Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a condenser connecting piece which can be easily assembled and has considerable mechanical strength.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a condenser connecting piece comprises a handle, a sealing ring and a detachable connecting device which are arranged on the connecting piece, and is characterized in that the handle and the connecting piece are integrally formed and arranged on one end surface of the connecting piece, and the other end surface of the connecting piece opposite to the end surface is connected with a condenser through the detachable connecting device;
furthermore, the connecting piece also comprises a fixing buckle positioning device arranged on the connecting piece, and the fixing buckle positioning device is matched with a positioning buckle on the inner wall of the condensation door of the clothes dryer to fix the connecting piece and the condenser in the condensation door;

The clothes dryer is provided with the condenser connecting piece, the connecting piece is connected with the condenser through a detachable connecting device, and the connecting piece is fixed in a condensation door of the clothes dryer through a fixing buckle positioning device arranged on the connecting piece.
After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.
1. Because hand (hold) and fixed knot all set up on the connecting piece, reduced the quantity of spare part, increased the holistic mechanical strength of connecting piece simultaneously for the connecting piece is more durable, has reduced the probability of spare part damage, and life is longer.
2. In the process of replacing or assembling the condenser, the handle and the connecting piece are not required to be disassembled and assembled, and only the fastening screws for connecting the connecting piece and the condenser are required to be disassembled and assembled, so that the operation procedures during replacement are reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
3. The handle and the connecting piece are integrally arranged, so that the assembly structure is simplified, the generation quantity of parts is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the condenser apparatus of the present invention includes a condenser 2 and a connecting member 1, wherein the connecting member 1 is provided with a sealing ring 3, a handle 14 and a fixing buckle positioning device 13. The condenser 2 is connected with the connecting piece 1 through a detachable connecting device, in the process of assembling the condenser device to the clothes dryer, the connecting piece and the condenser are assembled together through the detachable connecting piece, the assembled condenser device is fixedly positioned in a condensation door through a fixing buckle positioning device arranged on the connecting piece, and the bottom of the whole clothes dryer is arranged on the clothes dryer.
In the invention, the handle which is divided into two parts in the prior art, the fixing buckle positioning device 13 arranged on the handle and the connecting piece 1 are integrated into a whole part, the function of the handle 14 is integrated on the connecting piece 1, and the whole assembly is simple, convenient and quick. When assembling or replacing a new condenser, the connecting piece and the condenser are separated through the detachable connecting device, and the condenser can be replaced and assembled without detaching the handle.
Example one
A condenser connecting piece comprises a handle 14, a sealing ring 3, a detachable connecting device and a fixed buckle positioning device 13 which are arranged on the connecting piece, wherein the connecting piece 1 is connected with a condenser 2 through the detachable connecting device, the handle 14 and the connecting piece 1 are integrally formed and arranged on one end surface of the connecting piece 1, and the other end surface of the connecting piece opposite to the end surface is connected with the condenser 2 through the detachable connecting device. The connecting piece 1 further comprises a fixing buckle positioning device 13 arranged on the connecting piece, and the fixing buckle positioning device is matched with a positioning buckle on the inner wall of the condensation door of the clothes dryer to fix the connecting piece and the condenser 2 in the condensation door. The handle is equipped with strengthening rib 15 with the connecting wire department of connecting piece, and strengthening rib 15 is perpendicular to the connecting wire and outwards extends to connecting piece frame department. The detachable connecting device is in threaded connection, the fastening screw holes 11 are arranged along the outer frame of the connecting piece, at least one fastening screw hole 11 is arranged at one corner of the connecting piece, another fastening screw hole 11 is arranged at the inner side of the outer frame of the connecting piece, the corner of the connecting piece is not adjacent to the inner side of the outer frame of the connecting piece, and the connecting piece 1 is connected with the condenser 2 through the matching connection of the fastening screws and the fastening screw holes 11.
In this embodiment, the connecting wire department of hand (hold) and connecting piece is provided with many strengthening ribs of perpendicular to connecting wire, the frame of the connecting wire of hand (hold) and connecting piece is connected to the strengthening rib, because perpendicular to connecting wire department sets up, can share the perpendicular outside power of exerting on the hand (hold) from the user when utilizing the hand (hold) to take out the condenser, make the hand (hold) can withstand bigger pulling force, and then increased the mechanical strength of hand (hold), and increased the holistic connectivity of hand (hold) and connecting piece.
The detachable connection is a threaded connection, the fastening screw holes are arranged on the inner side of the outer frame of the connecting piece and are at least provided with two fastening screw holes, one fastening screw hole is arranged at one corner of the connecting piece and is attached to the inner side of the outer frame of the connecting piece, and the other fastening screw hole is arranged on the inner side of one of the two sides of the outer frame of the connecting piece which is not adjacent to the corner. The arrangement ensures that the two fastening screw holes are not arranged on the same edge, can be matched with the handle and the reinforcing ribs to uniformly disperse the force applied to the handle, and simultaneously reduces the number of the fastening screws as much as possible so as to ensure the connection strength of the connecting piece and the condenser.
The arrangement can reduce the time consumed in disassembling the fastening screw in the process of assembling the condenser, achieve equivalent connection mechanical strength, and simultaneously reduce the number of parts as much as possible, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the working efficiency.
Example two
A condenser connecting piece, as shown in figure 5, comprises a handle 14, a sealing ring 3, a detachable connecting device and a fixing buckle positioning device 13 which are arranged on the connecting piece, wherein the connecting piece 1 is connected with a condenser 2 through the detachable connecting device, and the handle 14 is integrally formed on the connecting piece 1; the number of the fixing buckle positioning devices 13 is two, and the opposite angles are arranged on the outer frame of the connecting piece. The handle is provided with a reinforcing rib 15 at a connecting line with the connecting piece, and at least one long edge and one short edge of the handle are respectively provided with a first group of reinforcing ribs 15 and a second group of reinforcing ribs 15 which extend outwards to the outer frame of the connecting piece in a direction perpendicular to the connecting line. The detachable connecting device is in threaded connection, the number of the fastening screw holes 15 is three, the two fastening screw holes are arranged at two corners of the connecting piece corresponding to two end points of one long edge of the connecting piece outer frame, the other fastening screw hole is arranged at the inner side of one short edge of the connecting piece outer frame, and a triangle is formed by connecting lines of the three fastening screw holes.
The embodiment is a further improvement of the first embodiment, two groups of reinforcing ribs perpendicular to the connecting line are respectively arranged on the long side and the short side of the connecting line of the handle and the connecting piece, the first group of reinforcing ribs and the second group of reinforcing ribs extend to the outer frame of the connecting piece from the connecting line, and a third group of reinforcing ribs for connection and reinforcement are arranged between the group of reinforcing ribs and the second group of reinforcing ribs. The quantity increase of fastening screw hole is three simultaneously, and wherein two fastening screw holes set up in two angles departments of the connecting piece that two extreme points of a long limit of connecting piece frame correspond, and another is in the inboard of two short sides of connecting piece frame, and a triangle-shaped is constituteed to three fastening screw hole's line.
In this embodiment, the connecting wire department of hand (hold) and connecting piece is provided with two sets of strengthening ribs, because the hand (hold) has one end to stretch into the blank of exerting force for convenience of customers to the hand (hold) only trilateral and connecting piece are connected, and the connecting wire department of trilateral two faces and connecting piece in being connected with the connecting piece is equipped with the strengthening rib of perpendicular connecting wire respectively, is equipped with the strengthening rib of third group between the strengthening rib that is closest to the strengthening rib of second group strengthening rib and the strengthening rib that is closest to first group strengthening rib in the strengthening rib of first group. The third group of reinforcing ribs are mutually vertical and crossed reinforcing ribs, and the third group of reinforcing ribs are connected with the first group of reinforcing ribs, the second group of reinforcing ribs and the outer frame of the connecting piece. The arrangement strengthens the angle with the lowest mechanical strength in the handle, increases the connecting strength of the handle and the connecting piece, and simultaneously reduces the material consumption as much as possible.
The arrangement of the handle reinforcing ribs and the position arrangement of the fastening screw holes can still keep certain mechanical strength under the condition of reducing the material consumption and the number of the fastening screws as much as possible, so that the mechanical strength can be kept to meet the normal whole machine function on the basis of improving the assembly efficiency.
EXAMPLE III
A condenser connecting piece as shown in figure 6 comprises a handle 14, a sealing ring 3, a detachable connecting device and a fixing buckle positioning device 13 which are arranged on the connecting piece, wherein the connecting piece 1 is connected with a condenser 2 through the detachable connecting device, the handle 14 is integrally formed on the connecting piece 14, the end face where the handle 14 is located is opposite to the end face where the connecting piece is connected with the condenser, the handle 14 and an outer frame of the connecting piece are arranged in a protruding mode on the end face of the connecting piece, and the protruding heights are the same; the fixed buckle positioning devices 13 are two and arranged in a C shape, and the notches of the fixed buckle positioning devices 13 are matched with the positioning buckles on the inner wall of the condenser condensation door to fix the connecting piece 1 and the condenser 2 in the condensation door. The fixing buckle positioning device 13 is diagonally arranged on an outer frame of the connecting piece 1, reinforcing ribs 15 are arranged at connecting lines of the handle 14 and the connecting piece 1, a first group of reinforcing ribs 15 and a second group of reinforcing ribs 15 which extend outwards to the outer frame of the connecting piece along a direction perpendicular to the connecting lines are respectively arranged at connecting lines of at least one long edge and one short edge of the handle and the connecting piece, and a third group of reinforcing ribs is arranged between the reinforcing rib closest to the second group of reinforcing ribs in the first group of reinforcing ribs 15 and the reinforcing rib closest to the first group of reinforcing ribs in the second group of reinforcing ribs 15; a curve closed reinforcing rib 16 is arranged in the third group of reinforcing ribs, one end of other reinforcing ribs 15 in the third group is connected with the curve closed reinforcing rib 16, and the other end is connected with the first group of reinforcing ribs or the second group of reinforcing ribs or the outer frame of the connecting piece; the detachable connecting device is in threaded connection, the number of the fastening screw holes 11 is three, the two fastening screw holes 11 are arranged at two corners of the connecting piece along the inner side of the outer frame of the connecting piece, and the other fastening screw hole 11 is arranged in the middle of the short side of the connecting piece without the reinforcing rib.
The present embodiment is further optimized on the basis of the second embodiment, and for the best embodiment, two sets of reinforcing ribs perpendicular to the connecting line are still disposed at the connecting line between the handle and the connecting member in the present embodiment, that is, the first set of reinforcing ribs and the second set of reinforcing ribs are perpendicular to the connecting line, the curved sealing reinforcing ribs disposed in the third set of reinforcing ribs are connected to the curved sealing reinforcing ribs, and one end of the other reinforcing ribs in the third set of reinforcing ribs is connected to the curved sealing reinforcing ribs, and the other end of the other reinforcing ribs in the third set of reinforcing ribs is connected to the first set of reinforcing ribs or the second set of reinforcing ribs or the outer frame of the connecting member. The strengthening rib of third group sets up the curve and seals the strengthening rib and can increase third group strengthening rib and connecting piece as holistic joint strength, and can be better dispel the frame to the connecting piece on to the power of the strengthening rib that comes from connecting the hand (hold) through the curve. The handle can be endowed with enough mechanical strength under the combined arrangement of the first group of reinforcing ribs, the second group of reinforcing ribs and the third group of reinforcing ribs, the acting force of a user on the handle can be better dispersed and transmitted, meanwhile, the use of materials is reduced as much as possible, and the cost and the assembly time are saved.
In the embodiment, three fastening screw holes are arranged on the connecting piece, two fastening screw holes are arranged at two corners of the connecting piece along the inner side of the outer frame of the connecting piece, and the other fastening screw hole is arranged in the middle of the short side of the connecting piece without the reinforcing rib. This results in the continuity of the diagonal of the connector between the corner of the connector where the reinforcing bar is located and the corner of the connector which is fixed by the triangle formed by the three fastening screws. The significance of design like this lies in when the user needs to change the condenser device, need pull out the condenser through the hand (hold), and the user implements outside pulling force to the hand (hold), and the pulling force that applies can clear up the even dispersion of power on the frame of connecting piece through strengthening rib and fastening screw to the atress that makes whole connecting piece is even, thereby has increaseed the mechanical strength of whole condenser device.
In the embodiment, only three fastening screws are needed for connecting the connecting piece and the condenser, and the three fastening screws can meet the strength requirement of the connecting piece. The assembly structure is greatly simplified, the number of fastening screws is reduced, the production cost is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
Example four
A condenser connecting piece comprises a handle 14, a sealing ring 3, a detachable connecting device and a fixing buckle positioning device 13 which are arranged on the connecting piece, wherein the connecting piece 1 is connected with a condenser 2 through the detachable connecting device, and the handle 14 is integrally formed on the connecting piece 1; the two fixing buckle positioning devices 13 are diagonally arranged on the outer frame of the connecting piece, the connecting line between the handle 14 and the connecting piece 1 is provided with a reinforcing rib 15, and the reinforcing rib 15 extends from the connecting line to the outer frame of the connecting piece; the detachable connecting device is a magnetic connecting device and consists of a first magnetic connecting part arranged on the connecting piece and a second magnetic connecting part arranged on the condenser, and the connecting piece is connected with the condenser through the magnetic connection of the first magnetic connecting part and the second magnetic connecting part. The first magnetic connecting part is arranged on the outer frame of the connecting piece, and the second magnetic connecting part is arranged on the end face of one end of the condenser.
The handle and the fixing buckle positioning device are both arranged on the connecting piece, and the handle and the connecting piece are integrally formed, so that the handle and the connecting piece are not detachably connected, and the handle and the connecting piece cannot be displaced or loosened due to assembly errors or untight assembly under other conditions. Meanwhile, the material consumption is reduced due to the integrated design, and the production cost is saved. And fixed knot also sets up on the connecting piece, and better with the connecting piece with the condenser fastening position that is connected with the connecting piece in the condensation door, reach better location effect.
And the magnetic connection between connecting piece and the condenser can more convenient assembly connecting piece and condenser, only need link together first magnetism connecting portion that are located on the connecting piece and second magnetism connecting portion that are located on the condenser when the assembly just can be quick assemble condenser and connecting piece, has saved the time of installation fastening screw, has improved work efficiency. The same operation is carried out when the condenser is replaced, so that the condenser can be replaced more quickly.
EXAMPLE five
The clothes dryer is provided with the condenser connecting piece, the connecting piece is connected with the condenser through a detachable connecting device, and the connecting piece is fixed in a condensation door of the clothes dryer through a fixing buckle positioning device arranged on the connecting piece.
