Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of computers and big data, in particular to a method for data transaction by using a block chain technology, and specifically relates to a method and a system for media data transaction based on a block chain and a computer storage medium.
Background
After cloud computing and the Internet of things, the wide and huge application potential of big data and a good market prospect urge a novel business model to be generated and drive the formation of a big data value industrial chain. In the big data era, the data is the value, the value of the big data is gradually recognized by the society, the scientific decision of the data becomes the consensus of governments and enterprises, but the data is dispersed in different organizations or organizations, the data is not timely gathered and the right-confirming transaction is not carried out, the due value of the big data cannot be brought into play, and the urgent need of data open sharing is increased day by day.
The establishment speed of a Chinese big data transaction platform is fastest and the number of the platform is increased dramatically in 2015, and in 2015, the Guiyang big data transaction is carried out under the support of national resources committee of Guiyang city, and the first transaction is completed; in the same year of 8 months, the first data exchange in the central area of china, the great data exchange in the Yangtze river, the Wuhan data exchange center, the great data exchange in the east lake of Wuhan and the Beijing jin data exchange center in Hebei, were established successively. The Shanghai big data transaction center, guided by the Shanghai economic and information Committee, was also established in 2016. In addition, the Beijing digital sea technology, data hall, TalkingData, the middle Guancun big data industry alliance and the like are in the front of the industry. The rapid development of the data transaction platform matches the data transaction, aggregates the fragmentation distribution data and brings a thriving development scene for the data transaction.
However, the liveness of the data trading market is not as expected, and a large number of data trading platforms are happy at the beginning of the initiation and then have a high-opening low-walking situation when being operated. The reason is that the existing big data transaction platform operation platform cannot solve the following key problems: data owners are reluctant to provide data, data counterfeiting is difficult to control, data acquisition process steps are complicated, and data security is difficult to guarantee.
In terms of the media industry, the media data source is wide, the service object faces to the whole industry chain, the situation of scattered, small and much data is caused, and the difficulty of data acquisition is greatly increased compared with other industries. Specifically, on one hand, the data sources in the media industry are wide, and the data sources include a broadcast television network, a telecommunication network and the internet, and the networks belong to different departments and operation subjects respectively; on the other hand, the industry is long and complex, serving the entire industry chain, including government departments, advertisers, program production, program integration, program delivery, other agencies, and users. The method is influenced by the particularity of the media industry, a unified data transaction platform is not formed in the media industry all the time, each party operation main body only has data of related services, so that the data island problem occurs, the data use efficiency is extremely low, and a data sharing exchange mechanism needs to be solved urgently. How to solve the problems and really circulate the data becomes a difficult point and a pain point which restrict the development of the media industry.
The maturity and development of the block chain technology bring confidence and inspiration to the media industry to solve the difficulties and pain points restricting the development of the media industry. As early as 2008, the chinese book wisely published "bitcoin: a point-to-point electronic cash system, which envisages a peer-to-peer decentralized P2P network (peer-to-peer network), and based on this idea, digital currency-bitcoin was formally produced in 2009. The block chain is a novel application of a series of computer technologies such as distributed storage, point-to-point transmission, a consensus mechanism, an encryption algorithm and the like, and the block chain is a novel application of the bit currency bottom layer technology, verifies and stores data by using a block chain type data structure, generates and updates data by using a distributed node consensus algorithm, ensures the safety of data transmission and access by using a cryptology mode, and programs and operates the data by using an intelligent contract consisting of automatic script codes. The block chain is divided into a public chain, a private chain and a alliance chain according to different application scenes, the public chain faces all users, an input-output mechanism is not allowed, the public chain is not suitable for application in an industry range, the application of the private chain is limited in a single enterprise, the alliance chain is between the public chain and the private chain, and a user authorization mechanism is established by a specific mechanism and members of a certain industry.
Just as the invention of the internet realizes the rapid and efficient circulation of information, the invention of the block chain realizes the safe and credible transfer of value. The point-to-point transmission network of the block chain solves the problem of complicated data transaction process in the industry, the characteristics of non-falsification and distributed storage ensure the transparency and traceability of each transaction record, the consensus mechanism maintains the stable operation of the block chain system, the framework of the alliance chain is suitable for establishing an equal and mutually-trusted community alliance, and the characteristics can solve the problems of doubt and worry about data transaction in the media industry and ensure the real circulation of data.
The existing data platform based on the block chain directly deals with original data and transmits the data on the chain, so that although the safety in the data transaction process can be ensured, the problems of piracy and secondary transmission after the data transaction is finished cannot be guaranteed, and the data volume which can be transmitted on the chain every time is also limited. Today 'data is just a value', the existing trading mode cannot meet the requirement of a data provider on data ownership protection and cannot meet the pursuit of trading parties on trading efficiency, particularly network operators in the media industry, the huge data volume causes that the network operators cannot trace and authenticate the transfer of each data, the data volume generated in one day is huge in scale, the existing data chaining scheme cannot support the efficient transfer of a large amount of data, and the existing platform does not provide an ideal solution for the problems of data piracy prevention and rapid trading of a large amount of data.
Therefore, how to safely and efficiently acquire valuable media data by a media data demand party and how to safely and efficiently transform the media data owned by a media data provider become problems to be urgently solved by technical personnel in the field.

In the embodiment of the invention, the point-to-point transmission mode is completed by adopting a block chain data signature mechanism, so that the transmission safety of the media data report is ensured, and other nodes on the block chain cannot be influenced by point-to-point transmission. The data provider equipment only needs to transmit the list of the media data report to the media big data transaction platform, and network bandwidth is further saved. The first list may be the name, code, etc. of the media data report.
Step 103: and querying the first list on the media big data transaction platform by the data purchaser equipment on the block chain through a point-to-point transmission mode based on the key information. In the embodiment of the invention, if the media data report has the media data report meeting the requirement of the data buyer, a first transaction request is sent to the media big data transaction platform.
Step 106: and the media big data transaction platform forwards the first transaction request to the corresponding data provider equipment. In the embodiment of the invention, the first transaction request is forwarded through the media big data transaction platform, so that the media big data transaction platform can conveniently perform accounting.
Step 107: and the data provider equipment transmits the media data report corresponding to the target report information to the data buyer equipment in a point-to-point transmission mode according to the first transaction request. In the embodiment of the invention, the media data report is transmitted in a point-to-point transmission mode, so that the transmission safety of the media data report is ensured.
