s5, stopping the operation of the first air suction pump and the second air suction pump, pressing down the mould again under the control of the oil cylinder, carrying out hot pressing treatment on the paper honeycomb plate, and moving up the mould under the control of the oil cylinder after the mould carries out hot pressing on the paper honeycomb plate for 3-4 seconds;
and S6, repeating the operation processes of the steps S3, S4 and S5, gradually increasing the hot pressing time of the mould on the paper honeycomb board, and gradually reducing the corresponding exhaust time until the product is hot-pressed and formed.
