The hilly land rail transportation system disclosed by the invention can be used for orchard with complex terrain gradient to transport agricultural products such as fruits, fertilizers and tools or agricultural production materials, the transportation capability on the upper slope and the lower slope is high, different gradient goods can be kept in a horizontal state all the time in operation at the creeping gradient of 0-75 degrees, and the orchard transportation is facilitated by combining the transportation of the horizontal rail 4.

Claims (7)
1. A mountain rail transport system characterized in that: the mountain rail transportation system comprises a slope rail (1) and a tractor (2), wherein the tractor (2) is provided with a horizontal hanging bracket with the bottom kept horizontal;
the mountain land track transportation system is provided with a driving system, and the driving system drives a tractor (2) to walk on a slope track (1);
the mountain rail transportation system also comprises a horizontal rail (4) and a trolley (5) which can walk on the horizontal rail (4),
a trolley (5) accommodating device is arranged at the bottom of the horizontal hanging bracket, and a positioning device (6) which can be connected with the trolley (5) accommodating device is arranged on the horizontal track (4);
the trolley (5) accommodating device is a horizontal short rail (10) arranged at the bottom of the horizontal hanging bracket, the cross section shape and size of the horizontal short rail (10) are the same as those of the horizontal rail (4), and the horizontal rail (4) and the horizontal short rail (10) are matched with wheels of the trolley (5); the accommodating device of the trolley (5) and the horizontal track (4) can be connected through a positioning device (6);
the positioning device (6) comprises two connecting shafts (65) correspondingly connected with the two horizontal rails (4), and the horizontal short rail (10) is a hollow pipeline; the two connecting shafts (65) can be inserted into the two horizontal short rails (10), and the diameter of each connecting shaft (65) is smaller than or equal to that of each horizontal rail (4);
the positioning device also comprises a first cross bar (61) and a second cross bar (62) which are vertically and fixedly connected with the connecting shaft (65);
the positioning device further comprises a positioning plate (63), a sliding block (64) fixed on the positioning plate (63) is arranged on the positioning plate (63), the positioning device further comprises a sliding rod (69) arranged between the two connecting shafts (65) and parallel to the axial direction of the connecting shafts (65), one end of the sliding rod (69) is fixedly connected with the first cross rod (61), the sliding rod (69) penetrates through the sliding block (64) and can slide relative to the sliding block (64), the other end of the sliding rod (69) is hinged with one end of the connecting rod (66), the other end of the connecting rod (66) is pivotally connected with one side of the push rod (67), and the push rod (67) is hinged with the positioning plate (63); one side of the sliding block (64) far away from the slope track (1) is fixedly connected with one end of a spring (68), and the other end of the spring (68) is fixedly connected with the second cross rod (62);
when the trolley (5) pushes the tractor (2), the trolley (5) pushes the push rod (67) to rotate towards the tractor (2), the push rod (67) drives the connecting rod, the connecting rod pushes the sliding rod (69) to move towards the tractor (2), so that the first cross rod (61) and the connecting shaft (65) move towards the tractor (2), the connecting shaft (65) is inserted into the horizontal short rail (10), and the horizontal short rail (10) is connected with the horizontal rail (4);
the trolley (5) leaves the positioning device after entering the tractor (2), the elastic force of the spring (68) pushes the second cross rod (62) to move in the direction away from the tractor (2), and the positioning mechanism returns to the original position.
2. The mountain rail transport system of claim 1, wherein: the connecting shaft (65) is provided with a tapered guide mechanism (651) at an end portion.

The mountain rail transport system of claim 1, wherein: the spring (68) comprises a first spring (68) and a second spring (68), the first spring (68) and the second spring (68) are respectively located on two sides of the sliding rod (69), one end of the first spring (68) and one end of the second spring (68) are connected to the sliding block (64), and the other end of the first spring (68) and the other end of the second spring (68) are connected to the second cross rod (62).

The mountain rail transport system of claim 1, wherein: the horizontal hanging bracket comprises a horizontal frame (3), a horizontal rotating shaft (8) perpendicular to the slope track (1) and two balance plates (9), wherein bearing seats (7) are arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft (8), the upper ends of the balance plates (9) are hinged to the rotating shaft (8) through the bearing seats (7), the balance plates (9) are similar equilateral triangles, the bottom ends of the balance plates (9) are the bottom edges of the triangles, and the bottom ends of the balance plates (9) are fixedly connected with the lateral edges on the horizontal frame (3).

The mountain rail transport system of claim 4, wherein: the middle of the bottom of the horizontal frame (3) is provided with a pulley, a U-shaped sliding rail (13) is arranged above the bottom in the tractor (2), the track direction of the U-shaped sliding rail (13) is the front-back movement direction of the tractor (2) along the contact point of the pulley bottom and the pulley when the horizontal frame (3) shakes, and the pulley is arranged on the U-shaped sliding rail (13) and can slide on the U-shaped sliding rail (13).

The mountain rail transport system of claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the steps that N groups of horizontal rails (4) are arranged in an orchard, N is a natural number, sensors are arranged on the horizontal rails (4) of each group and close to a slope rail (1), a sensing piece and a switch corresponding to the sensing piece are arranged on a trolley (5), the sensors on the horizontal rails (4) of the Nth group send trolley (5) in-place signals of the horizontal rails (4) of the Nth group to a control system of a mountain rail transport system after sensing piece signals on the trolley (5), a signal receiver of the control system sends instructions to a driving system after receiving the trolley (5) in-place signals sent by the sensors, and the driving system drives a tractor (2) to run to a position corresponding to the horizontal rails (4) of the Nth group and then stops; when the materials are conveyed to the mountain and the control system controls the tractor to stop at the corresponding position of the horizontal track, the positioning device is manually pushed by feet to be inserted into the horizontal short track, and then the hand cart is pulled out from the tractor to the horizontal track.

The mountain rail transport system of claim 1, wherein: the tractor (2) or/and the trolley (5) are/is provided with an anti-falling device (14); the anti-falling device (14) comprises a hook fixed on the lateral edge of the tractor (2) or/and the trolley (5) and a steel stick, a rope, a belt, a rattan or a cloth strip surrounding the tractor (2) or/and the trolley (5).
