技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种电力杆用盖板材料,按重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)无氧合金钢 56-67份;
(2)锰 22-36份;
(3)碳化钴 15-24份;
(4)硅粉 7-17份;
(5)纳米硒 5-12份;
(6)莫桑石粉 3-7份;
(7)纳米陶瓷颗粒 1-2份。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明通过精确的组分配比,确保产品机械性能优异,采用纳米硒、莫桑石粉和莫桑石粉,使整体防锈效果好,本产品使用寿命长,易加工,符合实际使用要求。

(1)无氧合金钢 63份;
(2)锰 27份;
(3)碳化钴 16份;
(4)硅粉 13份;
(5)纳米硒 8份;
(6)莫桑石粉 4份;
(7)纳米陶瓷颗粒 1.8份。
本发明通过精确的组分配比,确保产品机械性能优异,采用纳米硒、莫桑石粉和莫桑石粉,使整体防锈效果好,本产品使用寿命长,易加工,符合实际使用要求。
