Further, the heat insulation board further comprises a laminating machine 9 arranged at the downstream of the first horizontal conveying part 2, wherein the laminating machine 9 is used for laminating the upper veneering layer on the upper surface of the heat insulation board core body and laminating the lower veneering layer on the lower surface of the heat insulation board core body to form a whole heat insulation board, and an adhesive layer formed by the adhesive contains the corresponding connecting wires and the corresponding grid cloth;
further, a cutter 10 is arranged at the downstream of the laminating machine 9, and a cutter of the cutter 10 cuts the integral insulation board into insulation board monomers.
In this specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a sprayed edge sealing portion 11 is disposed downstream of the cutter 10, and the sprayed edge sealing portions 11 respectively spray-seal four sides of the thermal insulation board monomer. The spraying edge sealing part 11 is arranged at the downstream of the cutting machine 10, and can directly seal edges of the cut heat insulation plate monomers, so that the production efficiency is further improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, a baler 12 is provided downstream of the spray edge seal 11. After the edge sealing is finished, the packaging is directly carried out, and the production efficiency is further improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the first horizontal conveying part comprises a driving wheel 13, a driven wheel 14 and a conveying belt 15 matched with the driving wheel 13 and the driven wheel 14, and the arrangement mode is easy to realize.
In this embodiment, the laminator 9 may be a track laminator or a twin roll laminator.
The second embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, is different from the first embodiment in that the glue placement portion and the transfer portion are different from each other in implementation, and the other portions are implemented in the same way as the first embodiment.
As shown in fig. 2, in the second embodiment, the glue placement portion includes an upper glue placement portion 3 for placing the lower surface of the upper veneer layer on the adhesive and a lower glue placement portion 5 for placing the upper surface of the lower veneer layer on the adhesive, the transfer portion includes an upper transfer portion 4 and a lower transfer portion 6, the upper glue placement portion 3 and the upper transfer portion 4 are integrally disposed to form an upper roll coater 7 for transporting the upper veneer layer and capable of placing the lower surface of the upper veneer layer on the adhesive, the upper roll coater 7 is disposed above the gap between the sewing portion 1 and the first horizontal conveying portion 2, and the lower glue placement portion 5 and the lower transfer portion 6 are integrally disposed to form a lower roll coater 8 for transporting the lower veneer layer and capable of placing the upper surface of the lower veneer layer on the adhesive, and the lower roll coater 8 is disposed below the gap between the sewing portion 1 and the first horizontal conveying portion 2.
The glue placing part and the transmission part are integrally arranged, so that the structure of the equipment is simplified.
In the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the adhesive placement portion is formed by placing an adhesive on the surface of the veneer layer.
The third embodiment is different from the first and second embodiments, in which the glue placement portion is disposed on the adhesive on the upper and lower surfaces of the insulation board core.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, in the third embodiment, the first horizontal conveying portion 2 includes a driving wheel 13, a driven wheel 14, and a conveying chain 16 matched with the driving wheel 13 and the driven wheel 14, the glue placement portions include an upper glue placement portion 3 for placing the upper surface of the heat insulation board core on the adhesive, and a lower glue placement portion 5 for placing the lower surface of the heat insulation board core on the adhesive, the upper glue placement portion 3 is disposed above the first horizontal conveying portion 2, the lower glue placement portion 5 is disposed below the first horizontal conveying portion 3, the upper glue placement portion 3 and the lower glue placement portion 5 each include a plurality of fixed spray heads or movable spray heads for spraying the adhesive, the upper transfer portion 4 and the lower transfer portion 6 each include a motor and a rotating shaft connected with an output shaft of the motor, the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer of the coiled roll are both sleeved on the corresponding rotating shafts, the upper transfer portion 4 is disposed below the conveying chain 16, and the lower transfer portion 6 is disposed below the conveying chain 16.
The conveyor chain 16 has a through hole through which the adhesive of the adhesive placement portion can be placed on the lower surface of the insulation board core.
In a third embodiment, the other embodiments are identical to the first and second embodiments.
The invention also provides a processing technology of the heat-insulating plate, which adopts the equipment to process, and combines with the attached figure 1, the technology comprises the following steps:
step one: sewing the grid cloth, repeatedly penetrating the connecting wire up and down through the heat-insulating board core body by the sewing part 1 so as to stitch the grid cloth and the heat-insulating board core body;
step two: paving a veneering layer, transmitting the upper veneering layer and the lower veneering layer by using the transmitting parts, placing adhesives on the upper surface and the lower surface of the upper veneering layer or the lower veneering layer or the heat-insulation board core by using the glue placing parts, bonding the upper veneering layer on the upper surface of the heat-insulation board core by using the adhesives, bonding the lower veneering layer on the lower surface of the heat-insulation board core, and forming the heat-insulation board core paved with the veneering layer;
step three: laminating veneer layer, the thermal insulation board core that has laid the veneer layer by first horizontal conveying portion 2 get into set up in laminating machine 9 of first horizontal conveying portion 2 low reaches, laminating machine 9 will go up the veneer layer pressfitting in the upper surface of thermal insulation board core, laminating machine 9 will down the veneer layer pressfitting in the lower surface of thermal insulation board core, after laminating machine 9 pressfitting, the bonding layer that the binder formed contains corresponding connecting wire with the net cloth.
Step four: and cutting and manufacturing the heat-insulating plate single body, conveying the heat-insulating plate through the laminating machine 9 to enter the cutting machine 10, and cutting the heat-insulating plate by using the cutting knife so as to cut the heat-insulating plate single body conforming to the specified size.
The bonding layers formed by the adhesive on the upper surface and the lower surface of the heat-insulating plate comprise connecting wires and grid cloth, when the heat-insulating plate is cut by a cutter, the connecting wires and the grid cloth are positioned in the bonding layers, and the cutting positions do not expose the wire ends of the connecting wires, so that the occurrence of jumper wire conditions can be avoided; meanwhile, the cutting positions are not exposed with connecting wires and grid cloth, so that the waste of the connecting wires and the grid cloth in the prior art is avoided. The first step to the fourth step are completed in one place, so that manpower and material resources for separate operation are saved, and the production efficiency can be improved; meanwhile, the occurrence of the off-line condition caused by external factors such as manpower and the like in the process of replacing the operation site is avoided.
In the method, the facing layer can be glass fiber cloth or decorative plate.
Preferably, in connection with fig. 1, the paving facing layer of step two is as follows:
and in the conveying process, the upper adhesive part 3 is used for spraying an adhesive on the lower surface of the upper veneer layer, the lower adhesive part 6 is used for conveying the lower veneer layer, the lower adhesive part 5 is used for spraying an adhesive on the upper surface of the lower veneer layer, and the lower surface of the upper veneer layer is bonded to the upper surface of the heat-insulating plate core before the heat-insulating plate core with the mesh cloth is sewn enters the first horizontal conveying part 2, and the upper surface of the lower veneer layer is bonded to the lower surface of the heat-insulating plate core.
Or as in fig. 2, step two is as follows:
the gap is formed by coating the adhesive on the lower surface of the upper veneer layer while conveying the upper veneer layer by the upper roll coater 7, coating the adhesive on the upper surface of the lower veneer layer while conveying the lower veneer layer by the lower roll coater 8, and bonding the lower surface of the upper veneer layer to the upper surface of the heat-insulating board core before the heat-insulating board core with the mesh cloth sewn enters the first horizontal conveying part 2.
Or as shown in fig. 3, step two is as follows:
the heat-insulating board core body with the mesh cloth being sewn enters the first horizontal conveying part 2, the upper glue placing part 3 arranged above the first horizontal conveying part 2 is arranged on the adhesive on the upper surface of the heat-insulating board core body, the lower glue placing part 5 arranged below the first horizontal conveying part 2 is arranged on the adhesive on the lower surface of the heat-insulating board core body, when the heat-insulating board core body with the adhesive is conveyed to the tail end of the first horizontal conveying part 2, the upper transfer part transfers the upper veneer layer to be attached to the upper surface of the heat-insulating board core body, and the lower transfer part transfers the lower veneer layer to be attached to the lower surface of the heat-insulating board core body, so that the work of paving the veneer layer is completed.
Further, the method further comprises a step five of spraying and edge sealing the four side edges of the heat-insulating plate single body by adopting a spraying and edge sealing part 11.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following step six:
the heat-insulating plate single body subjected to edge sealing is packaged by a packer 12.
The finished heat-insulating board meeting the requirements can be processed through the six steps, and can be used after being packaged.

1. The composite reinforcing integrated equipment for the heat-insulating plate is characterized by comprising a sewing part for repeatedly penetrating a connecting wire up and down through a heat-insulating plate core body to stitch a grid cloth and the heat-insulating plate core body, wherein a first horizontal conveying part is arranged at the downstream of the sewing part;
the adhesive placing part can place adhesives on the surfaces of the upper veneering layer and the lower veneering layer or the upper surface and the lower surface of the heat-insulating plate core, the lower surface of the upper veneering layer is adhered to the upper surface of the heat-insulating plate core, and the upper surface of the lower veneering layer is adhered to the lower surface of the heat-insulating plate core to form the veneered heat-insulating plate core;
the laminating machine is arranged at the downstream of the first horizontal conveying part, the upper veneering layer is pressed on the upper surface of the heat-insulating plate core body, the lower veneering layer is pressed on the lower surface of the heat-insulating plate core body to form the whole heat-insulating plate, and the bonding layer formed by the bonding agent contains the corresponding connecting lines and the corresponding grid cloth;
the downstream of laminator is equipped with the cutting machine, the cutter of cutting machine will be holistic the heated board cuts into the heated board monomer.
2. The insulation board composite reinforcement integrated device according to claim 1, wherein a spray-coating edge sealing portion is arranged at the downstream of the cutting machine, and the spray-coating edge sealing portion respectively performs spray-coating edge sealing on four side edges of the insulation board single body.
3. The insulation board composite reinforcement integrated apparatus of claim 2, wherein a baler is provided downstream of the sprayed edge seal.

The insulation board composite reinforcement integrated device according to claim 1, wherein the glue placement portion comprises an upper glue placement portion for placing the lower surface of the upper veneer layer on the adhesive and a lower glue placement portion for placing the upper surface of the lower veneer layer on the adhesive, the transfer portion comprises an upper transfer portion and a lower transfer portion, the upper transfer portion and the upper glue placement portion are arranged above a gap between the sewing portion and the first horizontal conveying portion, the lower transfer portion and the lower glue placement portion are arranged below a gap between the sewing portion and the first horizontal conveying portion, the upper transfer portion and the lower transfer portion both comprise a motor and a rotating shaft connected with an output shaft of the motor, the upper veneer layer and the lower veneer layer which are coiled are both sleeved on the corresponding rotating shafts, the upper transfer portion and the lower veneer layer both comprise a plurality of fixed spray heads or movable spray heads, the upper transfer portion and the lower transfer portion are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the upper veneer layer, and the spray heads are arranged in a plurality of directions perpendicular to the fixed spray heads or the movable spray heads.
5. The insulation board composite reinforcement integration apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the glue placement portion includes an upper glue placement portion that places a lower surface of the upper veneer layer in the adhesive and a lower glue placement portion that places an upper surface of the lower veneer layer in the adhesive, the transfer portion includes an upper transfer portion and a lower transfer portion, the upper glue placement portion and the upper transfer portion integration arrangement is presented as an upper roll coater that transports the upper veneer layer and can place the lower surface of the upper veneer layer in the adhesive, the upper roll coater is arranged above a gap between the sewing portion and the first horizontal conveying portion, the lower glue placement portion and the lower transfer portion integration arrangement is presented as a lower roll coater that transports the lower veneer layer and can place an upper surface of the lower veneer layer in the adhesive, and the lower roll coater is arranged below a gap between the sewing portion and the first horizontal conveying portion.
6. The insulation board composite reinforcement integrated apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first horizontal conveying part comprises a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a conveying belt matched with the driving wheel and the driven wheel.

The insulation board composite reinforcing integrated device according to claim 4, wherein the first horizontal conveying part comprises a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a conveying chain matched with the driving wheel and the driven wheel, the glue placing part comprises an upper glue placing part for placing the upper surface of the insulation board core on the adhesive and a lower glue placing part for placing the lower surface of the insulation board core on the adhesive, the upper glue placing part is arranged above the first horizontal conveying part, the lower glue placing part is arranged below the first horizontal conveying part, the upper glue placing part and the lower glue placing part respectively comprise a plurality of fixed spray heads or movable spray heads for spraying the adhesive, the upper conveying part and the lower conveying part respectively comprise a motor and a rotating shaft connected with an output shaft of the motor, the coiled upper veneer layer and the coiled lower veneer layer respectively are respectively sleeved on the corresponding rotating shafts, the upper conveying part is arranged above the tail ends of the conveying chain, and the lower conveying part is arranged below the tail ends of the conveying chain.
8. The insulation board composite reinforcement integrated apparatus of claim 1, wherein the laminator is a track laminator or a twin roll laminator.
9. The processing technology of the heat-insulating plate, which adopts the heat-insulating plate composite reinforcing integrated equipment as set forth in claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one: sewing the grid cloth, repeatedly penetrating the connecting wire up and down through the heat-insulating plate core body by using the sewing part so as to stitch the grid cloth and the heat-insulating plate core body;
step two: paving a veneering layer, transmitting the upper veneering layer and the lower veneering layer by using the transmitting parts, placing adhesives on the upper surface and the lower surface of the upper veneering layer or the lower veneering layer or the heat-insulation board core by using the glue placing parts, bonding the upper veneering layer on the upper surface of the heat-insulation board core by using the adhesives, bonding the lower veneering layer on the lower surface of the heat-insulation board core, and forming the heat-insulation board core paved with the veneering layer;
step three: pressing a veneering layer, wherein the heat-insulating board core body on which the veneering layer is paved enters the laminating machine arranged at the downstream of the first horizontal conveying part from the first horizontal conveying part, the upper veneering layer is laminated on the upper surface of the heat-insulating board core body by the laminating machine, the lower veneering layer is laminated on the lower surface of the heat-insulating board core body by the laminating machine, and after the laminating machine is pressed, the bonding layer formed by the adhesive contains the corresponding connecting wires and the corresponding grid cloth;
step four: and cutting and manufacturing an insulation board monomer, conveying the insulation board passing through the laminating machine to enter the cutting machine, and cutting the insulation board by the cutting knife so as to cut the insulation board monomer meeting the specified size.
