Background
In a NR (New Radio access) system of 5G, a cell supports a system bandwidth up to 400MHz at maximum, which is much larger than a system bandwidth of LTE at maximum of 20MHz, so as to support greater system and user throughput. However, supporting such a large system bandwidth would be a great challenge for UE implementation, and is not favorable for low-cost UE implementation. Therefore, the 5G NR system also supports dynamic flexible bandwidth allocation, in which the system bandwidth is divided into a plurality of fractional Bandwidths (BWPs) to support access of narrowband end users, or end users in a power saving mode. The user terminal can support more BWPs, and the operating state of the user terminal will be seriously affected when the BWP activation number is large. In the prior art, the deactivation state of the BWP of the user terminal is configured only through the network side device, which has poor flexibility in performing deactivation control on the BWP, and is likely to cause a large number of BWPs activated and affect the operation performance of the user terminal.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for deactivating control of a bandwidth portion BWP according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:
the method for controlling the deactivation of the BWP of the bandwidth part provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to the user terminal and used for carrying out deactivation management on the BWP of the user terminal.
In this step, the operation states may include one or more operation states, the operation states correspond to preset conditions one to one, each operation state is provided with a preset condition, and when the preset conditions are multiple, it may be set that one or more operation states meet the corresponding preset conditions, the user terminal sends a BWP deactivation request message to the network-side device. In this embodiment, the specific parameter content of the operating state may be set according to actual needs, that is, the condition for triggering the user terminal to send the BWP deactivation request message may be set according to actual needs, for example, in this embodiment, the operating state includes a temperature of the user terminal, an occupancy rate of the CPU, or a channel state corresponding to the BWP measured by the user terminal. The preset condition may include a plurality of sub-conditions, sub-condition 1: the temperature of the user terminal is greater than a first preset value; sub-condition 2: the occupancy rate of the CPU is greater than a second preset value; sub-condition 3: the channel quality corresponding to BWP is lower than the third preset value. The sub-conditions in the preset conditions may be predefined, or a BWP deactivation request message may be sent to the network-side device when one or more of the sub-conditions are satisfied.
after receiving the BWP deactivation request message, the network-side device generates a BWP deactivation response message in response, where the BWP deactivation response message may indicate whether to reject the BWP deactivation request of the user terminal. In this step, the network side device may determine whether to reject the BWP deactivation request of the user terminal this time according to the actual situation, for example, all BWPs have service data transmission or are about to perform data service transmission, and the network side device may reject the BWP deactivation request of the user terminal this time; if the BWP is in the idle state, the user terminal may be granted the BWP deactivation request of this time.
In this step, after receiving a BWP deactivation response message sent by a network side device, a user terminal maintains an active state of a current BWP if the BWP deactivation response message indicates rejection of a BWP deactivation request; and if the BWP deactivation response message indicates that the BWP deactivation request is agreed, performing deactivation operation on the corresponding BWP.
It should be noted that the BWP in which the user terminal is in the active state may be the BWP activated by the network-side device through the activation instruction.
In this way, in the embodiment of the present invention, if the operating state of the user terminal meets the preset condition, a BWP deactivation request message is sent to the network side device; receiving a BWP deactivation response message sent by the network side equipment according to the BWP deactivation request message; and determining whether to perform deactivation operation on the BWP of the user terminal in the activated state according to the BWP deactivation response message. The user terminal can send the BWP deactivation request message to the network side device according to the running state of the user terminal, so as to realize the deactivation control of the BWP of the user terminal, thereby improving the flexibility of the BWP deactivation control. Meanwhile, the influence of the BWP on the performance of the user terminal can be effectively avoided.
It should be noted that the sending manner of the BWP deactivation request message may be set according to actual needs, for example, in this embodiment, the BWP deactivation request message is carried in the capability update message of the ue, or the BWP deactivation request message is an independent message.
When the BWP deactivation request message is an independent message, the signaling for transmitting the BWP deactivation request message may include radio resource control protocol RRC signaling, medium access control MAC signaling, or physical layer signaling.
In this embodiment, the parameter carried by the BWP deactivation request message may be set according to actual needs, for example, the BWP deactivation request message carries a request instruction for deactivating BWP.
In an embodiment, the BWP deactivation request message may only carry a request indication to deactivate BWP; in another embodiment, the BWP deactivation request message may also carry other parameters. For example, the BWP deactivation request message may also carry identification information of the target BWP requested to be deactivated or the number of the BWPs requested to be deactivated. For example, the number of BWPs that need to be deactivated or the identification information of the target BWPs that need to be deactivated may be indicated by one or more bits.
In this embodiment, the user terminal may determine the number of BWPs that need to be deactivated and/or the identification information of the target BWPs that need to be deactivated according to its current operating state. Specifically, if the identification information of the target BWP requested to be deactivated is carried, the index of the target BWP or the attribute for identifying the target BWP may be directly carried in the BWP deactivation request message, that is, the identification information includes the index of the BWP or the attribute for identifying the BWP. The index is a number of a set of attributes of a BWP, where the attributes of the BWP may include frequency point, bandwidth, and other information of the BWP. For example, the bandwidth range of the deactivated BWP may be directly carried in the BWP deactivation request message, thereby indicating that the user terminal suggests the deactivated BWP.
Further, the BWP deactivation request message may also carry a deactivation time suggested by the ue. In this embodiment, the network side device may deactivate BWP of the user terminal at the network side according to the deactivation time suggested by the user terminal. In other embodiments, other times may be determined by themselves.
It should be noted that the BWP deactivation response message is used to indicate approval or rejection of the BWP deactivation request. Since there are many situations for the content carried in the BWP deactivation request message, there may be many situations for the content of the BWP deactivation response message sent when the network side device agrees to the deactivation request of the user terminal, which will be described in detail below.
When the BWP deactivation request message of the ue only carries the request indication for deactivating the BWP, the network-side device may determine the index of the deactivated BWP or the attribute for identifying the BWP by itself, and then generate the BWP deactivation response message carrying the index of the deactivated BWP or the attribute for identifying the BWP.
When the BWP deactivation request message of the user terminal carries the number of BWPs requested to be deactivated, the network-side device may determine the index of the deactivated BWPs or the attribute for identifying the BWPs according to the number of BWPs deactivated by the user terminal, or may determine the number of the deactivated BWPs by itself, and determine the index of the deactivated BWPs or the attribute for identifying the BWPs; and then generates a BWP deactivation response message carrying the index of the deactivated BWP or the attribute for identifying the BWP.
When the BWP deactivation request message of the user terminal carries the identification information of the deactivated target BWP, the network-side device may only indicate agreement to the deactivation request in the BWP deactivation response message; or the network side device may decide to deactivate the BWP, and then generate an index carrying the deactivated BWP or a BWP deactivation response message for identifying the attribute of the BWP; the BWPs deactivated by the network-side device may only include part or all of the target BWPs; other BWPs other than the target BWP may be included; it is also possible to include part or all of the target BWP, and other BWPs in addition to the target BWP.
Further, referring to fig. 2, after the step 103, the method further includes:
step 105, if determining to deactivate the BWP in the activated state according to the BWP deactivation response message, deactivating the BWP indicated in the BWP deactivation response message, or deactivating the target BWP requested to be deactivated by the user terminal.
In this embodiment, if the network-side device rejects the BWP deactivation request of the user terminal, the user terminal directly maintains the active state of the current BWP, and when the operating state of the user terminal further deteriorates, the user terminal may further send the BWP deactivation request to the network-side device again. If the network-side device determines that the BWP needs to be deactivated, the network-side device may deactivate the BWP determined to be deactivated, in this embodiment, the BWP determined to be deactivated by the network-side device may directly indicate in the BWP deactivation response message, or indicate in the BWP deactivation response message that the BWP determined to be deactivated proposes the deactivated target BWP for the user terminal.
In this embodiment, the network-side device determines that the user terminal deactivates one or more BWPs, and in other embodiments, the network-side device may only indicate the number of BWPs allowed to be deactivated by the user terminal, and the user terminal may determine to deactivate one or more BWPs by itself, and finally report the BWPs to the network-side device.
Further, referring to fig. 3, before the step 101, the method further includes:
In this step, the configuration information configuration that is sent by the network-side device may be preconfigured or received to allow the user terminal to request the BWP deactivation operation, and only under the condition that the user terminal performs the BWP deactivation request operation, the user terminal sends the BWP deactivation request message according to its own operating state, so as to improve the pertinence of the BWP deactivation request operation, reduce the number of BWP deactivation request messages processed by the network-side device, and reduce the pressure of the network-side device.
Referring to fig. 4, the present invention also provides a deactivation control method of a bandwidth part BWP, the method including:
the method for controlling the deactivation of the BWP of the bandwidth part provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to network side equipment and is used for carrying out deactivation management on the BWP of a user terminal.
After receiving a BWP deactivation response message sent by a network side device, a user terminal keeps the activation state of the current BWP if the BWP deactivation response message indicates rejection of a BWP deactivation request; and if the BWP deactivation response message indicates that the BWP deactivation request is agreed, performing deactivation operation on the corresponding BWP.
It should be noted that the BWP in which the user terminal is in the active state may be the BWP activated by the network-side device through the activation instruction
In this way, in the embodiment of the present invention, a BWP deactivation request message sent by a user terminal when an operating state meets a preset condition is received; and sending a BWP deactivation response message to the user terminal according to the BWP deactivation request message, wherein the BWP deactivation response message is used for the user terminal to determine whether to deactivate the BWP of the user terminal in the activated state.
When the BWP deactivation request message of the ue carries the deactivated target BWP, the network-side device may only indicate agreement to the deactivation request in the BWP deactivation response message; or the network side device may decide to deactivate the BWP, and then generate an index carrying the deactivated BWP or a BWP deactivation response message for identifying the attribute of the BWP; the BWPs deactivated by the network-side device may only include part or all of the target BWPs; other BWPs other than the target BWP may be included; it is also possible to include part or all of the target BWP, and other BWPs in addition to the target BWP.

As shown in fig. 5, the user terminal includes:

Meanwhile, the influence of the BWP on the performance of the user terminal can be effectively avoided.
