Abstract
The invention discloses a pump body lifting and transferring device of a valve cooling system of a convertor station, which comprises a frame, a support frame and a jack, wherein a support with a groove on the support frame can stabilize the pump body, and under the action of the jack, the support frame can lift so as to drive the pump body to be separated from a pump shell, and then the frame is pushed so that the pump body is transferred. The whole process is safe, efficient, time-saving and labor-saving, and damage to the pump body and personnel injury are reduced.

The invention relates to the technical field of convertor stations, in particular to a lifting and transferring device for a main pump body of a valve cooling system of a convertor station.

When the main pump of the valve cooling system of the convertor station is overhauled, the pump body needs to be detached and transferred from the shell, and the prior overhauling technical problems and defects are that: at present, in the on-site main pump overhaul process, each part of a main pump body is extremely heavy, and in the following diagram, overhaul is carried out in two ways: 1. the main pump body is lifted by a crane, an electric hoist and the like in a combined way under the side of the crane, and the force is applied in the lateral direction instead of vertically applied from top to bottom, so that the lifting efficiency is low and the time is long; 2. for the narrow operation space, the traveling crane and the electric hoist cannot be effectively hoisted, and a plurality of people are required to carry the traveling crane to the lower side of the traveling crane for overhauling at present, and then the traveling crane is used for erecting the pump body for overhauling, so that the overhauling is time-consuming and labor-consuming. Is very easy to cause personnel injury. In the process of disassembly and transportation, the pump body end cover is extremely easy to damage the pump body bolts under the action of gravity and when the stress of each side is uneven, so that the bolts and the end cover are damaged.

The invention relates to a lifting and transferring device for a main pump body of a valve cooling system of a convertor station, which is shown in figure 1 and comprises a frame, a supporting frame and a jack.
The frame includes frame 1, first welt 2, second welt 3, jack fixing base 4, 4 public heads 5 of fixed cover and 4 truckles 6, and jack fixing base 4 is fixed in the middle groove of frame 1 department, and 4 public heads of fixed cover set up respectively in four angles at frame top, and 4 truckles 6 are installed in frame bottom.

The hydraulic device is used for supporting the lower part of the pump body from the pump shell, a certain displacement is provided upwards, the collision between a pump shell bolt and the pump body is prevented, and the sliding wheel is used for sliding, so that the pump body transferring function is realized.
