Abstract
The invention provides a portable gas detection equipment pipeline cleaning device, which comprises a gas inlet channel to be detected, an air extraction module, a gas washing head and a blowing nozzle; the gas outlet of the gas extraction module is communicated with the gas washing head through a gas passage, the gas outlet of the gas washing head is communicated with the gas inlet channel to be detected, and the blowing nozzle penetrates through the gas washing head to be communicated with the gas inlet channel to be detected. According to the invention, under the conditions that the main structure of the existing gas detection equipment is not changed and the gas detection sensor with higher replacement precision is not replaced, the gas detection equipment is scrubbed by clean air, so that the same detection equipment still keeps a relatively stable detection precision under the condition of repeated use in a short time. When the anti-suck-back blow nozzle is used, only a common disposable blow nozzle is sleeved on the anti-suck-back blow nozzle, and compared with the conventional detection equipment which directly uses the disposable anti-suck-back blow nozzle, the anti-suck-back blow nozzle can be repeatedly used, so that the detection cost of a user is greatly reduced.

The invention relates to a pipeline cleaning device, in particular to a portable pipeline cleaning device for gas detection equipment.
Background
In this case, it is necessary to consider the checking efficiency and the detection accuracy, on the one hand, it is necessary to quickly prepare for the next detection after the detection is completed once, and on the other hand, in order to ensure the detection accuracy, it is necessary to wait for the residual gas and water vapor in the detection device to be dispersed for the next detection, so that the detection accuracy of the latter user cannot be affected by the use of the former user.
In the existing portable detection equipment, efficiency and accuracy are contradictory problems, and equipment such as an air compressor can be used in a laboratory to forcedly discharge residual gas, but in an actual working environment, the method is difficult to operate, and many times, in order to improve the investigation rate, the residual gas in a pipeline of the detection equipment is often used for the second time after being used once, and the residual gas is not completely dispersed, so that the error of parameters detected by the later user is large and the fairness of law enforcement is influenced.
At present, in order to reduce errors in laboratory experiments, detection and calibration, a method is generally adopted in which a large amount of compressed air is injected into the equipment by an air compressor, and the method has high speed and high efficiency, but is difficult to move at any time and any place according to requirements because of the problems of large equipment volume, high price and the like.
In order to solve the above problems, an ideal technical solution is always sought.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides a portable pipeline cleaning device for gas detection equipment.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a portable gas detection equipment pipeline cleaning device comprises a gas inlet channel to be detected, an air extraction module, a gas washing head and a blowing nozzle; the gas outlet of the gas extraction module is communicated with the gas washing head through a gas passage, the gas outlet of the gas washing head is communicated with the gas inlet channel to be detected, and the blowing nozzle penetrates through the gas washing head to be communicated with the gas inlet channel to be detected.
Based on the above, the gas washing head comprises a gas washing cavity, a gas outlet and a detection gas inlet channel; the gas washing cavity is communicated with a gas outlet of the gas extraction module; the gas outlet is a conical gas outlet, the narrow end of the conical gas outlet is communicated with the gas inlet channel to be detected, and the wide end of the conical gas outlet is communicated with the gas washing cavity; the detection gas inlet channel is arranged in the washing cavity, an outlet of the detection gas inlet channel is arranged corresponding to the gas inlet channel to be detected, and an inlet of the detection gas inlet channel is used as a connection port of the blowing nozzle.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has outstanding substantive characteristics and remarkable progress, and particularly, under the conditions of not changing the main structure of the existing gas detection equipment and not replacing a gas detection sensor with higher precision, the invention uses clean air to wash the gas detection equipment, so that the same detection equipment still keeps a relatively stable detection precision under the condition of repeated use in a short time. When the anti-suck-back blow nozzle is used, only a common disposable blow nozzle is sleeved on the anti-suck-back blow nozzle, and compared with the conventional detection equipment which directly uses the disposable anti-suck-back blow nozzle, the anti-suck-back blow nozzle can be repeatedly used, so that the detection cost of a user is greatly reduced.

The gas washing head 2 comprises a gas outlet 11, a detection gas inlet channel 12 and a gas washing cavity 13; the gas washing cavity 13 is communicated with a gas outlet of the gas extraction module 4 through a gas channel 8; the air outlet 11 is a conical air outlet, the narrow end of the conical air outlet is communicated with the air inlet channel 1 to be detected, and the wide end of the conical air outlet is communicated with the air washing cavity 13; the detection gas inlet channel 12 is arranged in the gas washing cavity 13, an outlet of the detection gas inlet channel 12 is arranged corresponding to the gas inlet channel 1 to be detected, and an inlet of the detection gas inlet channel 12 is used as a connection port of the anti-suck-back blow nozzle 3. The anti-suck-back blowing nozzle 3 is provided with a disposable blowing nozzle 7.
When the air extraction module is specifically used, the air extraction method adopted by the air extraction module 4 comprises a fan air extraction method, an exhaust fan air extraction method, a micro air pump air extraction method and the like, and the specific air extraction method adopted by the air extraction module in the actual equipment use can be determined according to the actual requirement of the operation of the gas detection equipment.
As shown in fig. 5, after the portable gas detection device completes one gas detection, whether the pipeline cleaning operation is required is judged according to the detection result, if not, the next detection operation is performed, if so, the pipeline cleaning flow is triggered, and the device is started.
As shown in fig. 6, the pipe cleaning flow chart of the present invention. The working flow of the pipeline cleaning part is that firstly, the pipeline cleaning event is triggered, impurities in the air are filtered through the air filtering cover 6, the air extraction module 4 extracts the clean air after filtering, then judges whether heating is needed according to the actual working environment of equipment, if heating is needed, the heating module starts heating operation, then pipeline cleaning operation is carried out according to the preset air washing program, after the pipeline cleaning reaches the preset time, the air extraction module 4 stops working, and the pipeline cleaning operation is completed. Specifically, when the equipment using temperature is too low, the heating module is started to heat the gas during gas washing.
As shown in fig. 3, the pipeline cleaning device of the present invention performs pipeline cleaning operation by using a schematic air path diagram, after the pipeline cleaning program of the detection device is started, air enters the device under the driving of the air extraction module 4, enters the gas cleaning head 3 under the guiding of the air path 8, enters the gas inlet channel 1 to be detected after the gas outlet 11 of the gas cleaning head 3 accelerates and rotates, starts to perform pipeline cleaning on the gas detection device, and meanwhile, due to the fast air flow speed and small air pressure at the gas outlet 11 of the gas cleaning head 2, the gas remaining at the gas inlet channel 12 of the detection device flows to the gas inlet channel 1 to be detected under the action of air pressure difference, and finally is discharged from the gas outlet of the detection device. If the ambient temperature used by the device is low, the heating module 5 starts to work and starts to heat the small environment inside the detection device.
As shown in fig. 4, the gas path schematic diagram of the pipe cleaning device of the present invention is shown when the pipe cleaning device performs gas detection, when the gas is detected, the gas to be detected passes through the gas cleaning head 2 through the anti-suck-back blowing nozzle 3 and enters the gas inlet channel 1 to be detected, the gas outlet pipe 31 of the anti-suck-back blowing nozzle 3 completely blocks the gas outlet 11 of the gas cleaning head 2, so as to prevent air from entering the gas detection device through the gas cleaning head 2 due to the gas pressure difference, and dilute the gas to be detected, thereby influencing the detection accuracy.
