The washing appliance 100 is provided with a door 40 for opening and closing the front surface of the chamber 20. The door body 40 is connected to the front side of the cavity 20 by a hinge 41. The door 40 rotates to open and close the front of the chamber 20.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a bowl and basket assembly 10 of the present embodiment includes a first bowl and basket 11, a rail assembly 12 and a lifting device 13. The rail assembly 12 is installed at a side of the first bowl basket 11. The lifting device 13 includes an electric drive 14 and a link assembly 16. The electric drive 14 is connected to the linkage assembly 16 by a pull wire 154. A linkage assembly 16 is connected to the rail assembly 12. The electric drive part 14 is used for driving the wire drawing 154 and the connecting rod assembly 16 to move so as to move the bowl basket 11 and the guide rail assembly 12 up and down. Thus, the bowl basket 11 is vertically movable by the electric driving unit 14. And, the electric driving part 14 is connected with the connecting rod assembly 16 through the wire drawing 154, so that when the bowl and basket assembly 10 is applied to the washing appliance 100, since the space occupied by the wire drawing 154 can be flexibly configured, the installation space of the electric driving part 14 is less limited, and the installation efficiency is further improved.
In the present embodiment, the washing appliance 100 includes a base 60. The chamber 20 is mounted to the base 60. The electric drive unit 14 is mounted in the base 60. This makes it possible to fully utilize the installation space in the base 60, and thus to make the washing appliance 100 compact.
In certain embodiments, the lifting device 13 comprises an adjustment device 15. The adjusting device 15 includes a fixing portion 151, an adjusting portion 152, and a moving portion 153. The position of the fixing portion 151 is fixed. The moving unit 153 is attached to the fixed unit 151 and is movable relative to the fixed unit 151. The adjustment unit 152 is attached to the fixed unit 151 and connected to the moving unit 153. The adjusting portion 152 can drive the moving portion 153 to move back and forth relative to the fixing portion 151. The wire 154 is slidably connected to the moving portion 153. The adjusting device 15 is configured to move the first bowl basket 11 and the rail assembly 12 up and down by the adjusting portion 152 moving forward and backward with respect to the fixing portion 151 to adjust the position where the moving portion 153 and the wire 154 are in sliding contact.
In this way, the first bowl basket 11 can be moved up and down by the adjusting device 15 in the event of a malfunction of the electric drive 14. When the user puts into first bowl basket 11 or takes out the tableware from first bowl basket 11 with the tableware at needs, first bowl basket 11 can follow guide rail assembly 12 and slide earlier the back and shift out the unoccupied position in space above, upwards moves to the position of being convenient for user operation again for it is more convenient that the user puts into and takes out the tableware, promotes user experience.
When the bowl and basket assembly 10 is applied to the washing appliance 100, the fixing portion 151 may be fixed to the outer surface of the cavity 20.
The first basket 11 of the present embodiment may be a lower basket of the washing appliance 100, and adopts a wire hollow structure so that water flows easily through. The first basket 11 has an opening facing upward for a user to put in and take out dishes. Therefore, the user does not need to bend down to pull out the lower bowl basket and take out the tableware, and the tableware placing efficiency of the user is improved. Specifically, the first bowl basket 11 is provided with a rail assembly 12 and a lifting device 13 on both sides thereof. This allows the first bowl basket 11 to be balanced in force and the movement of the first bowl basket 11 is more stable. The adjustment device 15 can now also serve to balance the lifting of the first bowl basket 11. That is, if the two driven wires 154 are unbalanced left and right during the vertical movement, the adjusting device 15 can adjust the position of the sliding contact position between the corresponding moving part 153 and the wire 154 to adjust the unbalance left and right of the first bowl basket 11 during the lifting process, thereby balancing the lifting of the first bowl basket 11.
In the present embodiment, the washing appliance 100 comprises a second basket 111. The first and second baskets 11 and 111 are disposed in the washing chamber 21 formed in the cavity 20. In addition, the second bowl basket 111 may be disposed to move up and down with reference to the first bowl basket 11.
In some embodiments, the adjustment portion 152 is threadedly engaged with the moving portion 153. In this way, the moving portion 153 can be driven to move in the opposite direction with respect to the adjusting portion 152 by screwing the adjusting portion 152 out of or into the moving portion 153. This achieves the facing movement of the regulating portion 152 and the moving portion 153 in a simple manner.
In some embodiments, the adjustment portion 152 includes an adjustment screw 1521 (shown in fig. 6). The moving part 153 includes a moving plate 1531 and a fitting nut 1532 (shown in fig. 8) provided to the moving plate 1531. The adjustment screw 1521 is threadedly coupled to the mating nut 1532. The adjusting screw 1521 can move back and forth relative to the fixing portion 151 to drive the fitting nut 1532 to adjust the position of the sliding contact portion of the moving portion 153 with the wire 154. In this way, the relative movement of the adjustment portion 152 and the moving portion 153 can be achieved in a relatively simple manner by the threaded connection of the adjustment screw 1521 and the fitting nut 1532.
It should be noted that the adjusting screw 1521 can move the moving plate 1531, and the moving plate 1531 can drive the wire 154 to move, and then drive the first bowl basket 11 and the rail assembly 12 to move up and down through the connecting rod assembly 16. The manner in which the moving plate 1531 drives the movement of the wire 154 may be configured as the case may be. For example, a sliding groove may be formed on the moving plate 1531 to cooperate with the wires 154, so that the moving plate 1531 can move while driving the wires 154. The manner in which the pull wire 154 of this embodiment is mated with the moving plate 1531 will be described below.
In some embodiments, the moving plate 1531 is sequentially formed with a first mounting groove 1533 and a second mounting groove 1534 along a length direction of the moving plate 1531 (as shown in fig. 11). A card slot 1535 for seating the coupling nut 1532 is formed between the first and second mounting grooves 1533 and 1534. One end of the adjusting screw 1521 sequentially penetrates through the first mounting groove 1533 and the fitting nut 1532 and is mounted in the second mounting groove 1534. So, the stability of adjusting screw 1521 installation can enough be improved in the setting of first mounting groove 1533 and second mounting groove 1534, can improve the stability that adjusting screw 1521 removed again.
In the present embodiment, the coupling nut 1532 has a substantially rectangular shape. The mating nut 1532 can also function to secure the adjustment screw 1521. When the adjusting device 15 is used for adjustment, the first head portion 1522 at one end of the adjusting screw rod 1521 can be screwed, so that the first rod portion 1523 of the adjusting screw rod 1521 moves to one side relative to the fixing portion 151, and then the matching nut 1532 in threaded fit with the first rod portion 1523 moves in the direction opposite to the first rod portion 1523, so as to drive the moving plate 1531 to move.
In some embodiments, the moving portion 153 includes a first pulley 1536 (shown in fig. 10). The first pulley 1536 is mounted to the moving plate 1531. The pull wire 154 is slidably coupled to the first pulley 1536. In this manner, the first pulley 1536 is provided to improve the stability of driving the first bowl basket 11 to move up and down by the wire drawing 154.
In certain embodiments, the fixture 151 includes a base 1511. One end of the base 1511 is formed with a third mounting groove 1512 (shown in fig. 10). The other end of the base 1511 is formed with a first chute 1513. The adjusting screw 1521 passes through the third mounting groove 1512 and is threadedly connected to the fitting nut 1532. The moving plate 1531 is slidably engaged with the first chute 1513. In this way, when the adjusting screw 1521 moves relative to the base 1511, the moving plate 1531 can slide along the first chute 1513 in the direction opposite to the moving direction of the adjusting screw 1521, and thus the stability of the movement of the wire 154 driven by the adjusting device 15 can be improved.
In some embodiments, the first bowl and basket 11 assembly includes an adjustment nut 1515 (shown in FIG. 8) mounted to the third mounting channel 1512. The adjustment screw 1521 is threadedly engaged with the adjustment nut 1515. The provision of the adjustment nut 1515 can improve the stability of the movement of the adjustment screw 1521 relative to the base 1511.
In some embodiments, the fixed portion 151 is formed with a second runner 1514 (shown in fig. 9) that extends through the fixed portion 151. The moving part 153 includes a bracket 1537 (shown in fig. 9). A connection post 15311 is protruded from a side of the moving plate 1531. The first pulley 1536 is mounted to the attachment post 15311. One end of the connecting post 15311 is inserted into the second sliding slot 1514 and fixed to the bracket 1537. The holder 1537 and the moving plate 1531 are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the fixing portion 151. In this way, the support 1537 is configured to prevent the moving plate 1531 from falling off, and the second sliding groove 1514 has a guiding function on the moving portion 153, so as to ensure the stability of the moving portion 153 as a whole in the moving process.
In some embodiments, the lifting device 13 includes a second pulley 144. The electric driving part 14 includes a first motor 141 and a motor shaft 142 (shown in fig. 6). The first motor 141 is coupled to a second pulley 144 via a motor shaft 142. One end of the wire 154 is wound around the second pulley 144 to be connected to the electric driving part 14 through the second pulley 144. The first motor 141 is used to drive the motor shaft 142 to rotate so as to drive the second pulley 144 to rotate so as to pull the wire 154, which in turn drives the connecting rod assembly 16. Thus, the provision of the second pulley 144 can improve the stability of the driving.
In this embodiment, the second pulley 144 has a size larger than the first pulley 1536. Thus, the wire 154 is more stable when the electric driving part 14 drives the wire 154 around the two pulleys.
In some embodiments, the linkage assembly 16 includes a shaft 161, a first link 162, and a second link 163 (shown in FIG. 7). The first connector 162 connects the wire 154 and the rotating shaft 161. The second connector 163 connects the shaft 161 and the rail assembly 12. The electric drive 14 is used to drive the pull wire 154 such that the first and second connectors 162 and 163 rotate to move the rail assembly 12 and the first bowl basket 11 up and down. In this way, the first bowl basket 11 is raised or lowered with a simpler structure.
Specifically, the rotating shaft 161 includes a connecting section 1611 having a square cross section, and the first connecting part 162 and the second connecting part 163 are respectively provided with a first connecting hole 1621 and a second connecting hole 1631 having a shape corresponding to the cross section of the connecting section 1611. The connecting section 1611 is inserted through the first connecting hole 1621 and the second connecting hole 1631, so that when the first connecting member 162 rotates around the rotating shaft 161, the rotating shaft 161 can drive the second connecting member 163 to rotate around the rotating shaft 161. Of course, in other embodiments, the cross section of the connection end is not limited to a square shape, and may be a shape such as a triangle, a pentagon, a hexagon, or other polygons that can ensure the rotation of the rotation shaft 161, the first connection member 162, and the second connection member 163 simultaneously.
In some embodiments, the bowl and basket assembly 10 includes a damping device 17 (shown in fig. 3). The damping device 17 is connected to the first connecting member 162. The damping means 17 is used to assist the lifting when the first bowl basket 11 is moved upwards and to provide a resistance when the first bowl basket 11 is moved downwards. So, under damping device 17's effect, the optional position in the stroke that reciprocates can be stopped to first bowl basket 11 that reciprocates, and the user puts into first bowl basket 11 or takes out the tableware from first bowl basket 11 with the tableware in needs, and first bowl basket 11 can be followed guide rail set 12 and slided forward earlier and shift out the unoccupied position in upper space, upwards remove the position to the user operation of being convenient for again for the user puts into and takes out the tableware more convenient, promotes user experience.
In some embodiments, second connector 163 is rotatably coupled to rail assembly 12. Thus, the distance between the first connecting member 162 and the output shaft of the electric driving portion 14 is constant and the relative angle is variable, and the distance between the second connecting member 163 and the guide rail assembly 12 is constant and the relative angle is variable, so that when the first connecting member 162 and the second connecting member 163 rotate, the opening of the first bowl basket 11 faces upwards all the time, the first bowl basket 11 is kept stable, and tableware in the first bowl basket 11 can be stably placed in the first bowl basket 11.
In some embodiments, the lifting device 13 includes a fixing plate 130 (as shown in fig. 7), the rotating shaft 161 is rotatably disposed through the fixing plate 130, the first connecting element 162 and the second connecting element 163 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the fixing plate 130, and the electric driving part 14 and the first connecting element 162 are disposed on the same side of the fixing plate 130. In this manner, when the bowl and basket assembly 10 is applied to the washing appliance 100, the lifting device 13 can be assembled to the washing appliance 100 by using the fixing plate 130, which facilitates the installation of the bowl and basket assembly 10.
Specifically, the rotating shaft 161 includes a second head 1612 and a second rod 1613 (as shown in fig. 12), the second rod 1613 is rotatably disposed through the fixing plate 130, and the second head 1612 abuts against a surface of the fixing plate 130. The second rod portion 1613 includes a cylindrical section 1614 having a circular cross section and two connecting sections 1611 provided at both ends of the cylindrical section 1614, and the first link 162 and the second link 163 are respectively connected to the two connecting sections 1611 at both ends of the cylindrical section 1614. The cylindrical section 1614 is disposed in a through hole formed in the fixing plate 130.
In the example shown in fig. 3, the fixing plate 130 is fixedly installed at the outer surface of the chamber 20, and the base 1511 is fixed to the fixing plate 130. The base 1511 is positioned between the adjustment screw 1521 and the fixing plate 130. The bracket 1537 is disposed between the base 1511 and the fixing plate 130. The moving plate 1531 and the adjusting screw 1521 are located on the same side of the base 1511 and outside the cavity 20 relative to the bracket 1537. In addition, in order to improve the accuracy of the adjustment device 15 for adjusting the lifting of the first bowl basket 11, the adjustment screw 1521 may be disposed in parallel with respect to the rail assembly 12.
Further, the connecting rod assembly 16 includes a first washer 164 disposed between the inner surface of the cavity 20 and the second connecting member 163, and a second washer 165 disposed between the fixing plate 130 and the first connecting member 162, and the second rod portion 1613 sequentially penetrates through the second connecting member 163, the first washer 164, the sidewall of the cavity 20, the fixing plate 130, the second washer 165, and the first connecting member 162 from the inside of the cavity 20 to the outside of the cavity 20, wherein the connecting section 1611 near the second head portion 1612 penetrates through the second connecting member 163, and the connecting section 1611 far from the second head portion 1612 penetrates through the first connecting member 162. Therefore, the friction between the first connecting member 162 and the fixing plate 130 and the friction between the second connecting member 163 and the cavity 20 can be reduced, so that the electric driving part 14 can save more labor when driving the first bowl basket 11 to ascend.
