Abstract
The invention relates to a wire harness connector with a special CPA structure and a secondary locking function, which comprises a sheath and CPA, wherein the CPA and the sheath are combined into the secondary locking structure, back-off is arranged on two sides of the CPA, anti-reversing ribs matched with the back-off are arranged on the sheath, and after the CPA is assembled to the sheath, the back-off is meshed with the anti-reversing ribs to ensure that the CPA cannot reverse. Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a harness connector, and more particularly, to a harness connector having a special CPA structure and having a secondary lock function.
Background
With the continuous development of new energy automobiles, a plurality of manufacturers in the automobile industry begin to produce products such as high-voltage connectors and wire harnesses applicable to the new energy automobiles. The high-voltage connector is provided with a secondary lock structure in order to ensure that the connector does not come loose due to vibration of the vehicle during running.
The secondary lock structure on the market is usually complex in structure or expensive in die and manufacturing cost. Some manufacturers even require two CPA members at the institution.
CPA, connector position assurance, refers to a connector positioning device, a secondary lock for connector positioning.
U.S. patent No. 20110212644A1 discloses a Connector Position Assurance (CPA) lock (10) for a connector (12) of a wiring harness of an engine having a connector body (14) and a lever latch (30) pivot relative to the connector body including a lock body (34). A foot (52) extends from the lock body (34) and engages the connector (12) to secure the position of the lock relative to the connector. The harness connector is complex in structure and relatively expensive to manufacture.
Chinese patent CN201710039385.6 discloses a novel CPA device and a connector assembly having the novel CPA device. The technical problem to be solved is that the CPA on the conventional electrical connector does not have a structure satisfying the high voltage interlock function. The novel lock comprises a main body part, wherein the main body part is in a latch shape and comprises an upper rectangular opening and a lower rectangular opening, guide ribs are arranged on two sides of the main body part, a pause lock hanging nose is arranged at the upper end of the inner side of the main body part, a limit boss is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the main body part, a boss I is arranged on the upper portion of the outer side of the main body part, and a transition bridging inclined plane is arranged between the boss I and the pause lock hanging nose. After the technical scheme is adopted, the high-voltage power supply circuit and the low-voltage signal circuit are switched on and off in a time-sharing way, so that an operation delay function is realized, and the injury of high voltage to operators is avoided.
Chinese patent CN201720724327.2 discloses an automobile connector, the CPA of the automobile connector is provided with a CPA front bolt, the CPA front bolt is an elastic structure, when the CPA is not withdrawn, the CPA front bolt is pushed up by a fifth plug buckling position on the plug main body to deform, so that the tail end of the CPA front bolt abuts against the upper end of the socket unlocking lever to limit the upper end of the socket unlocking lever to deform rightwards, and the lower end of the socket unlocking lever is connected with the socket main body to be fixed, so that the socket unlocking lever loses leverage and cannot be randomly unlocked, and then the unlocking button of the connector cannot be freely pressed before the CPA is withdrawn, so that the second-stage unlocking mechanism of the connector cannot be accidentally unlocked when the connector collides or is extruded. The above-mentioned connector structure is complicated to set up.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a harness connector having a special CPA structure and having a secondary locking function.
The aim of the invention can be achieved by the following technical scheme:
the harness connector with the special CPA structure and the secondary locking function comprises a sheath and CPA, wherein the CPA and the sheath are combined into the secondary locking structure, back-off is arranged on two sides of the CPA, anti-reversing ribs matched with the back-off are arranged on the sheath, and after the CPA is assembled to the sheath, the back-off is meshed with the anti-reversing ribs to ensure that the CPA cannot reverse.
Further, the sheath is provided with a lock catch pressing position, and the CPA is inserted from the rear end of the lock catch pressing position of the sheath.

When the CPA device is used, after the sheath is matched with the plug, the CPA is pushed to the bottom, and the CPA is pushed forwards until the CPA is pushed to be motionless in the assembly, at the moment, the CPA is blocked by the structure on the sheath to move forwards, and the anti-reversing rib on the sheath is meshed with the reversing buckle on the CPA, so that the CPA is prevented from reversing. After the locking device is in the working position, the anti-reversing rib on the sheath is arranged right below the CPA to ensure that the lock catch pressing positions of the CPA and the sheath cannot be pressed down, so that the possibility of loose disconnection between the sheath and the plug is avoided, and the secondary locking is formally effective.
The CPA structure is a newly developed structure, and has stronger mechanical capability. The anti-backup strength is higher. The two-stage meshing bayonet has very good improvement on the anti-falling and CPA holding force.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the guide angle arranged at the front end of the anti-reversing rib meets the requirement that a guide structure is arranged between the reversing buckle of the CPA and the sheath, and the installation is convenient. And the anti-reversing rib on the sheath and the back-off structure on the CPA have the anti-reversing function, so that the CPA can be prevented from falling off.
2. The engagement position of the buckle is hidden inside the product and is not exposed. The damage prevention is higher. The structure, the product strength and the stability are higher.
3. Two small convex ribs are arranged on the inner side of the anti-reversing rib. The inner sides of the anti-reverse ribs refer to opposite sides of two anti-reverse ribs. Two small convex ribs are added on the inner sides of the anti-reversing ribs on the two sides, so that the CPA is guaranteed not to reverse, and the lock catch pressing position on the sheath can not be pressed down after the CPA is pushed in place.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the harness connector with a special CPA structure and a secondary locking function comprises a sheath 1 and a CPA2, wherein the CPA2 and the sheath 1 are combined into the secondary locking structure, the two sides of the CPA2 are provided with a back-off 21, the sheath 1 is provided with an anti-back-off rib 11 matched with the back-off 21, and after the CPA2 is assembled to the sheath 1, the back-off 21 is meshed with the anti-back-off rib 11 to ensure that the CPA cannot back-off.
In this embodiment, the sheath 1 has a latch pressing position, and the CPA2 is inserted from the rear end of the latch pressing position of the sheath 1.
In this embodiment, the front end of the anti-reverse rib 11 is provided with a guiding angle, and the back-off 21 elastically deforms upward along the guiding angle of the front end of the anti-reverse rib 11 during the process of assembling the CPA2 to the sheath 1.
