Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of telephones, in particular to a handle support frame structure of a telephone, which comprises a support body and a telephone shell, wherein the support body comprises a support part and an extension part which is used for extending to the outer side of the telephone shell, two ends of the extension part are respectively connected with the telephone shell and the support part, and the support part is provided with a support surface which is used for supporting a handle. The following describes in further detail the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings and examples. The following examples are illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1:
Referring to fig. 7, the present embodiment provides a handle support structure of a telephone, which includes a support body 1 and a telephone housing 2, the support body 1 includes a support portion 11 and an extension portion 12 for extending to the outside of the telephone housing 2, two ends of the extension portion 12 are respectively connected to the telephone housing 2 and the support portion 11, and the support portion 11 is provided with a support surface 111 for supporting a handle 6. The invention has simple structure, on one hand, the extension part 12 is arranged, the supporting part 11 for supporting the handle 6 extends to the outer side of the telephone shell 2, so that the space of the telephone shell 2 is avoided, and when the telephone shell 2 is manufactured, no extra area is required to be added for placing the handle 6, thus the whole volume of the telephone is reduced, and the volume of the telephone shell 2 is not limited by the size of the handle 6; in the second aspect, a supporting surface 111 for supporting the handle 6 is provided on the supporting portion 11, so that the handle 6 can be stably placed when hanging wires.

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the present embodiment further provides a wire hanging device for a telephone, including a handle 6 supporting frame structure and a wire hanging mechanism 3, where the wire hanging mechanism 3 includes a wire hanging switch 31 and a wire hanging connecting piece 32, a first end of the wire hanging connecting piece 32 is rotatably connected with the telephone housing 2, an end of the extension portion 12 away from the supporting portion 11 is fixedly connected with the first end of the wire hanging connecting piece 32, the wire hanging switch 31 is disposed at a second end of the wire hanging connecting piece 32, so that the second end position of the wire hanging connecting piece 32 is changed when rotating along the first end, and thus the connection state of the wire hanging switch 31 is changed, when the wire hanging of the telephone is performed, the handle 6 can be placed on the supporting body, on one hand, no fixing groove is required to be formed for fixing the handle 6 by adding more areas to the telephone housing 2, the whole volume of the telephone is reduced by extending out of the supporting body of the telephone housing 2, the whole structure of the telephone is simplified, and manufacturing cost is reduced; in the second aspect, when the handle 6 is placed on the supporting body, the supporting portion 11 of the supporting body is stressed due to the gravity of the handle 6, so as to drive the first end of the hanging wire connecting piece 32 connected with one end of the supporting body to rotate, and further change the position of the second end of the hanging wire connecting piece 32, so as to realize whether the hanging wire switch 31 performs the hanging wire operation.
Referring to fig. 8, the phone housing 2 is provided with a support column 21, the support column 21 is provided with a rotation hole 211, the second end of the wire hanging connector 32 is provided with a connection column 322 rotatably connected with the rotation hole 211, and the connection column 322 rotates in the rotation hole 211 to realize the position change of the second end of the wire hanging connector 32 driven by the support part 11 after being stressed, thereby realizing the wire hanging operation of the wire hanging switch 31.
Referring to fig. 2, in this embodiment, the line hanging switch 31 is a photoelectric switch, the photoelectric switch is provided with a switch slot, the second end of the line hanging connector 32 is provided with a trigger portion 321, and when the first end of the line hanging connector 32 rotates, the trigger portion 321 enters the switch slot or is far away from the switch slot, so as to realize shielding of the photoelectric switch, thereby controlling the call or the line hanging state of the telephone.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in this embodiment, a return spring 5 is disposed at a position of the hanging wire connector 32 near the second end, and two ends of the return spring 5 are respectively connected to the hanging wire connector 32 and the phone housing 2, so that when the supporting portion 11 is no longer subjected to the force applied by the handle 6, the return spring 5 resets the second end of the hanging wire connector 32, and the phone is in a phone-on state.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the supporting portion 11 includes an expansion portion formed by extending to both sides of the extending portion 12, a bending portion formed by extending from one end of the expansion portion obliquely for matching with the outer contour of the handle 6, and a supporting portion connecting one end of the bending portion away from the expansion portion, a side surface of the expansion portion facing away from the extending portion 12 forms a limiting end surface 112 for preventing the handle 6 from moving toward the phone housing 2, the supporting surface 111 is an upper surface of the supporting portion, a limiting side surface 113 is formed on the inner side of the bending portion, the handle 6 is limited to move toward both sides of the extending portion 12 by the limiting side surface 113, and simultaneously, the handle 6 is limited to move toward the phone housing 2 by the limiting end surface 112, so that the limitation of the handle 6 is further enhanced, the movement of the handle 6 is prevented, and the placement stability of the handle 6 is improved.
The hanging switch 31 in this embodiment is a plug-in switch, and the second end of the hanging connector 32 is provided with a trigger portion 321, so that when the supporting portion 11 is no longer subjected to the force applied by the handle 6, the trigger portion 321 is inserted into the plug-in switch, and the plug-in switch is connected.
In addition, referring to fig. 4, the present embodiment further includes a hanging wire support 4, the phone housing 2 is provided with a support column 21, a first rotating groove is formed on the support column 21, a second rotating groove is formed on the hanging wire support 4, the first rotating groove and the second rotating groove are folded to form a rotating hole 211, so that the hanging wire connector 32 is convenient to install and detach, meanwhile, the difficulty of molding the phone housing 2 is reduced, and a connecting column 322 is formed at the second end of the hanging wire connector 32 and is rotatably connected with the rotating hole 211.

referring to fig. 9, the difference between this embodiment and embodiments 1 and 2 is that the supporting portion 11 is provided with a groove, the bottom surface of the groove is a supporting surface 111, the inner side surface of the groove near the extending portion 12 is provided with a limiting end surface 112, two sides of the groove are provided with limiting side surfaces 113, the movement of the handle 6 towards two sides of the extending portion 12 is limited by the limiting side surfaces 113, the movement of the handle 6 towards the phone housing 2 is limited by the limiting end surface 112, the limitation of the handle 6 is further enhanced, the movement of the handle 6 is prevented, and the placement stability of the handle 6 is improved.
The hanging switch 31 of this embodiment is a sensor switch, and the second end of the hanging connector 32 is provided with a triggering portion 321, so that when the supporting portion 11 is no longer subjected to the force applied by the handle 6, the triggering portion 321 shields the sensing path of the sensor switch, and the sensor switch transmits the information of connecting the call.
In summary, the invention has simple structure, reduces the space requirement of the placement handle 6 on the telephone shell 2, thereby reducing the volume of the telephone shell 2, making the telephone more portable, and simultaneously, synchronously solving the reliability of the telephone hanging line and the talking state.
