Meanwhile, after the drainage pump 1 is powered off, the valve plug 22 is inserted into the drainage hole, water in the drainage pipeline cannot flow back, and little residual water in the washing machine is realized. After the washing is completed, the check valve 2 is closed by the sealing insertion of the valve plug 22, so that the odor mould of the sewer cannot enter the inside of the washing machine through the drainage pipeline.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-2, in this embodiment, a drain pump 1 includes a water outlet 11, where a check valve 2 is disposed at the water outlet 11, the check valve 2 includes a valve body, the valve body includes a valve cavity and a sealing table 23 disposed upstream of the valve cavity, a valve plug 22 is movably disposed in the valve cavity, and the valve plug 22 moves to open a drain passage of the sealing table under the action of drain water pressure.
A valve cover 21 is arranged at the downstream of the valve cavity, the sealing table 23 and the valve cover 21 form a valve cavity together with the valve body, and at least one water draining hole of the valve cover 21 is arranged on the valve cover 21.
The sealing table 23 is provided with a drain hole, the valve plug 22 moves away from or seals the drain hole under the pressure action of the two ends of the sealing table 23, and the check valve 2 opens the drain pump 1 to drain water unidirectionally or the check valve 2 closes the drain pump 1 to not drain water.
The valve plug 22 is at least partially larger than the minimum size of the drain hole 231 on the sealing table, the size of the drain hole 231 on the sealing table gradually increases toward the downstream of the valve cavity, and the size of the corresponding part of the valve plug 22 and the drain hole also increases correspondingly.
The valve cover 21 is further provided with a limiting structure 24 for preventing the valve plug 22 from blocking the valve cover 21, and the limiting structure 24 is a protrusion extending towards the sealing table 23.
The check valve 2 further comprises an elastic element 25, the elastic element 25 is abutted between the valve plug 22 and the valve cover 21/baffle, the valve plug 22 seals the drain hole 231 on the sealing platform to close the check valve 2 under the elastic action of the elastic element 25, and the elastic element 25 is a spring.
The present embodiment also proposes a washing machine including one of the above-described drain pumps 1, the inside of the drain pump 1 further including a pump wheel 13 driven by a motor 14.
When draining, the draining pump 1 is started, as shown in fig. 2, the pump wheel 13 starts to rotate under the action of the motor 14, the valve plug 22 moves against the elastic force of the elastic element 25 under the action of the draining water pressure, and leaves the opening on the sealing table 23, the one-way valve 2 is opened, and the draining pump 1 drains water.
When the water is not discharged, the water discharge pump 1 stops working, as shown in fig. 1, the water pressure of the water discharged by the valve plug 22 disappears, the water discharge pump returns to move under the elastic force of the elastic element 25, the water discharge hole 231 on the sealing table is sealed, the one-way valve 2 is closed, and the water discharge pump 1 does not discharge water.
The drainage height of the drainage pump 1 of the washing machine is more than or equal to 10 cm.
Example two
In this embodiment, a drain pump 1 includes a water outlet 11, a one-way valve 2 is disposed at the water outlet 11, the one-way valve 2 includes a valve body, the valve body includes a valve cavity and a sealing table 23 disposed at an upstream of the valve cavity, a valve plug 22 is movably disposed in the valve cavity, and the valve plug 22 moves to open a drain passage of the sealing table under the action of drain water pressure.
Compared with the first embodiment, the difference is that a baffle is arranged at the downstream of the valve cavity, the sealing platform 23 and the baffle form the valve cavity together with the valve body, the baffle is communicated with a drainage pipeline, and the baffle is a segment of retracted pipeline.
The baffle table is also provided with a limiting structure 24 for preventing the valve plug 22 from blocking the baffle table, and the limiting structure 24 is a protrusion extending towards the sealing table 23.
Example III
As shown in fig. 1-2, in this embodiment, a drain pump 1 includes a water outlet 11, where a check valve 2 is disposed at the water outlet 11, the check valve 2 includes a valve body, the valve body includes a valve cavity and a sealing table 23 disposed upstream of the valve cavity, a valve plug 22 is movably disposed in the valve cavity, and the valve plug 22 moves to open a drain passage of the sealing table under the action of drain water pressure.
In contrast to the first embodiment, the valve plug 22 is provided with a limiting structure 24 for preventing the valve plug 22 from blocking the valve cover 21/the abutment, and preferably, the limiting structure 24 is a protrusion extending toward the valve cover 21/the abutment.
Example IV
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, a drain pump 1 includes a water outlet 11, a check valve 2 is disposed at the water outlet 11, the check valve 2 includes a valve body, the valve body includes a valve cavity and a sealing table 23 disposed upstream of the valve cavity, a valve plug 22 is movably disposed in the valve cavity, and the valve plug 22 moves to open a drain passage of the sealing table under the action of drain water pressure.

Compared with the first embodiment, the difference is that the valve cover 21 is provided with at least one large drain hole and a plurality of small drain holes, and the small drain holes are uniformly circumferentially distributed on the valve cover 21.

As shown in fig. 1-2, in this embodiment, a drain pump 1 includes a water outlet 11, where a check valve 2 is disposed at the water outlet 11, the check valve 2 includes a valve body, the valve body includes a valve cavity and a sealing table 23 disposed upstream of the valve cavity, a valve plug 22 is movably disposed in the valve cavity, and the valve plug 22 moves to open a drain passage of the sealing table under the action of drain water pressure.
In comparison with the first embodiment, the difference is that the drain height of the washing machine drain pump 1 is about 25cm in order to reduce noise at the end of the drain of the washing machine drain pump 1.

A drain pump, characterized by: the water outlet is provided with a one-way valve, the one-way valve comprises a valve body, the valve body comprises a valve cavity and a sealing table arranged at the upstream of the valve cavity, a baffle table is arranged at the downstream of the valve cavity, the sealing table and the baffle table form the valve cavity together with the valve body, the baffle table is a section of retracted pipeline and comprises a pipeline with reduced pipe diameter communicated with a drainage pipeline or a drainage hole communicated with the one-way valve and the drainage pipeline, the size of the drainage hole on the baffle table or the pipe diameter of the reduced pipeline is smaller than the size of a valve plug, a limiting structure for preventing the valve plug from blocking the baffle table is arranged on the baffle table, and the limiting structure is a protrusion extending towards the sealing table; a valve plug is movably arranged in the valve cavity, a drain hole is formed in the sealing table, and the valve plug is at least partially larger than the minimum size of the drain hole in the sealing table; an elastic element is arranged in the valve cavity and is abutted between the valve plug and the baffle table; when the drainage pump is started, the valve plug overcomes the elasticity to leave the drainage hole under the action of the drainage water pressure with the drainage height being more than or equal to 10cm, and the one-way valve is opened; the drainage height reaches 25cm, and after the drainage pump is powered off, the valve plug is inserted into the drainage hole under the action of elasticity to close the one-way valve.
2. The drain pump of claim 1, wherein: the valve plug moves away from or seals the drain hole under the pressure action of the two ends of the sealing table, and the one-way valve opens the drain pump to drain water unidirectionally or closes the drain pump to drain water unidirectionally.
3. The drain pump of claim 1, wherein: the size of the drain hole on the sealing table gradually increases towards the downstream of the valve cavity, and the size of the corresponding part of the valve plug and the drain hole also correspondingly increases.
4. The drain pump of claim 1, wherein: the valve plug is provided with a limiting structure for preventing the valve plug from blocking the baffle table.
5. The drain pump of claim 4, wherein: the limit structure is a protrusion extending towards the baffle table.
6. The drain pump of claim 1, wherein: the elastic element is a spring.
