The housing 10 is manufactured by a powder metallurgy process, and includes an annular main body 11, an accommodating cavity (not shown) surrounded by the annular main body 11, and a waterproof groove 12 opened on the periphery of the annular main body 11.
The waterproof groove 12 includes an inner wall 123, and first and second position-limiting portions 121 and 122 located on both sides of the inner wall 123. The outer diameter of the first position-limiting portion 121 is greater than the outer diameter of the second position-limiting portion 122, and the outer diameter of the second position-limiting portion 122 is greater than the outer diameter of the inner wall 123.
The inner wall 123 is a closed ring structure and includes a linear portion and an arc portion, and the inner wall 123 at the position of the arc portion is recessed to form a recessed portion 124.
A blocking part (not marked) is integrally formed in the accommodating cavity, a penetrating part (not marked) is formed at the upper part of the blocking part in a penetrating mode in the inserting direction, and a plurality of positioning blocks (not marked) are integrally formed at the rear end of the blocking part.
The plug connector 30 includes a middle plate 32, two rows of conductive terminals 31 respectively disposed on two sides of the middle plate 32, and an insulating body 33 integrally forming the middle plate 32 and the conductive terminals 31. The insulating body 33 includes a base 331 and a mating tongue 332 extending forward from the base 331, and the contact portions of the two rows of conductive terminals 31 are respectively exposed on two side surfaces of the mating tongue 332. The base 331 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 333 for accommodating the positioning blocks and a plurality of positioning projections 334 for accommodating the through portions in the insertion and extraction direction.
The plug connector 30 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 12 from the rear end of the housing 10, the base 331 abuts against the rear end of the blocking portion, and the positioning block at the rear end of the blocking portion passes through the positioning hole 333 and is exposed out of the rear end of the base 331.

S02, dispensing and forming the waterproof ring along the waterproof groove by using dispensing equipment;
the glue in the step is UV glue, and the viscosity of the UV glue is 50000-210000 cps.
In the step of injecting glue, the housing 10 is vertically fixed on a workbench (not shown), that is, the rear end of the housing 10 is fixed on the workbench, the second limiting portion 122 is located at the upper side, and the first limiting portion 121 is located at the lower side, as shown in fig. 6.
The glue dispensing equipment is a glue gun, the glue gun is positioned above the shell 10 along the waterproof groove 12 to move the glue injection circle for forming the waterproof ring 20.
As shown in fig. 5, when dispensing is performed by the dispensing device, a dispensing starting point is set at point a on the first limiting portion 121, and point B is a dispensing beam point. The distance between the starting point and the end point is 0.15-0.3 mm. The distance between the first limiting portion 121 and the second limiting portion 122 is the height h of the waterproof ring 20, the glue outlet of the glue dispensing equipment is flush with the second limiting portion 122 located above, and preferably, the waterproof ring is 0.5 mm.
The dispensing equipment starts to advance along the waterproof slot 12 from a starting point A and dispenses, when the dispensing equipment runs to an end point B, the dispensing equipment stops dispensing and moves downwards for 0.3-0.5h at the same time, and then rises upwards, and the distance of downward movement of the dispensing equipment is preferably 0.4 times of the height h of the waterproof ring 20. When the dispensing equipment moves downwards, the dispensing equipment does not move along the waterproof groove 12, the dispensing equipment continues to move to the position of the starting point A along the waterproof groove 12 after being lifted upwards at the end point B, and the dispensing equipment stops dispensing in the process from the end point B to the starting point A.
The inner diameter of the glue outlet of the glue dispensing device is smaller than the width of the cross section of the first limiting part 121.
When the step is implemented specifically, there is a correlation between the moving speed of the dispensing equipment, the viscosity of the glue and the dispensing pressure, specifically, the following three embodiments are implemented:
1, glue water: the viscosity is 50000-80000 cps, the moving speed of the dispensing equipment is 3.0-4.0 mm/s, and the filling pressure of the dispensing equipment is 0.40-0.45 Mpa; the moving speed of the dispensing equipment is preferably 3.5 mm/s.
Glue 2: the viscosity is 80000-120000 cps, the moving speed of the dispensing equipment is 2.5-3.5 mm/s, and the filling pressure of the dispensing equipment is 0.42-0.46 Mpa; the moving speed of the dispensing equipment is preferably 3.0 mm/s.
Glue 3: the viscosity is 120000-210000 cps, the moving speed of the dispensing equipment is 1.5-2.5 mm/s, and the filling pressure of the dispensing equipment is 0.50-0.55 MPa; the moving speed of the dispensing equipment is preferably 2.0 mm/s.
When dispensing, the following three moving dispensing modes are adopted in the step:
in an XY plane of dispensing, glue injection of the waterproof groove 12 is completed through movement of the dispensing equipment in the X direction and movement of the workbench in the Y direction;
in an XY plane of dispensing, the workbench is static, and glue injection of the waterproof groove 12 is completed through movement of the dispensing equipment in XY directions;
in an XY plane of dispensing, the dispensing equipment is static, and glue injection of the waterproof groove 12 is completed through movement of the workbench in XY directions.
S03, drying the shell subjected to glue dispensing;
in this step, the housing 10 is placed under an ultraviolet lamp to be dried.
In other embodiments, in step S02, dispensing is performed from top to bottom, or from a direction perpendicular to the inner wall 123 by rotating the housing.
