Abstract
The invention provides an intelligent earphone device personalization system and a using method thereof.A user downloads and installs an earphone personalization application program unit in a mobile device by a service device, and the mobile device is matched with the intelligent earphone device, the user inputs corresponding data from a registration module of the mobile device, the user needs to wear the intelligent earphone device and detects the hearing of the left and right ears of the user by a hearing detection module of the mobile device to generate a detection result, an automatic compensation unit of the intelligent earphone device automatically compensates the detection result and then compensates by a manual compensation module of the mobile device, and finally the user can adjust a sound effect mode by a preference setting module of the mobile device according to personal preferences so as to complete personalization of the intelligent earphone device.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to an intelligent earphone device personalization system and a method for using the same, and more particularly, to an intelligent earphone device personalization system and a method for using the same, in which an intelligent earphone device dedicated to a user is customized according to the hearing ability and preference of the user by a service device, an earphone personalization application unit, a mobile device, and an intelligent earphone device.
Background
Nowadays, with the continuous development of network technology, more and more people use personal mobile devices to listen to music directly on line or download audio files to the personal mobile devices for listening. In order to make people listen to music anytime and anywhere without disturbing others, the earphone device is a necessary accessory of the personal mobile device.
However, in order to clearly and comfortably listen to music, people can adjust the playing volume of the earphone device to achieve this purpose, but the earphone device of the prior art only provides users with adjustment of the playing volume of the left and right ears at the same time, but does not consider that the hearing conditions of the left and right ears are different from each other as the vision conditions of the left and right eyes, so that the playing volume of the earphone device must be adjusted for different hearing conditions to avoid hearing loss, but it is very inconvenient for the users to repeatedly adjust the playing volume of the left and right ears each time the earphone device is used.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an intelligent earphone device personalization system and a using method thereof, wherein an intelligent earphone device dedicated to a user is customized according to the hearing status and preference of the user by a service device, an earphone personalization application unit, a mobile device and the intelligent earphone device according to the using method thereof, when the user wears the personalized intelligent earphone device to listen to music and broadcast, the problem of difference of the hearing of the two ears of the user is solved, so that not only is the listening volume not required to be adjusted frequently, but also the deafness caused by the fact that the two ears of the user listen to the music under the improper listening volume can be avoided, and the frequency of listening to the music is adjusted according to the preference setting of the user, so that the user can listen to the music in a comfortable and easy environment.
It is a secondary objective of the present invention to provide an intelligent earphone personalization system and a method for using the same, which can provide an easy listening function by sampling, analyzing and processing external environment noise and adjusting the volume of an earphone unit according to the analyzed result, or provide an active noise reduction function by transmitting a signal for suppressing the external environment noise to the earphone unit according to the analyzed result, so that a user can clearly listen to music at any time and any place.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a system for personalizing an intelligent earphone device and a method for using the same, which has a function of periodically detecting hearing changes of a user and adjusting settings of the intelligent earphone device according to the hearing changes, so as to maintain the intelligent earphone device in an optimal listening state.
Therefore, in order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an intelligent earphone device personalization system, comprising: a service device, in which a personalized earphone application unit is stored, and the personalized earphone application unit includes a registration module, a hearing detection module, a manual compensation module and a preference setting module, wherein: the registration module is used for a user to input corresponding data for registration; the hearing detection module is used for the user to carry out hearing detection and generate a detection result; the manual compensation module is used for the user to perform manual compensation on the detection result; the preference setting module is used for the user to adjust a sound effect mode according to personal preference, and personalized setting suitable for the hearing of the user can be formed after the setting is finished; a mobile device connected to the network through the first transmission unit, the service device downloads the personalized earphone application unit and installs it in the mobile device; and an intelligent earphone device, comprising: a central processing unit; the second transmission unit is electrically connected with the central processing unit, is matched with the first transmission unit through the second transmission unit, receives the instruction transmitted by the mobile device and transmits the instruction to the central processing unit, and the central processing unit converts the instruction into a corresponding signal; an earphone unit electrically connected with the CPU for sending the corresponding signal to the user; the automatic compensation unit is electrically connected with the central processing unit and carries out automatic compensation according to a detection result generated by the hearing detection module; a memory unit electrically connected with the CPU for storing the personalized setting in the memory unit; and the power supply unit is electrically connected with the central processing unit so as to provide the voltage required by the intelligent earphone device.
In the above embodiment, wherein the smart headphone apparatus further comprises: at least one sampling unit for receiving external environment noise; and a sampling signal processing unit which is electrically connected with the sampling unit and the central processing unit respectively, analyzes the change of the external environment noise and generates an analysis signal, transmits the analysis signal to the central processing unit, and then adjusts the playing volume of the earphone unit by the central processing unit according to the analysis signal.
In the above embodiment, the intelligent earphone device further includes a digital signal processing unit electrically connected to the central processing unit, and the digital signal processing unit adjusts the playing volume and frequency of the earphone unit according to the analysis signal.

a service device 100, wherein a headset personalization application unit 200 is stored in the service device 100, and the headset personalization application unit 200 includes a registration module 21, a hearing detection module 22, a manual compensation module 23, and a preference setting module 24, wherein: the registration module 21 is used for a user to input corresponding data for registration (as shown in fig. 3, the registration module 21 is provided with at least one data field for the user to input, wherein the data field includes a user name, a password, a re-input password, a gender, an age, a occupation, and a serial number of the intelligent earphone device 400); the hearing test module 22 is used for the user to perform hearing test and generate a test result (as shown in fig. 4A to 4D); the manual compensation module 23 is used for the user to perform manual compensation on the detection result (as shown in fig. 5A to 5C); the preference setting module 24 is used for the user to adjust a sound effect mode according to personal preferences (as shown in fig. 6), and after the setting is completed, a personalized setting suitable for the hearing of the user is formed, and the earphone personalized application program unit further has a function selection module 25 for the user to select the functions provided by the intelligent earphone device 400;

In addition, the intelligent earphone device 400 further includes a digital signal processing unit 49 electrically connected to the cpu 41, and the digital signal processing unit 49 provides a proportional inverse signal to the earphone unit 43 according to the analysis signal, so that the external environmental noise is sampled by the sampling unit 47, then transmitted to the sampling signal processing unit 48 for analysis and generated analysis signal, and finally the inverse signal provided by the digital signal processing unit 49 is transmitted to the earphone unit 43, so as to implement a noise reduction technique for the earphone unit, thereby preventing the user from being affected by the external environmental noise when listening to music and enabling the user to clearly listen to music.

the hearing detection module is used for the user to perform a hearing detection program and generate a detection result, wherein the hearing detection program comprises a preparation state and a detection state;
the manual compensation module is used for the user to perform manual compensation on the detection result, and the manual compensation comprises balance compensation and position identification compensation; and
the preference setting module is used for the user to adjust a sound effect mode according to personal preference, and personalized setting suitable for the hearing of the user can be formed after the setting is finished;
the mobile device is connected with the network through the first transmission unit, downloads the earphone personalized application program unit from the service device and is installed on the mobile device; and
an intelligent earphone device, comprising:
a central processing unit;
the second transmission unit is electrically connected with the central processing unit, is matched with the first transmission unit through the second transmission unit, receives the instruction transmitted by the mobile device and transmits the instruction to the central processing unit, and the central processing unit converts the instruction into a corresponding signal;
an earphone unit electrically connected with the CPU for sending the corresponding signal to the user;
the automatic compensation unit is electrically connected with the central processing unit and carries out automatic compensation according to a detection result generated by the hearing detection module, and the automatic compensation comprises hearing curve compensation and hearing threshold sensitivity compensation;
a memory unit electrically connected with the CPU for storing the personalized setting in the memory unit;
the power supply unit is electrically connected with the central processing unit so as to provide electric energy required by the intelligent earphone device;
at least one sampling unit for receiving the noise of the environment; and
a sampling signal processing unit, which is electrically connected with the sampling unit and the central processing unit respectively, analyzes the change of the environmental noise and generates an analysis signal, and transmits the analysis signal to the central processing unit, and then the central processing unit adjusts the playing volume of the earphone unit according to the analysis signal;
wherein the smart headset device and the sampling unit are configured to: in the ready state, the volume of the intelligent earphone device is reduced to the lowest, the sampling unit is adjusted to a preset position to detect the noise of the environment, when the noise of the environment is detected to be lower than a preset value, the state is switched to the detection state, and when the noise of the environment is detected to be higher than the preset value, the state cannot be switched to the detection state.
2. The intelligent headset device personalization system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent headset device further comprises a dsp unit electrically connected to the cpu, the dsp unit providing an inverse signal to the headset unit according to the analysis signal.
3. The intelligent headset device personalization system of claim 1 or 2, wherein the intelligent headset device further comprises a satellite positioning unit electrically connected to the cpu, the satellite positioning unit obtaining a current location of the intelligent headset device and outputting the current location to the cpu.
4. The intelligent headset device personalization system of claim 1, wherein the registration module has at least one data field for the user to enter.
5. The intelligent headset device personalization system of claim 4, wherein the data fields include username, password, reenter password, gender, age, occupation, and serial number of the intelligent headset device.
6. The intelligent headset device personalization system of claim 1, wherein the headset personalization application unit further comprises a function selection module for the user to select the function provided by the intelligent headset device.
7. A method for using an intelligent earphone device personalization system at least comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: a user downloads and installs an earphone personalized application program unit from a service device to a mobile device, and the mobile device is matched with an intelligent earphone device to complete a matching procedure;
step two: a registration program is carried out, and the user inputs corresponding data from a registration module of the mobile device;
step three: carrying out a hearing detection program, wherein the user needs to wear the intelligent earphone device and a hearing detection module of the mobile device detects the hearing of the left ear and the right ear of the user to generate a detection result; the hearing detection program comprises a preparation state and a detection state, wherein in the preparation state, the volume of the intelligent earphone device is reduced to the minimum, the sampling unit of the intelligent earphone device is adjusted to a preset position to detect the noise of the environment, when the noise of the environment is detected to be lower than a preset value, the detection state is switched, otherwise, when the noise of the environment is detected to be higher than the preset value, the detection state cannot be switched;
step four: an auditory compensation program is carried out, the automatic compensation unit of the intelligent earphone device automatically compensates aiming at the detection result, and the user compensates through the manual compensation module of the mobile device, wherein the auditory compensation program comprises an auditory curve compensation, a hearing threshold sensitivity compensation, a balance compensation and a position discrimination compensation, the auditory curve compensation and the hearing threshold sensitivity compensation are automatically compensated through the automatic compensation unit, and the balance compensation and the position discrimination compensation are compensated through the manual compensation module by the user; and
step five: and performing a preference setting program, adjusting a sound effect mode by the user through a preference setting module of the mobile device according to personal preferences, and completing personalization of the intelligent earphone device after setting is completed.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the registration module has at least one data field for the user to enter.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the data fields include a username, password, re-entered password, gender, age, occupation, and serial number of the smart headset.
10. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein in the testing state, the user can hear the audio from the mobile device through the smart headset, and only one ear of the user can hear the audio at a time, when the user hears the audio, the user presses a confirmation key to send a confirmation message, and the mobile device sends out the audio with different frequency or volume from the audio, after a plurality of tests, the test result is displayed on the mobile device, and the test result is stored in the storage unit of the smart headset and uploaded to the service device through the mobile device to be stored.
11. The method of claim 7, wherein the audio modes include a news mode, a classical mode, a pop mode, a rock mode, and a subwoofer mode for the user to select.
12. The method of using the intelligent headphone set personalization system of claim 7, further comprising the steps of six: and performing a function selection program to enable the user to select the function provided by the intelligent earphone device through a function selection module.
13. The method of using the intelligent headset device personalization system of claim 12, wherein the functions include active noise reduction and easy listening.
