Abstract
The invention discloses an electronic part pattern configuration system and method working in cooperation with a circuit layout system. The system and the circuit layout system work cooperatively and are used for operating the use end of the circuit layout system to set the electronic part parameters of the electronic part pattern to be generated, then the electronic part parameters are converted into the electronic part pattern specification adopted by the circuit layout system, the characteristic value of the electronic part pattern is calculated according to the electronic part pattern specification and the electronic part pattern building rule, and finally the electronic part pattern is built on the circuit layout system according to the characteristic value.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a technical solution for disposing electronic component patterns, and more particularly, to a technical solution for disposing electronic component patterns in cooperation with a circuit layout system.
Background
In the field of current printed circuit layout (PCB layout), a circuit layout engineer draws a pattern (font) of a desired electronic component and creates a pattern database for subsequent circuit layout.
As various electronic components and printed circuit board technologies are continuously developed, circuit layout engineers are required to add and modify the contents of the pattern database. In addition, because the work of drawing the electronic part pattern needs to continuously refer to the part pattern building specification, the complicated and monotonous work flow is very easy to cause the drawing error of a circuit layout engineer in the process of drawing the pattern, and further the correctness of the subsequent circuit layout is influenced.
In summary, how to provide a solution to the above-mentioned problems is a technical problem to be solved in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
To solve the above problems, the present invention provides a layout scheme for electronic components cooperating with a circuit layout system.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides an electronic component pattern layout system cooperating with a circuit layout system. The system and the circuit layout system work cooperatively and comprise a pattern establishing human-computer interface, a data conversion module, an establishing rule module, a characteristic operation module and a part pattern establishing module. The pattern-building man-machine interface is used for operating the external use end of the circuit layout system so as to set the electronic part parameters of the electronic part pattern to be generated. The data conversion module is connected with the pattern establishment human-computer interface and converts the electronic part parameters into the electronic part pattern specification adopted by the circuit layout system. The rule building module is used for the user end to set the electronic part pattern building rule. The characteristic operation module is connected with the data conversion module and the establishment rule module, and calculates the characteristic value of the electronic part pattern according to the electronic part pattern specification and the electronic part pattern establishment rule. The part pattern establishing module is connected with the characteristic operation module and the pattern establishing human-computer interface, and the part pattern establishing module establishes the electronic part pattern on the circuit layout system according to the characteristic value.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for configuring patterns of electronic components in cooperation with a circuit layout system. The method works in conjunction with a circuit layout system and comprises the steps of: operating an external use end of the circuit layout system to set electronic part parameters of an electronic part pattern to be generated, converting the electronic part parameters into an electronic part pattern specification adopted by the circuit layout system, setting an electronic part pattern building rule by the use end, calculating a characteristic value of the electronic part pattern according to the electronic part pattern specification and the electronic part pattern building rule, and building the electronic part pattern on the circuit layout system according to the characteristic value.
In summary, the electronic component pattern layout system and method provided by the invention can rapidly generate the pattern of the designated electronic component to replace the work mode manually drawn by the circuit layout engineer in the past.

Detailed Description
Specific examples are described below to illustrate embodiments of the invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a system diagram of an electronic component design layout system 1 cooperating with a circuit layout system according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The electronic component pattern configuration system and the circuit layout system cooperate with each other and comprise the following modules: the system comprises a pattern building man-machine interface 11, a data conversion module 12, a building rule module 13, a characteristic operation module 14 and a part pattern building module 15. The pattern-creation HMI 11 is used to operate the external user end 2 of the circuit layout system to set the electronic component parameters for generating the electronic component pattern (font). The data conversion module 12 is connected to the pattern creation hmi 11 and converts the electronic component parameters into the electronic component pattern specification used by the circuit layout system. The rule-building module 13 is used for the user end 2 to set the rule for building the electronic component pattern. The characteristic operation module 14 is connected to the data conversion module 12 and the establishment rule module 13, and calculates the characteristic value of the electronic part pattern according to the electronic part pattern specification and the electronic part pattern establishment rule. The part pattern creating module 15 is connected to the characteristic calculating module 14 and creates an electronic part pattern on the circuit layout system according to the characteristic value. After the electronic part pattern is built, the electronic part pattern can be displayed on the pattern building man-machine interface 11 according to the setting of the system.
The aforementioned pattern creation hmi 11, the data conversion module 12, the creation rule module 13, the feature computation module 14, and the part pattern creation module 15 can be implemented by software modules running on a computer device or by programmable digital circuits. The aforementioned circuit layout system refers to procedures available for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) circuit layout, such as Protel, orCAD, allegro, and the like.
In another embodiment, the electronic component pattern is a printed circuit board electronic component pattern. In another embodiment, the electronic component parameter further includes at least one of a component size and a pin size. In another embodiment, the characteristic values describe geometrical associations between pins in the electronic part design. In another embodiment, the electronic component pattern complies with at least one of a layout rule or a file format of a circuit layout system.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a method for configuring an electronic component pattern in cooperation with a circuit layout system according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The method, working in cooperation with a circuit layout system, comprises the steps of:
s101: operating an external use terminal of the circuit layout system to set electronic component parameters for generating an electronic component pattern;
s102: converting the electronic part parameters into electronic part pattern specifications adopted by a circuit layout system;
s103: the using end sets the pattern setting rule of the electronic part;
s104: and calculating the characteristic value of the electronic part pattern according to the electronic part pattern specification and the electronic part pattern establishment rule.
S105: and establishing an electronic part pattern on the circuit layout system according to the characteristic value.
In another embodiment, the electronic component pattern in the method is a printed circuit board electronic component pattern. In another embodiment, the electronic component parameter in the method further includes at least one of a component size and a pin size. In another embodiment, the characteristic values in the method describe geometrical associations between pins in the electronic part design. In another embodiment, the electronic component design in the method follows at least one of a layout rule or a file format of a circuit layout system.
The present invention is described below with reference to the electronic component pattern arrangement system 1 in which the first embodiment and the circuit layout system cooperate with each other, but the electronic component pattern arrangement method in which the second embodiment and the circuit layout system cooperate with each other can achieve the same or similar technical effects.
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a display screen 110 of the pattern creation human-machine interface 11 of the electronic component pattern layout system 1 cooperating with the circuit layout system. The input portion IN of the design-creation HMI 11 can input the values of the part size (e.g. length and width of the outer frame of the part), the pin size (length and width), the pin number, the pin position, the row number, and the spacing interval, etc., set the design-creation rule of the electronic part (e.g. tolerance, design size limitation, etc.), and select the designated circuit layout system, after the setting is completed, the electronic part design configuration system 1 will convert the above setting parameters into the file format and layout rule adopted by the designated circuit layout system to calculate the characteristic value of the electronic zero design, for example: after the calculation, the electronic part pattern FP shown in fig. 4 can be generated according to the characteristic values.

Claims (10)
1. An electronic component pattern layout system for cooperating with a circuit layout system, the system cooperating with the circuit layout system, comprising:
the pattern setting man-machine interface is used for operating an external use end of the circuit layout system to set the parameters of the electronic part pattern to be generated;
the data conversion module is connected with the pattern establishment human-computer interface and converts the electronic part parameters into the electronic part pattern specification adopted by the circuit layout system;
a rule building module for the external user to set the electronic part pattern building rule;
the characteristic operation module is connected with the data conversion module and the establishment rule module and calculates the characteristic value of the electronic part pattern according to the electronic part pattern specification and the electronic part pattern establishment rule; and
the part pattern establishing module is connected with the characteristic operation module and the pattern establishing human-computer interface, and establishes the electronic part pattern on the circuit layout system according to the characteristic value.
2. The electronic part design layout system according to claim 1, wherein the electronic part design is a printed circuit board electronic part design.
3. The electronic component design layout system of claim 1 wherein the electronic component parameters further comprise at least one of component size and pin size.
4. The electronic part design layout system of claim 1, wherein the characteristic values describe geometrical associations between pins within the electronic part design.
5. The electronic part design placement system according to claim 4, wherein the electronic part design complies with at least one of a layout rule or a file format of the circuit layout system.
6. A method for arranging patterns on an electronic component in cooperation with a circuit layout system, the method being characterized by comprising the steps of:
operating an external use terminal of the circuit layout system to set electronic component parameters for generating an electronic component pattern;
converting the electronic component parameters into electronic component pattern specifications adopted by the circuit layout system;
the using end sets the pattern setting rule of the electronic part;
calculating the characteristic value of the electronic part pattern according to the electronic part pattern specification and the electronic part pattern establishment rule; and
and establishing the electronic part pattern on the circuit layout system according to the characteristic value.
7. The electronic part pattern arranging method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the electronic part pattern is a printed circuit board electronic part pattern.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the electronic component parameters further include at least one of a component size and a pin size.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein the characteristic value describes a geometric relationship between pins in the electronic part pattern.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the electronic part design complies with at least one of a layout rule or a file format of the circuit layout system.
