Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sanitary ware, in particular to a toilet brush, a sterilizing friction pad and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
Prior art toilet brushes typically include a handle and a brush head, wherein the brush head has insoluble bristles, which may be formed of nylon or similar materials. The toilet brush can only remove surface stains, but has poor treatment effect on bacteria and viruses. It is used in combination with bleaching agent or other cleaning agent. And the stains are easy to remain in the gaps among the brush hairs and spread everywhere along with the placement, movement and use of the toilet brush.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem of easy residual stains in the gaps between the brush hairs, the invention provides a toilet brush as a solution;
the invention provides a degerming friction pad and a manufacturing method of the degerming friction pad, which are used for achieving degerming by matching with a toilet brush.
The technical proposal is as follows:
a toilet brush comprises a brush rod and a brush head connected to one end of the brush rod, wherein the brush head comprises an elastic degerming friction pad, and the edge of the degerming friction pad bulges to form an extension part.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: in order to avoid the problem that dirt is easy to remain among bristles of the traditional toilet brush, the toilet brush provided by the invention adopts a bristle-free design innovatively, and adopts an elastic degerming friction pad as a wiping main body to erase the dirt. However, in practical use, it is found that the toilet brush is mainly used for wiping surfaces of sanitary ware having various shapes such as a washing basin, a toilet, etc., so that it is difficult to clean the sanitary ware comprehensively only by using the sterilizing friction pad having a fixed area and ductility. Without solving the problem, the invention adds an extension part on the edge of the degerming friction pad, and the extension part is a structure which forms a bulge by making the local area size at the edge of the degerming friction pad interference. When the cleaning device is used, the brush head is pressed by the brush rod, so that the degerming friction pad is attached to the surface of the cleaning device, and the stretching degree of the extension part can be adjusted by the force of pressing the brush rod so as to adapt to the surface shape of the cleaning device, and the cleaning is convenient.
Further, the brush head further comprises a supporting plate, and the supporting plate is connected to one end of the brush rod.
The brush head also includes a support plate for providing support for the sterile friction pad so that the sterile friction pad can be deployed and uniformly forced against the sanitary ware.
Further, the degerming friction pad is sleeved on the surface of the supporting plate.
In order to ensure that the degerming friction pad and the supporting plate have excellent connection strength, the situations of slipping, separating, breaking and the like in the using process are avoided. The invention adopts a twice injection molding process to integrally treat the degerming friction pad and the supporting plate, namely, the degerming friction pad is formed by twice injection molding on the surface of the supporting plate.
Further, the surface of the degerming friction pad is rectangular.
In order to adapt to the scrubbing work of sanitary ware with different shapes, the degerming friction pad is designed to be rectangular. The lengths of two adjacent sides are different, when the rectangular short sides are required to extend into a narrow space for wiping, the rectangular long sides are required to be used for wiping a large area, so that time and labor are saved.
Furthermore, two symmetrical end surfaces of the degerming friction pad are provided with drag reduction grooves.
The working principle of the sterilizing friction pad is that the sterilizing friction pad and the contact surface of the sanitary ware generate larger friction force to remove stains. However, too much friction affects the wiping action, making the toilet brush difficult to push. Therefore, a drag reduction groove is arranged on the end face of the degerming friction pad so as to properly weaken redundant friction force.
Further, the surface of the degerming friction pad is provided with grind lines.
When wiping stubborn stains, the surface evenly stressed by the degerming friction pad is singly used for wiping and is difficult to remove. The grind is thus provided at the center of the surface of the sterilized friction pad. The positions of the grinding lines are the joints of the brush rod and the brush head. So that the force applied to the brush rod can be transmitted to the grind position to the greatest extent. Through the design, the pressure to the brush rod can be increased, and the refractory materials can be removed by repeated friction of the grind lines.
A degerming friction pad comprises the following components: 95% -99.5% of plastic and 0.5% -5% of degerming agent.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the degerming agent is added into the degerming friction pad material of the toilet brush, so that the toilet brush can remove stains and simultaneously finish sterilization and disinfection, and the operation steps of using the toilet brush together with the preparation such as bleaching agent, disinfectant and the like are omitted.
Further, the degerming agent comprises the following components: 5-10% of surfactant, 5-10% of glutaraldehyde, 40-60% of hydrogen peroxide and 30-50% of activated carbon.
A manufacturing method of a degerming friction pad comprises the following steps:
s1: heating the plastic material to a molten state;
s2: adding a degerming agent into a molten plastic material, and mixing and stirring;
s3: injecting the melt mixed by the paddles into a feed inlet of an injection molding machine;
s4: and (5) performing injection molding processing to obtain the molded degerming friction pad.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: in the processing process of the degerming friction pad, degerming agent components are directly added into molten plastic for mixing and stirring, and then injection molding is carried out by an injection molding machine. Simple process and obvious effect.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the brush structure is omitted, so that the problem of residual stains in the gap between the brush hairs is avoided, and meanwhile, the design that the surface area of the degerming friction pad can be changed through the extension part enables the toilet brush to have stronger adaptability and practicability. Meanwhile, the degerming agent is added into the degerming friction pad material, so that the toilet brush has the functions of sterilization and disinfection while removing stains. Simplifying the original tedious cleaning and disinfection steps. Drawings

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a toilet brush including a brush bar 1 and a brush head 2 connected to one end of the brush bar 1, the brush head 2 including a sterilizing friction pad 21 having elasticity, and an edge of the sterilizing friction pad 21 is protruded to form an extension 211.
In order to avoid the problem that dirt is easy to remain among bristles of the conventional toilet brush, the toilet brush provided by the invention adopts a bristle-free design innovatively, and adopts the elastic degerming friction pad 21 as a wiping main body to wipe out the dirt. However, in practical use, it has been found that the toilet brush is mainly used for wiping surfaces of sanitary ware having various shapes such as a sink, a toilet bowl, etc., and thus it is difficult to clean the entire surface by using only the sterilizing friction pad 21 having a fixed area and ductility. In order to solve the problem, the present invention adds an extension 211 to the edge of the sterilization friction pad 21, and the extension 211 is formed to be raised by making the size of a partial area at the edge of the sterilization friction pad 21 interfere with each other. When the brush is used, the brush head 2 is pressed by the brush rod 1, so that the sterilizing friction pad 21 is attached to the surface of the to-be-cleaned appliance, and the stretching degree of the extension part 211 can be adjusted by the force of pressing the brush rod 1 so as to adapt to the surface shape of the to-be-cleaned appliance, and the cleaning is convenient.
Further, the brush head 2 further comprises a support plate 22, and the support plate 22 is connected to one end of the brush rod 1.
The brush head 2 further comprises a support plate 22 for providing support for the sterile friction pad 21, allowing the sterile friction pad 21 to be deployed and to wipe the sanitary ware with even force.
Further, the degerming friction pad 21 is hollow to form a hollow cavity, and the degerming friction pad 21 is sleeved on the surface of the supporting plate 22 through the hollow cavity.
For convenient replacement, washing degerming friction pad 21, design degerming friction pad 21 to hollow structure, degerming friction pad 21 divide into top surface and bottom surface, and the bottom surface is used for wiping, and the top surface can have very elastic telescopic hole, and telescopic hole and degerming friction pad 21 cavity intercommunication. The support plate 22 connected to one end of the brush rod 1 is plugged into the hollow cavity through the telescopic hole, so that the installation of the sterilization friction pad 21 can be completed.
Further, the surface of the degerming friction pad 21 is rectangular.
To accommodate the scrubbing work of sanitary ware of various shapes, the sterilizing friction pad 21 is designed in a rectangular shape. The lengths of two adjacent sides are different, when the rectangular short sides are required to extend into a narrow space for wiping, the rectangular long sides are required to be used for wiping a large area, so that time and labor are saved.
Further, the symmetrical two end surfaces of the degerming friction pad 21 are provided with drag reduction grooves 212.
The working principle of the sterilizing friction pad 21 is that the contact surface of the sterilizing friction pad 21 and a sanitary ware generates larger friction force to remove stains. However, too much friction affects the wiping action, making the toilet brush difficult to push. A drag reduction groove 212 is provided on the end face of the degerming friction pad 21 to properly attenuate the excessive friction force.
Further, the surface of the degerming friction pad 21 is provided with grind patterns 213.
When wiping a stubborn stain, it is difficult to remove the stubborn stain by wiping only the surface uniformly stressed by the degerming friction pad 21. The grind 213 is thus provided at the center of the surface of the sterilization friction pad 21. The position of the grind pattern 213 is the joint of the brush rod 1 and the brush head 2. So that the force applied to the brush bar 1 can be maximally transferred to the grind 213. By this design, the refractory material can be removed by repeatedly rubbing the refractory material with the grind pattern 213 by increasing the pressure to the brush rod 1.
A sterilized friction pad 21 comprising the components: 95% -99.5% of plastic and 0.5% -5% of degerming agent.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the degerming agent is added into the degerming friction pad 21 material of the toilet brush, so that the toilet brush can remove stains and simultaneously finish sterilization and disinfection, and the operation steps of the preparation such as bleaching agent, disinfectant and the like which are matched when the toilet brush is used are omitted.
Further, the degerming agent comprises the following components: 5-10% of surfactant, 5-10% of glutaraldehyde, 40-60% of hydrogen peroxide and 30-50% of activated carbon.
A method for manufacturing a degerming friction pad 21, comprising the following steps:
s1: heating the plastic material to a molten state;
s2: adding a degerming agent into a molten plastic material, and mixing and stirring; degerming
S3: injecting the melt mixed by the paddles into a feed inlet of an injection molding machine;
s4: injection molding is performed to obtain a molded sterilized friction pad 21.
In the processing process of the degerming friction pad 21, degerming agent components are directly added into molten plastic for mixing and stirring, and then injection molding is carried out by an injection molding machine. Simple process and obvious effect.
The elimination of the bristle structure prevents the problem of residual dirt in the bristle gap, and the design of the surface area of the degerming friction pad 21 can be changed through the extension 211, so that the toilet brush has stronger adaptability and practicability. Meanwhile, the degerming agent is added into the degerming friction pad 21 material, so that the toilet brush has the functions of sterilization and disinfection while removing stains. Simplifying the original tedious cleaning and disinfection steps.
