Abstract
本发明涉及一种双重管的制造方法,更具体地,涉及一种如下的双重管的制造方法,该方法包括:第一次辊轧成型步骤,在外部管用条板的长度方向两侧形成弯曲部;层压步骤,上述外部管用条板上层压内部管用条板;第二次辊轧成型步骤;机械结合上述外部管用条板和内部管用条板;成型步骤,将上述机械结合的外部管用条板和内部管用条板成型为管形状;焊接步骤,分别接合成型为管形状的上述外部管用条板的两侧弯曲部和内部管用条板;以及热处理步骤,对上述外部管用条板和内部管用条板的焊接部进行热处理。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种双重管(Double pipe)的制造方法,更具体地,涉及一种可以通过接合具有不同特性的不同材质来制造高功能性双重管的方法。
背景技术
通常制造双重管的方法大体上分为3种。冶金接合型(metallurgical bondingtype):在高温的还原气氛中接合非铁材料和钢铁材料而形成,其主要适用于铜或铝的接合轴承;机械接合型(mechanical bonding type):通过强制压入、压出或拉挤,插入两个管之后,扩大内侧或压缩外侧而制作,其主要适用于发生磨损的耐磨双重管等;在钢铁管的内侧形成高耐磨性、高耐蚀性材质的堆焊(Overlay welding type)层,其主要商用化地用于管的内侧需要耐蚀性或耐磨性的管道,这种耐蚀性及耐磨性得到增强的双重管被广泛用于氯气气氛的水管、汽车用排气管、热交换器、砂油(sand oil)输送管、石油化工设备、海水淡化设备及养殖场、电镀工厂、核及火力发电站的海水冷却管路等在腐蚀性环境中使用的流体输送用管道。
并且韩国授权专利第1483646号(涉及一种复合管(clad pipe)的制造方法和通过该制造方法制造的复合管以及复合管的接合方法)公开了这种现有的双重管。
上述现有技术中的复合管涉及通过拉挤制造结合有不同金属材质的内、外部管的复合管,并且能够使制造出的多个复合管坚固地连接并接合的复合管制造方法和通过该制造方法制造的复合管以及复合管的接合方法。并且,所述复合管的接合方法的特征在于,包括:准备外部管的步骤,准备碳钢(carbon steel)或不锈钢材质的外部管;拉挤成型(pultrusion)外部管的结合槽的步骤,将上述外部管投入至第一拉挤模具并通过拉挤在外部管的内周面沿长度方向成型相等间距的结合槽;准备内部管的步骤,上述内部管由与上述外部管不同材质的金属构成且插入于上述外部管的内部;拉挤制造步骤,将内部管插入于上述外部管的内部,并且将外部管和内部管投入至第二拉挤模具并通过拉挤以扩大内部管的内周面的方式向外侧压缩,从而在内部管的外周面成型插入结合于多个上述结合槽的多个结合突出部而制造双重管。
然而,对于如上的复合管而言,当组合不同材质的外部管和内部管后拉挤成型时,因不同的屈服强度和泊松比的差异而发生不同的回弹(spring back)现象,由此可能在结合部产生间隙,并且,大气中的水分等浸透到不同材质的间隙中,从而两种材质之间的腐蚀电位差异可能会引起双金属接触腐蚀或电化学腐蚀(Galvanic corrosion),并且,分别制作不同材质的管并压装后进行拉挤,从而不同材质的管的材料费用及拉挤工艺费用高,并且,由于制作上受到长度(通常6~9M)的限制,因此,当切割时材料损失(LOSS)量大,并且,因制作工艺复杂而无法实现连续的生产且制造成本高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题
因此,本发明是为了解决如下问题而研究出的,即当塑性加工时,因弹性系数和屈服强度的差异发生回弹而在内部管和外部管之间产生间隙,以及由于制造工艺条件导致制造出的管的长度受限、制造时的作业速度、价格竞争力、连续生产性等现有的双重管的各种问题。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种双重管的制造方法,该方法防止在不同材质的条板之间发生回弹而产生间隙,并且可以连续地制造双重管,从而管的长度不受限制,可以提高作业速度、价格竞争力以及连续生产性。
本发明所要解决的技术问题不限于以上提到的技术问题(多个),并且本领域技术人员可通过以下记载明确地理解没有提及的其他技术问题(多个)。
技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种双重管的制造方法,该方法包括:第一次辊轧成型(Roll molding)步骤,在外部管用条板的长度方向两侧形成弯曲部;层压步骤,在上述外部管用条板上层压内部管用条板;第二次辊轧成型步骤,机械结合上述外部管用条板和内部管用条板;成型步骤,将上述机械结合的外部管用条板和内部管用条板成型为管形状;焊接步骤,分别接合成型为管形状的上述外部管用条板的两侧弯曲部和内部管用条板;以及热处理步骤,对上述外部管用条板和内部管用条板的焊接部进行热处理。
并且,本发明提供一种双重管的制造方法,该方法包括:层压步骤,在外部管用条板上层压内部管用条板;第一焊接步骤,接合上述外部管用条板和内部管用条板的接触面;成型步骤,将接合的上述外部管用条板和内部管用条板成型为管形状;焊接步骤,分别接合成型为管形状的上述外部管用条板的两侧末端部及内部管用条板;以及热处理步骤,对上述外部管用条板和内部管用条板的焊接部进行热处理。
有益效果
根据本发明,可以通过接合不同材质的内部管用条板和外部管用条板而实现结构用及管道用等的高功能性。
并且,可以将耐蚀性优异的不锈钢钢材用于氯气气氛的水管、化学工厂的输送管道、暴露在酸雨中或在海边的路灯和建筑物等的可能会发生腐蚀的适用部,而对于不发生腐蚀的部位可以接合价格低廉且高强度的钢材,从而可以在节省制造费用的同时,制造强度优异的高功能性双重管。
而且,根据本发明的双重管的制造方法可以连续地制造双重管,由此管的长度的不受限制,并且内部管和外部管彼此坚固地紧密结合,从而可以提高耐久性。
并且,可以通过如下简单的方法制造结构用双重管和管道用双重管,即更换外部管用条板及内部管用条板的材质,或者根据用途改变成型为管形状时的弯曲方向。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对根据本发明的优选实施例进行详细地说明。
可以通过参照附图和后述的多个具体实施例明确地理解本发明的优点、特征以及实现其的方法。
然而,本发明并不局限于以下公开的多个实施例,而是能够以各不相同的多种形态来实现,多个本实施例只是用于完整地公开本发明,以及向本领域中技术人员完整地告知本发明的范围而提供的,并且只能根据权利要求的范围定义本发明。
并且,在说明本发明时,当认为相关的常规技术会模糊本发明的主旨时,将省略对其的详细说明。
本发明提供一种双重管的制造方法,该方法包括:第一次辊轧成型步骤,在外部管用条板(strip)的长度方向两侧形成弯曲部;层压步骤,在上述外部管用条板上层压内部管用条板;第二次辊轧成型步骤,机械结合上述外部管用条板和内部管用条板;成型步骤,将上述机械结合的外部管用条板和内部管用条板成型为管形状;焊接步骤;分别接合成型为上述管形状的外部管用条板的两侧弯曲部及内部管用条板;以及热处理步骤,对上述外部管用条板与内部管用条板的接合部进行热处理。
根据本发明的双重管的制造方法可以通过接合不同材质的内部管用条板和外部管用条板而实现结构用及管道用等的高功能性。具体地,耐蚀性优异的不锈钢钢材使用于氯气气氛的水管、化学工厂中的输送管道、在酸雨中或海边路灯和结构物等发生腐蚀的部位,在不发生腐蚀的部位接合价格低廉且强度高的钢材,从而可以在节省制造费用的同时,制造强度优异的高功能性双重管。并且,根据本发明的双重管的制造方法可以连续地制造双重管,因此管的长度并不受限,并且内部管和外部管彼此坚固地紧密结合,从而可以提高耐久性。并且,可以通过以下的简单方法制造结构用管和管道用管,即更换外部管用条板及内部管用条板的材质,或者根据用途改变成型为管形状时的弯曲方向。
以下,参照图1对根据本发明的双重管的制造方法进行详细地说明。
根据本发明的双重管的制造方法包括:第一次辊轧成型步骤(S100),在外部管用条板的长度方向两侧形成弯曲部。
此时,当制造结构用双重管时,外部管用条板可以使用耐蚀性优异的不锈钢材质,具体为铁素体(ferrite)不锈钢或双相不锈钢(duplex stainless steel),当制造管道用双重管时,作为外部管用条板可以使用抗拉强度为40~70kgf/mm2的碳钢。
根据这种双重管的用途,决定外部管用条板和内部管用条板的材质,具体地,当制造结构用的双重管时,内部管用条板优选机械特性好和价格相对低廉的碳钢,当制造管道用的双重管时,内部管用条板可以使用不锈钢或铝合金。
将外部管用条板投入至第一次辊轧模具并进行轧延,由此,在外部管用条板的长度方向两侧形成弯曲部,并且外部管用条板具有凹槽(└┘)形状。
其次,根据本发明的双重管的制造方法包括:层压步骤(S200),在上述外部管用条板上层压内部管用条板。
在凹槽形状的外部管用条板上设置内部管用条板,从而层压外部管用条板和内部管用条板层压。
根据本发明的双重管制造方法包括:第二次辊轧成型步骤(S300),机械结合上述外部管用条板和内部管用条板。
将外部管用条板和内部管用条板投入至第二次辊轧模具,并且通过第二次辊轧使在第一次辊轧成型时形成的外部管用条板的弯曲部辊轧向内部管用条板方向弯曲而被机械结合,由此不同材质的两个条板成为一体。
根据本发明的双重管的制造方法包括:成型步骤(S400),将上述机械结合的外部管用条板和内部管用条板成型为管形状。
机械结合的外部管用条板和内部管用条板可以由多个成型辊轧模具成型为管形状。
根据本发明的双重管的制造方法包括:焊接步骤(S500),分别接合成型为上述管形状的外部管用条板的两侧弯曲部及内部管用条板。
此时,当条板为铁素体不锈钢或者双相不锈钢时,可以通过高频电焊接合条板。由于不锈钢具有磁性及65μΩ·cm以下的电阻率,因此可以进行高频电焊。尤其,在高频加热的情况下,当内部管用条板或外部管用条板为碳钢时,电阻率为16μΩ·cm,故而,在碳钢的情况下,与不锈钢的情况相比,更容易进行高频加热,从而碳钢相对来说被快速加热而熔融,因此,通过热传导使不锈钢容易加热。
然而,由于奥氏体(austenite)不锈钢不具有磁性特性且具有70μΩ·cm以上的电阻率,因此,当高频电焊时,奥氏体不锈钢不易被加热,从而难以焊接,因而,可以从由利用激光束、等离子以及钨极隋性气体(Tungsten inert gas;TIG)的焊接组成的组中选择的一种来进行焊接。
此时,当接合条板时,可以通过挤压辊加压,从而焊接被加热的条板的末端部。
接下来,根据本发明的双重管的制造方法包括:热处理步骤(S600),对上述外部管用条板与内部管用条板的接合部进行热处理。
当通过焊接制造管时,在无氧化气氛中,对由焊接热引起的焊接部的成分偏析(segregation)及焊接残余应力进行热处理,使得组织及成分均质化,从而可以确保良好的热处理组织、耐蚀性以及美观的焊接部表面,由此提高双重管的质量。并且,在制造管的同时进行热处理工艺,从而可节省制造成本,并且可以省略额外的酸洗处理工艺,由此可以防止环境污染。
热处理可以在无氧化气氛中进行,具体地,可以由通过热处理炉内部且使双重管周围变成惰性气氛的氮气或氩气与造成还原性气氛的氢气混合而成的混合气体气氛或氨气气氛中进行。此时,造成上述惰性气氛及还原性气氛的气体中,造成还原性气氛的气体相对造成惰性气氛的气体气压保持在约1bar,从而可以防止由过度的压力引起的双重管的变形,以及防止管被进一步氧化。并且,当焊接双重管时,也与热处理相同的在无氧化气氛中实施焊接,通过封闭焊接部周围来防止焊接时由氧化引起的焊接部的分离,从而可以获得高焊接强度及焊接部上没有气泡等的均匀的焊接质量。
并且,热处理中,在不锈钢管的再结晶温度1040℃左右进行加热并对内部组织进行固溶化处理。因此,优选地,在1000至1350℃的温度下进行热处理。当热处理在低于1000℃的温度下进行时,使偏析成分均质的固溶化处理会出现问题,当超过1350℃时,虽然可以缩短热处理时间,但是可能会产生对热处理设备的制作或维护的问题以及双重管的变形问题等。
并且,根据本发明的双重管的制造方法还可以包括:去除焊缝的步骤,去除在上述焊接步骤中形成的焊缝(Weld bead)。
在根据本发明的双重管的制造方法中,可以通过研磨加工或者压缩塑性加工来去除在焊接步骤中形成的双重管的外侧部焊缝,而且可以通过压缩塑性加工或切削加工来去除双重管的内侧部焊缝。
并且,本发明提供一种双重管的制造方法,该方法包括:层压步骤,在外部管用条板上层压内部管用条板;第一焊接步骤,接合上述外部管用条板和内部管用条板的接触面;成型步骤,将上述接合的外部管用条板和内部管用条板成型为管形状;第二焊接步骤,分别接合成型为上述管形状的外部管用条板的两侧末端部和内部管用条板;热处理步骤,对上述外部管用条板和内部管用条板的接合部进行热处理。
根据本发明的双重管的制造方法可以省略在外部管用条板的长度方向两侧形成弯曲部的步骤,并执行接合外部管用条板和内部管用条板的接触面的第一焊接步骤。此时,第一焊接可以接合外部管用条板和内部管用条板的接触面,具体地,可以点焊接条板的两末端和接触面的多个部分。
图2是示出根据本发明的结构用双重管的制造工艺的侧视图。如图2所示,根据本发明的结构用双重管经过第一次辊110、第二次辊120、导辊130、辊轧成型机140、高频发生装置150以及挤压辊160而被制造。
具体地,结构用双重管中供应有高耐蚀性的外部管用条板10和高强度的内部管用条板20,外部管用条板10通过第一次辊110在外部管用条板10的长度方向两侧形成弯曲部。在形成有弯曲部的外部管用条板10层压内部管用条板20,并且层压的条板通过第二次辊120机械结合。机械结合的条板通过导辊130的输送而进入至多个辊轧成型机140,并通过多个辊轧成型机140从板形状成型为圆形的管。由高频发生装置150产生的感应电流加热的管体的末端部并通过挤压辊(squeeze roller)160加压上述末端部,从而使形成为圆形管的条板被电焊接。
图3是示出根据本发明的结构用双重管制造工艺的示意图。如图3所示,可以通过辊轧模具使高耐蚀性不锈钢的外部管用条板10的凹槽(└┘)第一次辊轧成型,并且,在凹槽之间层压高强度的、价格低于不锈钢的碳钢的内部管用条板20。外部管用条板10和内部管用条板20可以通过辊轧模具压缩(第二次辊轧成型)而实现一体化。如图2所示,实现一体化的外部管用条板10和内部管用条板20通过多个辊轧成型机成型为管形状,并且,在被挤压辊轧缩的状态下,焊接成型为管形状的外部管用条板10和内部管用条板20的两末端部。通过研磨加工或塑性加工来去除压缩焊接的外周面的焊缝,并且通过辊轧压缩条板或切削加工来去除被焊接的内周面的焊缝。对已去除焊缝的条板10、20进行热处理来制造结构用双重管。
图4是示出根据本发明的管道用双重管的制造工艺的示意图。如图4所示,对于管道用双重管而言,将高耐蚀性不锈钢作为内部管用条板10,将高强度的碳钢作为外部管用条板20,因此,与图3不同,条板成型为管形状,以便碳钢形成外周面。除了碳钢形成外周面之外,能够以与图3中所述的内容相同的方式制造管道用双重管。
图5是示出根据本发明另一个实施例的管道用双重管的制造方法示意图。如图5所示,对于管道用双重管而言,将高耐蚀性不锈钢作为内部管用条板20,将高强度的碳钢作为外部管用条板10。在两个条板被层压的状态下,点焊接各个条板的起始两末端和接触面的多个部分,以防止两个条板沿左右及上下流动。通过焊接彼此接合的条板成型为管形状,以便碳钢形成外周面,并且条板的两末端被焊接而被制造成管道用双重管。此时,可以根据如上所述的内部管用条板及外部管用条板的材质来执行不同的焊接方法。
以上对关于根据本发明的双重管的制造方法的具体实施例进行了说明,但显而易见的是,在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以进行多种实施变形。
因此,本发明的范围并不局限于已说明的实施例,且应当根据记载的权利要求书以及与权利要求书同等的内容确定本发明的范围。
即前述的实施例应该被理解为始终都是示意性的,而不是限定性的,并且记载的权利要求书相比于具体说明更能体现本发明的范围,且从权利要求书的含义、范围以及等效概念导出的所有变更或者变形的形态应包括在本发明的范围内。
Claims (9)
1.一种双重管的制造方法,包括:
第一次辊轧成型步骤,在外部管用条板的长度方向两侧形成弯曲部;
层压步骤,所述外部管用条板上层压内部管用条板;
第二次辊轧成型步骤;机械结合所述外部管用条板和内部管用条板;
成型步骤,将所述机械结合的外部管用条板和内部管用条板成型为管形状;
焊接步骤,分别接合成型为管形状的所述外部管用条板的两侧弯曲部和内部管用条板;以及
热处理步骤,对所述外部管用条板和内部管用条板的焊接部进行热处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双重管的制造方法,其特征在于,还包括:
去除焊缝的步骤,去除在所述焊接步骤中形成的焊缝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双重管的制造方法,其特征在于,
当所述双重管被制造成结构用的双重管时,外部管用条板为不锈钢,内部管用条板为抗拉强度为40~70kgf/mm2的碳钢。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双重管的制造方法,其特征在于,
当所述双重管被制造成管道用的双重管时,所述外部管用条板为碳钢,所述内部管用条板为不锈钢或铝合金。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的双重管的制造方法,其特征在于,
当所述不锈钢为铁素体不锈钢或双相不锈钢时,通过高频电焊进行焊接。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的双重管的制造方法,其特征在于,
当所述不锈钢为奥氏体不锈钢时,从由利用激光束、等离子以及钨极隋性气体的焊接组成的组中选择的一种来进行焊接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的双重管的制造方法,其特征在于,
在氮气或氩气、与氢气混合而成的混合气体气氛,或者在氨气气氛中进行热处理。
8.根据权利要求1所述的双重管的制造方法,其特征在于,
在1000~1350℃的温度下进行所述热处理。
9.一种双重管的制造方法,包括:
层压步骤,在外部管用条板上层压内部管用条板;
第一焊接步骤,接合所述外部管用条板和内部管用条板的接触面;
成型步骤,将接合的所述外部管用条板和内部管用条板成型为管形状;
焊接步骤,分别焊接成型为管形状的所述外部管用条板的两侧末端部和内部管用条板;以及
热处理步骤,对所述外部管用条板和内部管用条板的焊接部进行热处理。
