Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of range hoods, in particular to a range hood with efficient oil fume purification.
Background
The range hood is an indispensable kitchen electric product of ordinary families. The fume purification of the existing range hood mainly depends on a front-end oil screen and a volute wind wheel of the range hood. The gap of the oil net is generally more than 0.5mm, and the oil net with the gap smaller than 0.5mm has complex manufacturing process and high manufacturing cost, so that the oil net is difficult to be applied to actual products. The diameter of the oil smoke particles generated by cooking is far smaller than 0.5mm, so that only a part of oil adheres to the oil screen, most of oil smoke enters the volute wind wheel, and along with the high-speed rotation of the wind wheel, a part of oil adheres to the wind wheel blades and the volute flow passage, and the other part of oil smoke is discharged outside the chamber, so that environmental pollution is caused. In the daily cleaning process, a user can detach the cleaning oil net by himself, but the wind wheel volute is difficult to clean, the flow channel can be blocked along with daily accumulation of grease, the smoke discharging amount is seriously influenced, and the health of indoor personnel is damaged.
The components of the oil smoke besides grease also have various harmful gases, such as carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides which are incompletely burnt and harmful gases generated by the high temperature of the grease. The common range hood can only absorb grease, has no method for absorbing harmful gas, and can only exhaust the harmful gas outdoors, thereby causing environmental pollution.
In order to improve the effect of purifying the oil smoke and the smoke, an adsorption layer is arranged between the oil net and the air inlet, but the adsorption material can cause excessive adsorption of grease to block the smoke to pass through and cause unsmooth smoke discharge when the service time of the adsorption material is too long. Therefore, the adsorbent material must be replaced after a period of use. Usually, a manual replacement mode is adopted, so that the replacement operation is complicated, and the cost is high.
Therefore, it is necessary to design a range hood which can efficiently remove grease and adsorb harmful gases and is convenient for daily cleaning.

During installation, the convex blocks 401 of the oil screen 4 are embedded into the gaps 511 of the fixing frame 5, and the grooves 402 and the pits 403 of the oil screen 4 are embedded by the flanges 512 of the fixing frame 5, so that the connection between the oil screen 4 and the fixing frame 5 is more stable.
When in installation, the protective bracket 6 is placed at the air inlet 3; first, embedding a first storage device 13 which stores a filtering membrane which is not used and rotates to form a winding drum into one accommodating cavity 21, enabling a first fixed shaft 11 to be clamped and fixed with an installing hole 22, embedding a second storage device 14 into the other accommodating cavity 21, and enabling a second fixed shaft 12 to be clamped and fixed with the installing hole 22; one end of the filtering membrane 1 is penetrated out from the first opening 130 of the first storage device 13 and the channel 23 of the accommodating cavity 21, traverses the air inlet 3, movably penetrates into the channel 23 of the other accommodating cavity 21 and the second opening 140, and is rotationally and windingly connected with the second fixed shaft 12 arranged in the second storage device 14.
It can be seen that, according to the range hood provided by the embodiment, the filtering membrane 1 is arranged in a winding drum, and when the filtering membrane 1 adhered with oil stains is rotated to be collected in a drum, the filtering membrane 1 is automatically replaced, the replacing operation of the filtering membrane 1 is simple and quick, time and labor are saved, grease and harmful gas can be effectively adsorbed, the oil fume is secondarily purified, and the oil fume purifying effect is improved.
When the whole roll of the filter membrane 1 which is not used yet is used, the filter membrane 1 which is stained with grease can be uniformly taken out and replaced by a new filter membrane 1 winding drum, so that the purposes of reducing the replacement frequency of the filter membrane 1 and facilitating the later cleaning are achieved.
Example 2
A range hood of the present embodiment differs from embodiment 1 only in that the other end of the filtering membrane 1 is detachably connected to the second fixing shaft 12. While the second storage device 14 is not sleeved in the middle of the second fixing shaft 12. Therefore, the filtering membrane 1 with the service life being expired, i.e. the filtering membrane 1 which is used and is full of oil stains is not uniformly rotated into a cylinder for collection or recovery in the embodiment. When the filtering membrane 1 is replaced, the filtering membrane 1 adhered with oil stains can be removed, and in the process, the replacement of the filtering membrane 1 is synchronously completed, so that time and labor are saved. The rest is the same as in example 1 and thus will not be described in detail, specifically and clearly.
Example 3
A range hood of the present embodiment differs from embodiment 1 only in that one end of the whole unused filtering membrane 1 is detachably connected to the first fixing shaft 11. The first storage device 13 is not sleeved in the middle of the first fixed shaft 11. Thus, the filtering membrane 1 in this embodiment is used to be fully attached with oil stains, and then is rotated into a cylinder to be collected or recovered for later cleaning. In the collecting process, the whole filtering membrane 1 is removed, and another filtering membrane 1 which is not used is replaced. The replacement and use modes are relatively complicated, but the replacement and use modes are simple and reliable, and the manufacturing cost is low. The rest is the same as in example 1 and thus will not be described in detail, specifically and clearly.
Example 4
A range hood of the present embodiment differs from embodiment 1 only in that one end of the whole unused filtering membrane 1 is detachably connected to the first fixed shaft 11 and the other end is detachably connected to the second fixed shaft 12. Thus, the filtering membrane 1 in this embodiment is used to attach oil stains, and then is directly removed and replaced with another unused filtering membrane 1. The replacement mode has simple structure and simplified manufacturing process, thereby greatly reducing the manufacturing cost. The rest is the same as in example 1 and thus will not be described in detail, specifically and clearly.
The foregoing are merely some embodiments of the invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention.
