The two contacts 411 are connected with the pre-pressing electrode 12 through a cable 13, and the cable 13 penetrates through the round tube 42 and the lamp post 3.
In order to facilitate the adjustment of the angle of the lamp cap 5 and also in order to prevent the lamp cap 5 from loosening, an adjusting screw 22 for adjusting the pre-tightening force between the power receiving part 2 and the ball head 1 is further arranged between the two power receiving part connecting plates 21.
