Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
The water inlet component mounting box provided by the invention can be mounted in a clothes treatment device, and the clothes treatment device can be a washing machine, such as a washing machine with a drying function, or a clothes dryer.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the water inlet component mounting box provided by the present invention has an internal space 1 formed therein, wherein a water inlet component mounting part is provided in the internal space 1, and the water inlet component mounting part includes a water inlet valve mounting part 6 for mounting a water inlet valve.
In this embodiment, since the water inlet valve installation part 6 is provided in the inner space 1 of the water inlet part installation box 29, the water inlet valve 31 can be stably and reliably supported and positioned on the water inlet valve installation part 6, when the water inlet part installation case 29 is provided in the cabinet of the laundry treating apparatus, the water inlet valve 31 may be connected to a water source such as an external tap to supply water as desired, thereby avoiding frequent water adding of the user and forgetting to add water due to negligence, improving the user experience, and in addition, due to the self-protection function of the water inlet component mounting box 29, even if the part of intaking takes place to leak, leak and also can not directly reveal in the inside of clothing processing apparatus, that is to say, the water inflow part mounting box can prevent that the water that the inside water inflow part that sets up of its from spilling flows into in the box to the inside electric elements' of clothing processing apparatus security has been promoted.
Of course, the inlet valve mounting part 6 may have various structures, and the present invention is not limited to a specific structure as long as it is disposed in the inlet member mounting box 29 and can fix the inlet valve in the inner space 1. For example, in one form, the fill valve mounting portion 6 includes a mounting platform 34 that rises from the bottom wall 2 of the interior space 1 and a fill valve catch structure that is disposed on a deck of the mounting platform 34. Thus, the water inlet valve can be firmly and reliably clamped and positioned at the water inlet valve mounting part 6 by the support of the surface of the water inlet valve by the table surface of the mounting table 34 and the clamping and positioning of the clamping and positioning structure of the water inlet valve, and meanwhile, the releasable clamping and positioning structure can be used for conveniently detaching the water inlet valve to replace and maintain the water inlet valve.
Further, in order to improve the reliability of the fixed positioning of the water inlet valve, it is preferable that a water inlet valve connecting structure is further provided on the table top of the mounting table 34 as shown in fig. 1. Therefore, after the water inlet valve is clamped and positioned through the water inlet valve clamping structure, the water inlet valve is further fixed through the water inlet valve connecting structure, the water inlet valve clamping structure is pre-positioned at the early stage, and the water inlet valve connecting structure is further fixed and positioned through connecting pieces such as screws or bolts.
Of course, the inlet valve clamping structure and the inlet valve connecting structure may have any suitable structure, for example, in one structure shown in fig. 1, the inlet valve clamping structure includes two clamping plates 35 arranged at intervals, a clamping space is formed between the two clamping plates 35, clamping hooks 36 facing each other are formed at the top end of each clamping plate 35, and an upper surface of each clamping hook 36 is formed as an inclined guide surface extending obliquely downward, so that the inlet valve presses the two clamping plates to deform outward under the guidance of the two inclined guide surfaces, and after passing through, the two clamping plates return to clamp the inlet valve in the clamping space through the two clamping hooks 36; and the inlet valve coupling structure is a coupling hole 37 provided adjacent to the snap plate 35 so that the inlet valve can be further fixed by a bolt or screw passing through the inlet valve and the coupling hole 37.
Of course, it should be understood that the inlet valve catch structure could also be a catch groove formed on the deck of the mounting platform and the inlet valve connection structure could also be a stud formed on the deck of the mounting platform.
As shown in fig. 1, the water inlet member mounting box of the present invention has a drain groove 3 formed in a bottom wall 2 of an inner space 1, wherein the drain groove 3 is lower than the water inlet member mounting portion in a height direction of the water inlet member mounting box, and the bottom wall 2 and the drain groove 3 are in fluid communication with each other.
In practical use, at least one of the water inlet components such as the water softening device, the water inlet valve and the tap water connector may be disposed on the corresponding water inlet component mounting part, and the bottom wall 2 of the inner space 1 is formed with the water drainage groove 3, and the water drainage groove 3 is lower than the water inlet component mounting part and is in fluid communication with the bottom wall 2, so that, after the water inlet component leaks, the leaked water will flow into the water drainage groove 3 along the bottom wall 2 and will not flow out of the water inlet component mounting box and directly flow into the cabinet of the clothes treatment device such as the clothes dryer, so as to prevent the water leaked from the water inlet component from directly flowing into the inside of the clothes treatment device to damage the electrical components in the clothes treatment device. The leaked water can be stored in the water inlet component mounting box 29 and can be checked and poured out after the user receives voice or light prompt of the clothes treatment device, and can also be directly discharged to the outside of the clothes treatment device through the water discharge pipe 33 connected to the water inlet component mounting box 29, so that the overall quality of the clothes treatment device and the user experience are improved.
Of course, the water inlet member mounting portion may be disposed at any suitable position of the inner space 1, for example, may be disposed on a side wall of the inner space 1 to be suspended, or, in order to fully utilize the supporting function of the bottom wall 2 of the inner space 1, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the water inlet member mounting portion is disposed on the bottom wall 2, for example, the above-mentioned water inlet valve mounting portion may be disposed on the bottom wall 2, wherein a portion of the bottom wall 2 around the water inlet member mounting portion can be in fluid communication with the drain groove 3, that is, although the water inlet member mounting portion is disposed on the bottom wall 2, it cannot block a possible leakage water on other portions of the bottom wall 2 from flowing into the drain groove 3.
In addition, in case of water leakage from the water inlet member, in order to make it easier for water leakage on the bottom wall 2 to flow to the drain groove 3, it is preferable that the bottom wall 2 is extended obliquely downward toward the drain groove 3 so that the water leakage will flow to the drain groove 3 entirely along the inclined inner surface of the bottom wall 2, thereby avoiding the water from flowing around or collecting locally on the bottom wall 2 and collecting the water leakage more easily.
Further, in an embodiment, after the detection probe detects that the water leakage in the water drainage tank 3 is gathered to a certain degree, the prompt can be sent to the user, so that the user can clean the accumulated water in the water drainage tank 3 in time.
Alternatively, the wall of the drain tank 3 is formed to be inclined downwardly toward the lowest and converged with a pipe joint for connecting a drain pipe, so that the drain pipe 33 can be connected to the pipe joint as shown in fig. 3, and at the same time, the drain pipe 33 can be protruded from the tank so that the leakage water is directly discharged from the drain pipe 33 to the outside.
In addition, the wall of the inner space 1 is formed with a pipe containing groove 4, as shown in fig. 1, the pipe containing groove 4 can be formed at any appropriate position of the inner space 1, so that the redundant connecting pipes between the water inlet components can be coiled and contained in the pipe containing groove 4, the connecting pipes are prevented from being tightened, and the damaged joint ends of the connecting pipes can be cut out and reconnected conveniently in the later maintenance process.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the pipe receiving groove 4 is formed in the bottom wall 2, and the drain groove 3 is formed in the groove bottom wall of the pipe receiving groove 4, so that water leakage can be collected by the pipe receiving groove 4 even when water leakage occurs.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1 and 2 and fig. 3, the water inlet part mounting part includes a water softener mounting part 5 and/or a tap water joint mounting part 7. Thus, the corresponding water inlet component can be arranged according to the type requirement of the clothes treatment device. For example, as a general washing machine, only the tap water connector 26 may be provided without providing the water softening device 30, or as a dryer or when softening treatment of the washing water is required, the water softening device 30 and the tap water connector 26 may be installed.
Because the water inlet component mounting box 29 is provided with the tap water joint mounting part 7 in the inner space 1, the tap water joint 26 can be stably and reliably clamped and positioned in the tap water joint mounting part 7, when the water inlet component mounting box is arranged in the box body of the clothes treatment device, one end of the tap water joint can extend out of the box body of the clothes treatment device so as to be connected to a faucet conveniently, therefore, frequent water adding of a user is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
In addition, even if the water inlet member leaks, the water leakage may not be directly leaked inside the laundry treating apparatus due to the protection of the water inlet member mounting box 29, that is, the water inlet member mounting box is configured to prevent the water leaked from the water inlet member provided therein from flowing into the cabinet 27, thereby improving the safety of the electric components inside the laundry treating apparatus.
For example, in an embodiment having a service coupling mounting portion 7, the inlet valve mounting portion 6 and the service coupling mounting portion 7 are spaced apart to provide an excess connection pipe between the inlet valve and the service coupling, and the service coupling mounting portion 7 is disposed in abutment with one end side wall 8 of the internal space 1. Thus, after the tap water joint is arranged on the tap water joint installation part 7, the tap water joint can be conveniently and directly extended out of the box body of the clothes treatment device to be connected with a water tap through a connecting pipe, and frequent water adding or forgetting of water adding of a user is avoided.
Further, the pipe accommodating groove 4 is located between the water inlet valve mounting part 6 and the service water joint mounting part 7, so that an excess connection pipe provided between the water inlet valve and the service water joint is accommodated in the pipe accommodating groove 4.
Of course, the tap water connector installation part 7 may have various structures, and the present invention is not limited to a specific structure, for example, as shown in fig. 4, in the case of having the tap water connector installation part 7, in an embodiment, the tap water connector installation part 7 includes a support base 12 and a latch base 13, the latch base 13 and the support base 12 are releasably latched, and a tap water connector latching space is formed between the latch base 13 and the support base 12.
Thus, the tap water connector 26 can be firmly and reliably clamped and positioned in the tap water connector clamping space by supporting the surface of the tap water connector 26 by the surface of the supporting platform 12 and positioning the tap water connector by clamping the clamping seat 13, and meanwhile, the clamping seat 13 can be detached to protect and maintain the tap water connector 26 because the clamping seat 13 and the supporting platform 12 are releasably clamped.
Further, in order to better clamp and position the tap water connector 26, the inner peripheral surface of the tap water connector clamping space is matched with the outer peripheral surface of the tap water connector 26 in shape.
Of course, the table top of the support table 12 may extend to have an appropriate width in the axial direction of the service water connector 26 so as to form an adequate surface support for the service water connector 26.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, a first mounting groove 14 is formed on the clamping seat 13, a second mounting groove 15 is formed on the supporting table 12, and the first mounting groove 14 and the second mounting groove 15 form a tap water joint clamping space, so that the tap water joint 26 can be accommodated and positioned in the tap water joint clamping space formed by the first mounting groove 14 and the second mounting groove 15. Of course, the first mounting groove 14 may be integrally formed with the second mounting groove 15 to form a tap water tap clamping space, or the first mounting groove 14 may be integrally formed with a portion of the second mounting groove 15 to form a tap water tap clamping space.
Of course, it should be understood that the formation of the axial length of the second mounting groove 15 may be formed according to the specific formation of the service water connector 26. For example, in the structure shown in fig. 4, the tap water connection 26 includes large-diameter end portions at both ends and a small-diameter middle portion therebetween, and accordingly, the second mounting groove 15 includes large-diameter semicircular portions at both ends and a small-diameter semicircular portion therebetween.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4, in order to facilitate the clamping of the clamping seat 13, it is preferable that one of the clamping seat 13 and the supporting base 12 is formed with guide clamping grooves 16 at both sides of the clamping space of the tap water joint, and the other of the clamping seat 13 and the supporting base 12 is formed with guide clamping posts 17 at both sides of the clamping space of the tap water joint, wherein the guide clamping posts 17 can be releasably guided and clamped with the guide clamping grooves 16. Like this, through the direction joint of direction joint post 17 with direction joint groove 16, can be with the joint of guide joint seat 13 and brace table 12 to after both joints, through the joint of direction joint post 17 with direction joint groove 16, can also promote the reliability that running water joint space clamped the location to running water joint 26.
The support stand 12 may be formed at any suitable position of the bottom wall 2 of the inner space 1. For example, in the structure shown in fig. 4, the supporting base 12 is disposed to abut against one end side wall 8 of the internal space 1, for example, the box wall of the water inlet component mounting box 29 is integrally bent to form the supporting base 12 and the end side portion 8, and the end side wall 8 is formed with a notch 18 extending downward from the upper surface of the end side wall 8, and the clamping seat 13 can fill the notch 18 to be a part of the end side wall 8, so that the notch 18 facilitates the insertion of the clamping seat 13 from top to bottom, and the compensation fit between the notch 18 and the clamping seat 13 can further improve the positioning reliability of the clamping seat 13 and the clamping positioning reliability of the tap water joint 26 in the tap water joint clamping space.
Further, in one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, guide snap-fit posts 17 extend upwardly from the support base 12 and are attached to the inner surface of the end side walls 8; and joint seat 13 includes joint plate 19 and breach compensating plate 20, wherein, is provided with joint box 21 on the face of breach compensating plate 20, and joint box 21's inner space forms direction joint groove 16, and joint plate 19 can and support and form tap water joint space between 12 to breach compensating plate 20 can be located breach 18 with shape adaptation.
Further, after the clamping seat 13 and the support table 12 are clamped, in order to further improve the reliability of fixing the tap water connector 26, preferably, as shown in fig. 4, one of the clamping seat 13 and the support table 12 is formed with a clamping groove 23 located at the side of the clamping space of the tap water connector, and the other of the clamping seat 13 and the support table 12 is formed with a clamping hook 24 located at the side of the clamping space of the tap water connector and capable of being releasably clamped with the clamping groove 23, wherein the clamping hook 24 can be clamped into the clamping groove 23; the chuck base 13 and the support base 12 are formed with fastener mounting holes 25 arranged coaxially so as to be further fastened by screws or bolts fitted in the fastener mounting holes 25.
For example, in one embodiment, the water inlet unit mounting portion includes a water softener mounting portion 5 for mounting a water softener 30 and a tap water connection mounting portion 7 for mounting a tap water connection, wherein the water softener mounting portion 5 and the water inlet valve mounting portion 6 are disposed close to each other so that the water softener and the water inlet valve are butted or connected by a short connection pipe, and the water inlet valve mounting portion 6 and the tap water connection mounting portion 7 are spaced apart so that an excess connection pipe is disposed between the water inlet valve and the tap water connection.
Of course, it should be understood that in the case of having the water softening device mounting part 5, the water softening device mounting part 5 may have various structural forms as long as the water softening device can be fixedly positioned. For example, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, in order to further fix the water softening device, the water softening device mounting part 5 includes a water softening device mounting groove 9, a plurality of elastic catching arms 10 are provided on opposite sides of the water softening device mounting groove 9, an assembling inner surface of the water softening device mounting groove 9 and a catching inner surface of each elastic catching arm 10 are shaped to be fitted with an outer circumferential surface of the water softening device, and the water softening device 30 is disposed in the water softening device mounting groove 9 and caught by the elastic catching arms 10. Thus, the water softening device can be securely fixed in place by the water softening device mounting grooves 9 and the inner surfaces of the elastic catching arms 10 that are adapted to the outer surface shape of the water softening device 30.
Of course, the inner surfaces of the water softener mounting groove 9 and the elastic clamping arm 10 may be set according to the shape of the water softener 30, for example, as shown in the drawings, the water softener 30 is formed in a cylindrical shape, at this time, the water softener mounting groove 9 is a semicircular mounting groove, and the fitting inner surface of the water softener mounting groove 9 and the clamping inner surface of each elastic clamping arm 10 form a part of the circular inner surface, so that the water softener 30 is clamped into the semicircular mounting groove by the elastic clamping arm 10 and then clamped and positioned by the clamping inner surface of the elastic clamping arm 10 exceeding the semicircle to realize stable and reliable positioning.
Further, as described above, in the clothes dryer in actual use, since the temperature inside the cabinet 27 is high, the hot air above the cabinet 27 can be brought into the lower side of the cabinet 27 by the circumferential air flow generated by the rotation of the drum 28 to be discharged to the outside of the cabinet 27, thereby preventing the electric components inside the cabinet 27 from being affected by the condensed water generated above the cabinet 27, and preferably, the wall of the inner space 1 is provided with an air guide structure allowing the air circulation of the outer upper portion of the water inlet part mounting box and the outer lower portion of the water inlet part mounting box in the height direction of the water inlet part mounting box. Of course, the air guide structure may have a variety of suitable configurations. Thus, the hot air above the case 27 may circulate to the lower side of the case through the air guide structure and be discharged to the outside of the case 27.
Of course, the water inlet component mounting box 29 may be a box with a closed upper end, and at this time, a convection fan may be disposed on the top wall and the bottom wall of the box, or a larger air guide opening may be disposed on the top wall and the bottom wall of the box, and of course, the air guide opening on the bottom wall may be disposed in some suitable manner to prevent the water leakage in the water inlet component mounting box from flowing out of the air guide opening. When the side walls of the water inlet member-mounting box 29 are obliquely arranged, the air guide structure may also be formed on the oblique side walls of the water inlet member-mounting box.
Further, in order to improve the smoothness of the air flow, it is preferable that, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the water inlet part mounting box includes a bottom wall 2 and a side wall disposed around the bottom wall 2 such that the upper end of the inner space 1 is open, so that, in the structure shown in fig. 6, since the upper end of the water inlet part mounting box is directly open to communicate with the upper portion of the cabinet, the air flow generated by the rotation of the drum 28 is more easily introduced into the lower portion of the cabinet through the air guide structure; and/or the water inlet member mounting part provided in the inner space 1 may be formed as a part of the wall of the inner space 1, in which case the air guide may be formed at any suitable position of the water inlet member mounting part, as shown in the structure of fig. 1, the air guide may be the air guide 11, and the water softening device mounting part 5 may be formed with a suitable number of air guide 11 at suitable positions.
Of course, the side walls of the water inlet member mounting box may be arranged vertically, or in one embodiment, the side walls extend obliquely upward from the bottom wall 2, wherein the air guide structure is formed on at least one of the bottom wall 2, the side walls, and the junction of the bottom wall 2 and the side walls, so that the obliquely arranged side walls are more easily passed through by the air flow.
Further, as mentioned above, the air guide structure may be in any suitable form, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the air guide structure is an air guide hole 11, for example, in the structure shown in fig. 1, the air guide hole 11 is formed at a suitable position of the water inlet component mounting box, at this time, in fig. 6, the circumferential air flow generated by the rotation of the drum 28 will drive the hot air at the upper part in the box body to flow circumferentially through the air guide hole 11 and flow into the lower part in the box body.
In addition, as described above, the water inlet member mounting case 29 can prevent the water in the water inlet member from leaking into the case. Therefore, further, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, in a structure in which the drain grooves 3 are formed on the bottom wall 2 of the internal space 1, the drain grooves 3 are lower than the water inlet member mounting portion provided in the internal space 1 in the height direction of the water inlet member mounting box, and the bottom wall 2 and the drain grooves 3 can be in fluid communication, wherein the air guide structure is provided such that the flow of water flowing on the bottom wall 2 toward the drain grooves 3 along the flow path cannot flow out of the water inlet member mounting box through the air guide structure. Thus, even if any water leaks from the water inlet unit such as the water softener, the water inlet valve and the service water connection, the water flows into the drain tank 3 along the bottom wall 2, and does not flow out of the water inlet unit mounting box and directly into the tank body.
Further, in an embodiment in which the air guide structure is the air guide hole 11, the air guide hole 11 is formed in the other portion of the bottom wall 2 except for the flow path, so that the leakage water flowing on the bottom wall 2 does not naturally leak through the air guide hole 11 since the air guide hole 11 is not formed in the flow path. Of course, in other alternative, the air-guide hole 11 may be formed on the flow path, and in this case, a ring of protection protrusion surrounding the air-guide hole 11 needs to be formed on the bottom wall 2 to prevent the flowing water leakage from flowing out of the air-guide hole 11.
In addition, the invention provides a water inlet assembly, which comprises a water inlet component and the water inlet component mounting box, wherein the water inlet component is arranged on the water inlet component mounting part corresponding to the water inlet component, and the water inlet component comprises a water inlet valve arranged on the water inlet valve mounting part 6. Therefore, as mentioned above, when the water inlet assembly is arranged in the box body of the clothes treatment device, the user experience can be improved.
Further, the water inlet component comprises a tap water connector. Therefore, as mentioned above, when the water inlet component mounting box is arranged in the box body of the clothes treatment device, one end of the tap water joint can extend out of the box body of the clothes treatment device so as to facilitate the user to be connected to the water tap, thereby avoiding the frequent water adding of the user and improving the user experience.
Finally, the present invention provides a laundry treating apparatus comprising a cabinet and the above-described water inlet assembly disposed in the cabinet. For example, in the case where a service water connector is included, one end of the service water connector protrudes from the case. As described above, the overall quality and user experience of the laundry treating apparatus are significantly improved.
Of course, the laundry treating apparatus provided by the present invention may be a washing machine, such as a washing machine with a drying function, or may be a clothes dryer. The laundry treating apparatus provided by the present invention may have various structural forms. For example, a specific embodiment of the laundry treating apparatus will be described in detail as follows:
referring to the structure shown in fig. 1-6, the laundry treating apparatus includes a cabinet 27, a drum 28, and a water inlet part mounting box 29, the drum 28 and the water inlet part mounting box 29 being provided in the cabinet 27; wherein, the water inlet part mounting box 29 is formed with an inner space 1 therein, and a water inlet part is provided in the inner space 1, for example, the water inlet part may be communicated with the drum 28 according to various types and requirements of the laundry treating apparatus, or the water inlet part may be communicated with a steam generating device described below, the water inlet part includes a tap water joint 26, and one end of the tap water joint 26 is protruded from the cabinet 27.
Because be provided with into water part mounting box 29 in the box 27, and running water joint 26 sets up in the inner space of intaking part mounting box 29, and running water joint 26's one end stretches out from box 27, thus, in the in-service use, running water joint 26 can be through pipeline lug connection to running water tap, make directly supply water to the clothing processing apparatus through the running water, thereby avoid the user frequently to add water, avoid the user to forget to add water owing to neglecting, in addition, even if intake the part leaks, because the protection of intaking part mounting box 29, it also can not directly reveal in the inside of clothing processing apparatus to leak, that is, it sets up to prevent that the water that its inside water inflow part that sets up spills from flowing into in box 27 to intake the part mounting box, thereby the inside electric elements's of clothing processing apparatus security has been promoted.
Of course, in the clothes treating apparatus, the tap water connector 26 may be directly connected to the drum 28, or, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the water inlet component includes at least one of a water softening device 30 and a water inlet valve 31 connected downstream of the tap water connector 26, of course, the water softening device 30 and the water inlet valve 31 may be selected according to actual requirements, for example, in a washing machine, the water inlet component may include the water inlet valve 31, that is, the water inlet valve 31 is connected between the tap water connector 26 and the drum 28, so that when the tap is opened, the water inlet amount can be controlled by controlling the water inlet valve 31. Alternatively, in the clothes dryer, the water inlet part includes a water softening device 30 and a water inlet valve 31 connected downstream of the tap water joint 26, so that the inlet water is supplied to a downstream steam generating device to generate steam after being softened and purified by the water softening device 30.
Of course, the position of the inlet valve 31 may be appropriately selected, for example, the inlet valve 31 may be disposed downstream of the water softening device 30. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the water inlet valve 31 is disposed upstream of the water softening device 30, i.e., in an embodiment, the water inlet part includes the water softening device 30 and the water inlet valve 31, wherein the water inlet valve 31 is located between the water softening device 30 and the tap water connector 26 and directly interfaces with the water softening device 30, of course, the direct interface between the water inlet valve 31 and the water softening device 30 can omit the connecting pipeline between the two, thereby simplifying the structure, avoiding the water leakage due to the breakage of the connecting pipeline between the two, the water softening device 30 can be communicated with the drum 28, or the water softening device 30 can be communicated with the steam generating device described below. Of course, this structure can be applied to a washing machine, for example, to supply water softened and purified by the water softening device 30 to the drum 28 to meet a washing demand as required.
Of course, in a clothes dryer or a washing machine with a drying function, the clothes treating apparatus includes the steam generating device 32, the water inlet part can be communicated with the steam generating device 32, and the steam generating device 32 can be communicated with the drum 28, or the steam generating device 32 can be communicated with other drying spaces of the washing machine, such as a drying part located in a base of the washing machine. For example, in the dryer, the water from the water softening device 30 flows into the steam generator 32 to generate steam, or, in the washing machine with drying function, the water from the water softening device 30 may pass through a switching joint, which may allow the water to directly flow into the drum during washing and flow into the steam generator 32 to generate steam during drying; and/or, of course, the water inlet unit mounting box 29 may be provided at any suitable position within the cabinet 27 as required, for example, as shown in fig. 6, the water inlet unit mounting box 29 is located above the side of the drum 28 and connected to the side wall of the cabinet 27, thus facilitating the use for conveniently connecting the service water connector 26 to the water tap without bending over. In addition, in the field of the clothes dryer, some of the electric components above the inside of the cabinet 27 may be disposed on the water inlet part mounting box 29 to make full use of the water inlet part mounting box 29 as a carrier, and the clothes dryer in operation has a high temperature inside the cabinet 27 so that condensed water is formed on a side wall, such as a ceiling wall, of the cabinet 27, and such condensed water drops lag behind to affect the electric components inside the cabinet 27, and therefore, it is necessary to convey the hot air above the cabinet 27 to the lower portion of the cabinet 27 to be discharged to the outside of the cabinet, in a manner that the hot air above the cabinet 27 may be brought to the lower portion of the cabinet 27 to be discharged to the outside of the cabinet 27 by the circumferential air flow generated by the rotation of the drum 28. Of course, a space for the air flow to pass through may be formed between the inlet unit mounting case 29 and the case 27, or, as described below, a corresponding air guide structure may be formed on the inlet unit mounting case 29 to facilitate the flow of the air from the upper portion of the case 27 into the lower portion of the case 27.
Of course, the service water connection 26 may be installed in the inner space 1 of the water inlet part installation box 29 by a suitable structure such that one end of the service water connection 26 protrudes from the case 27. For example, the tap water connector 26 can be firmly and reliably clamped and positioned in the tap water connector clamping space by a bracket and a screw which are suspended in the internal space 1, or, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, in an embodiment, a tap water connector mounting part 7 is arranged in the internal space 1, the tap water connector mounting part 7 comprises a supporting table 12 and a clamping seat 13, the clamping seat 13 and the supporting table 12 are releasably clamped and connected, a tap water connector clamping space is formed between the clamping seat 13 and the supporting table 12, and the tap water connector 26 is clamped and positioned by the tap water connector clamping space, so that the tap water connector 26 is supported by the table top of the supporting table 12 on the surface of the tap water connector 26 and is clamped and positioned by the clamping seat 13. Meanwhile, since the latch holder 13 and the support stand 12 are releasably latched, the latch holder 13 can be removed to further maintain the service water connector 26.
6, since the upper end of the water inlet part mounting box is directly open to communicate with the upper portion of the cabinet, the air flow generated by the rotation of the drum 28 is more easily introduced into the lower portion of the cabinet through the air guide structure; and/or, a water inlet member mounting part is provided in the inner space 1 as a part of the wall of the inner space 1, in which case the air guide may be formed at any suitable position of the water inlet member mounting part, as shown in the structure of fig. 1, the air guide may be an air guide hole 11, and a suitable number of air guide holes 11 are formed at suitable positions of the water softening device mounting part 5.
Of course, the water inlet member mounting portion may be provided at any suitable position of the inner space 1, for example, may be provided on a side wall of the inner space 1 to be suspended, or, in order to fully utilize the supporting function of the bottom wall 2 of the inner space 1, it is preferable that the water inlet member mounting portion is provided on the bottom wall 2 as shown in fig. 2 and 3, wherein a portion of the bottom wall 2 around the water inlet member mounting portion is capable of being in fluid communication with the drain tank 3, that is, although the water inlet member mounting portion is provided on the bottom wall 2, it is not capable of blocking the inflow of the water leakage possibly existing on the other portion of the bottom wall 2 into the drain tank 3.
3, the water inlet part mounting part includes the water softener mounting part 5 provided with the water softener 30 and/or the water inlet valve mounting part 6 provided with the water inlet valve 31, so that it can be provided according to the type requirement of the laundry treating apparatus. For example, as a general washing machine, only the water inlet valve 31 may be provided without providing the water softening device 30, or as a clothes dryer or when softening treatment of the washing water is required, the water softening device 30 and the water inlet valve 31 may be installed.
For example, in one embodiment, the water inlet unit mounting portion includes a water softener mounting portion 5 provided with a water softener 30 and a water inlet valve mounting portion 6 provided with a water inlet valve 31, wherein the water softener mounting portion 5 and the water inlet valve mounting portion 6 are disposed close to each other so that the water softener and the water inlet valve are butted or connected through a short connecting pipe, and the water inlet valve mounting portion 6 and the tap water joint mounting portion 7 are disposed at an interval so that an excess connecting pipe is disposed between the water inlet valve and the tap water joint.
Further, the pipe accommodating groove 4 is located between the water inlet valve mounting part 6 and the service water joint mounting part 7, so that an excess connection pipe provided between the water inlet valve and the service water joint is accommodated in the pipe accommodating groove 4.
Of course, it should be understood that the water softener mounting part 5 and the water inlet valve mounting part 6 may have various structural forms as long as the water softener and the water inlet valve can be fixedly positioned. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the inlet valve mounting portion 6 may include two engagement plates arranged at a distance, the engagement plates having hooks formed at top ends thereof facing each other, and having coupling holes formed near the two engagement plates for further fastening by screws or bolts fitted in the coupling holes after the inlet valve is engaged.
As shown in fig.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without departing from the scope of the invention. The invention is not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
