an electrical equipment junction box capable of preventing violent plugging comprises a sealing bottom box, an opening box and a cover plate which are sequentially overlapped, wherein the upper side and the lower side of the opening box are of an opening structure, a lead-in wire port and a lead-out wire hole are respectively arranged on the two sides of the opening box, the number of the lead-out wire holes is set according to the actual use condition, two symmetrical slide bars are arranged on the inner wall of the opening box in the length direction, a distributing plate which is connected with the two slide bars in a sliding mode is arranged between the two slide bars, an insulating rod which is arranged in parallel with the distributing plate is arranged inside the opening box, a plurality of wiring terminals are mounted on the insulating rod, a plurality of wire passing holes are formed in the distributing plate, wire bunchers which are in butt joint with the wire passing holes are arranged in each wire passing hole, the wire bunchers, the wiring terminals and the lead-out wire holes; the wiring device comprises a branching pipe which is in butt joint with the wiring hole on the branching plate, the branching pipe is provided with a branching pipe external thread, a thread sleeve which is rotatably connected with the branching pipe external thread is sleeved on the outer wall of the branching pipe, the front end of the thread sleeve is provided with a plurality of elastic sheets which are arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer wall of the thread sleeve, the front ends of the elastic sheets are inwards closed, and the front ends of the elastic sheets are provided with inwards bent inner hooks.
The wiring terminal comprises an insulating base fixedly connected with an insulating rod and a partition plate positioned above the insulating base, wherein a lead-in wire cavity for installing a lead-in wire and a lead-out wire cavity for installing a lead-out wire are respectively arranged at two sides of the partition plate, the upper part of the insulating base is a groove, a conducting strip which penetrates through the partition plate and is respectively extended into the lead-in wire cavity and the lead-out wire cavity is laid in the groove, openings are respectively arranged at one sides, far away from each other, of the lead-in wire cavity and the lead-out wire cavity, a screw hole plate is arranged at the top of the lead-in wire cavity, an extrusion screw rotatably connected with the screw hole plate is inserted in the screw hole plate, an extrusion disc is arranged at the lower end of the extrusion screw, the extrusion disc; the top of the inserting nail is positioned above the isolation plate and is provided with an elastic plate, an insulating nail which is convenient for an operator to install and operate is arranged above the elastic plate, the bottom of the elastic plate is provided with a plurality of tension springs, and the lower ends of the tension springs are fixed on the top surface of the isolation plate.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention: the cover plate is provided with four cover plate screw holes which are distributed in a rectangular shape, the opening box is provided with a first screw hole matched with the cover plate screw holes in position, the opening box is further provided with four second screw holes penetrating through the box body of the opening box along the height direction, screws are inserted into the cover plate screw holes and the first screw holes to fix the opening box with the cover plate, and the opening box is fixed with the sealing bottom box through the second screw holes and corresponding holes in the sealing bottom box.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the wiring board is arranged and is in sliding connection with the opening box, so that the orderly arrangement of a plurality of strands of combined wiring harnesses in the device is facilitated, meanwhile, the wiring harness device with the elastic sheet is arranged on the wiring board and is in contact with the wiring harness pipe through the elastic sheet after the wiring harness device is installed, when violence pulling occurs, the combined wiring harnesses can be quickly inserted into the wiring harness pipe, the continuous outward pulling of the wiring harnesses is stopped immediately, the damage caused by violence pulling is avoided, and the possible loss caused by instantaneous power failure can be avoided to a certain extent when a violent incident occurs;
2. the wiring terminal has an ingenious structure, the lead-in wire and the lead-out wire are separately installed, the safety in the wiring process is ensured, the installation mode is simple, and the maintenance is convenient;
3. the sealed end box, the opening box and the cover plate which are sequentially overlapped are different from the conventional terminal box double-box design, so that the opening box is convenient to completely disassemble and maintain, the cover plate is only required to be taken down during inspection, the inspection efficiency is high, the sealed end box is not required to be disassembled when the opening box is disassembled, and the positioning and the installation after the maintenance are convenient.
