The jaw plate stabilizing device comprises a jaw plate, wherein one end of the jaw plate is hinged on a rack through an eccentric shaft, and the outer side of the other end of the jaw plate is fixedly connected with a mounting seat with a C-shaped section; the C-shaped opening of the mounting seat is internally provided with a bearing shaft fixed on the frame, and the width of the C-shaped opening is larger than the maximum outer diameter of the bearing shaft to form a compensation interval; a floating spring which tends to press the pressure bearing shaft and has adjustable pretightening degree is arranged in the compensation interval. Therefore, the jaw plate cannot deviate from the offset displacement of the overcompensation interval in the vibration process of the spring caused by impact force, so that smooth feeding and discharging are ensured, and blocking is effectively avoided; meanwhile, vibration deformation of the floating spring is limited, resonance caused by higher harmonics is effectively avoided, and the jaw plate is in a stable working state.

Background
Jaw crushers are conventional machines in general which crush and crush large pieces of raw material by changing the jaw spacing by relative movement. The jaw crusher has a single-action jaw and a double-action jaw part according to the movement of the jaw plates. In practice, when the size difference of the raw materials to be crushed is large, the jaw plate of the existing jaw crusher is inevitably abnormal in jumping phenomenon during working, so that the blocking of the raw materials to be crushed is easily caused, and the smooth working of the jaw crusher is influenced.

Therefore, compared with the prior art, the C-shaped section mounting seat and the pressure bearing shaft directly form a constraint structure combining elastic constraint in the compensation interval range and double-side rigid constraint in the overspray range, and the original side is not limited by the elastic constraint of the tension spring, so that when the equivalent maximum outer diameter of the raw material to be crushed suddenly becomes large, the jaw plate cannot deviate from the compensation interval in the spring vibration process caused by impact force, thereby ensuring smooth feeding and discharging and effectively avoiding blocking; meanwhile, vibration deformation of the floating spring is limited, resonance caused by higher harmonics is effectively avoided, and the jaw plate is in a stable working state.

When large materials enter suddenly, the crusher in the prior art causes the jumping of the material outlet due to the large vibration generated on the upper part of the jaw plate, so that the inlet and the outlet are simultaneously and instantaneously reduced, the reduction of the feed inlet tends to prevent the large materials from falling down, and the jaw plate is in a full-floating shape at the moment, the extrusion crushing capacity is reduced, the materials are difficult to normally travel into the crushing area, and the blockage occurs as a result. When the structure of the embodiment generates large jumping trend due to large vibration, the plate spring is in a limited elastic deformation space, so that the plate spring has a forced resetting effect on the jaw plate, the instant reduction of a material inlet and a material outlet is avoided, the smoothness is always kept, and the crushing function is ensured to be stable.
