The front end of the tubular body 1 should avoid sharp angles, a blunt structure should be adopted to avoid damaging the body of the patient, and the front end of the tubular body is preferably a round sliding surface. When the negative pressure suction operation is needed to be carried out on the affected part tissue, the negative pressure suction device is connected with the large hose 3, as the middle of the screw-shaped structure is provided with a cavity, when the screw-shaped structure is embedded in the affected part tissue, a relatively closed space is formed around the cavity, negative pressure generated by the negative pressure suction device acts on surrounding tissues through the cavity, and pus in the affected part deep tissue is drained into the cavity in the middle of the screw-shaped structure through a gap between the tubular bodies of the screw-shaped structure under the action of the negative pressure, so that the pus is drained. When the washing operation is needed to be carried out on the affected part, after the washing mechanism is connected with the washing hose 4, washing liquid enters the tubular body 1 from the rear end of the tubular body 1, and flows to the affected part tissue through the through holes 2 on the tubular body 1 under the action of washing pressure, so that the aim of washing the affected part is fulfilled. The liquid after flushing is like pus, is guided into the cavity in the middle of the screw-shaped structure through the gap between the tubular bodies of the screw-shaped structure, and can be guided out of the body by the large hose 3 through the negative pressure aspirator.
The screw-shaped structure of the invention can be left in the affected part tissue for a certain time and is connected with an external negative pressure aspirator and a flushing mechanism according to the requirement so as to regularly drain or flush the affected part.
The invention can realize drainage and flushing of the deep tissues of the affected part, is beneficial to improving the treatment effect of negative pressure drainage and flushing, solves the technical problems of unsmooth drainage, granulation tissue growth in the drainage tube to block the drainage tube and the like caused by tube blocking when the negative pressure drainage and flushing are carried out on the deep tissues of a patient in the prior art, and has high practicability.
