivity is generated, the medicine is taken by oil to live, and then the patient is eager for drugs, seeks for drugs, and is difficult to inhale repeatedly. The key of preventing relapse after giving up drugs is to abstain from drug taking, and the fundamental treatment of abstaining from drug taking is to eliminate the memory of drug taking from consciousness and subconsciousness, including the elimination of drug taking information, feeling and so-called positive belief. The number of drug addicts registered in the whole country is more than 300 million, the estimated actual number of drug addicts published by the ministry of public security is 1400 million, wherein about 1000 million are invisible drug addicts, and the patients do not enter a treatment place to receive treatment. Even if the people enter a treatment place, the professional psychological dry police in the compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation mechanism in China are few, the drug rehabilitation psychological treatment personnel of the voluntary drug rehabilitation mechanism are in scare, and the coverage, treatment effect and efficiency of the drug rehabilitation treatment are in urgent need to be improved.
Psychologist Francine shariro created psychotherapy technology [1] in 1987 with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), who thought people experiencing psychological trauma whose traumatic experience (including imagery, somatic sensation, taste, smell, hearing and belief) would lock into their own memory network, and the physical and mental world as if frozen. She treated the mentally traumatized group with EMDR with rapid and stable effect, which was recognized by the international psychology community [2-3 ]. The main treatment steps are to trace back the event causing psychological trauma, anchor the trauma picture, feeling and belief with the largest load in the event, fade the picture, feeling and belief of the trauma left in the nervous system through bidirectional stimulation (including guiding eye movement or alternative knocking and the like), and heal the psychological trauma of the patient. The report shows that the EMDR is used for drug addicts, the emotion and desensitization of the drug addicts can be improved, and the EMDR, the intuitional therapy and the structured psychological counseling are combined to remove the heart addiction of the drug addicts, so far, no report is found at home and abroad. The EMDR technology, the intuition therapy, the structured psychological guidance audio and the modern electronic information technology are combined, and the wearable instrument has the functions of testing and removing the heart addiction, and has not been reported at home and abroad until now.
The inventor finds that good memory left by visitors in the past love process can be diluted by EMDR in the practice of psychological counseling of dementias and young workers with loss wounds, and linkage information of the visitors with former men (women) and friends is psychologically diluted, so that the visitors can walk out of the shadow of loss love. In the case of the inventor, the inventor conjectures that the drug-taking is also "HI", excited and the like "good" memory and feeling and so-called positive belief left to the patient, and therefore, the inventor tried to use the EMDR for the treatment of the drug-taking memory depletion, and obtained a good effect. On the basis of 20 years of psychological treatment research on abstinence, other psychotherapy is integrated, and a 'motivation-skill-desensitization-psychological energy, MSDE' intervention mode is developed in 2010, and a desensitization method including EMDR [4] is adopted, so that the addiction-stopping motivation, the addiction-stopping skill, the psychological positive energy and the abstinence are improved for drug addicts, and better effects are achieved [5-10 ];
the introspection therapy [11] is derived from Buddhism, namely a method for perceiving the heart world, which comprises perceiving own breath, emotion and physical feelings, so that the emotion and feelings are released, and the psychology of a practicer tends to be calm; the inventor applies the technology capable of releasing feelings and fading information in the intuitional therapy to the treatment of the withdrawal of the heart addiction through adaptation and innovation in recent years, and after the effect is confirmed by the patient, the technology and the existing EMDR form a new withdrawal treatment scheme for giving up the drug taking and comprehensive withdrawal of the heart addiction, and the effect is confirmed by the drug taking center of the mental health center in Wuhan city in Hubei province and the drug taking hospital in Wuhan south Wuhan province who are intervened in the patient. The clarity, consistency, depth and the craving for drugs and the depth of drug-taking feeling of the patient are reduced from 5 to 10 minutes to 0 to 2 minutes through treatment for 4 to 9 hours. However, psychological consultants are easy to fatigue both parties for drug addicts to treat, have high cost and low efficiency, and are difficult to meet the requirements of the majority of drug addicts.
