Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent display sound box and equipment. The intelligent display device of the invention comprises an intelligent display sound box, and the intelligent display sound box comprises: a housing comprising an egg-shaped structure; a movable swinging piece is suspended in the center position inside the shell; and the annular electromagnetic component surrounding the swinging piece is arranged on the inner side wall of the shell, and the swinging piece is driven to swing by controlling the annular electromagnetic component to generate magnetic field force with set size and direction and/or set frequency, so that the sound box can generate movement expected by a user. The intelligent display sound box is novel in structure, the competitiveness of the intelligent display sound box can be improved, and the annular electromagnetic assembly is arranged in the intelligent display sound box, so that the swing piece is driven to move by controlling the annular electromagnetic assembly to generate magnetic field force with set size direction and/or set frequency, the intelligent display sound box is enabled to generate movement expected by a user, and the directional adjustment of the display screen of the intelligent display sound box is realized.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an intelligent display sound box and equipment.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard, smart home is increasingly appeared in daily life of people, and smart multimedia devices (such as smart speakers) are popular as one of the products. Most intelligent multimedia devices in the market are provided with display screens, and the display screens not only can be used for displaying related information, but also can be used for realizing intelligent multimedia control through touch control display screens.
At present, the display screen of intelligent multimedia equipment generally faces fixedly, and can not be adjusted in real time to perform directional display so as to aim at the direction of a person, so that the user needs to move to the opposite side of the display screen or manually move the equipment when watching the display screen or performing touch operation, and the human-computer interaction effect is poor, so that the user experience is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an intelligent display sound box and intelligent display equipment, which are used for solving the problem that the display screen of the prior art is fixed in orientation.
One aspect of the present invention provides an intelligent display speaker, including: a housing comprising an egg-shaped structure; a movable swinging piece is suspended in the center position inside the shell; and the annular electromagnetic component surrounding the swinging piece is arranged on the inner side wall of the shell, and the swinging piece is driven to swing by controlling the annular electromagnetic component to generate magnetic field force with set size and direction and/or set frequency, so that the sound box can generate movement expected by a user.

The intelligent display sound box comprises shell bodies (2, 9) of egg-shaped structures, movable swinging parts 5 are suspended in the center position inside the shell bodies, annular electromagnetic assemblies 6 surrounding the swinging parts are arranged on the inner side walls of the shell bodies, the swinging parts 5 are driven to swing by controlling the annular electromagnetic assemblies to generate magnetic field force with set size and direction and/or set frequency, the intelligent display sound box is enabled to generate movement expected by a user, for example, the swinging or rotation of the swinging parts is attracted or repelled, the display screen of the intelligent display sound box is adjusted to change in the pitching direction and/or the horizontal direction, and the display direction is adjusted in two degrees of freedom, so that the directional adjustment of the display screen is achieved.
According to the embodiment, the bottom of the sound box shell is set to be of an egg-shaped structure, the bottom of the sound box can be always in contact with the contact surface, the sound box with the novel structure is formed, the competitiveness of the intelligent display sound box is improved, the annular electromagnetic assembly is arranged inside the intelligent display sound box, the swing piece is driven to swing through controlling the annular electromagnetic assembly to generate magnetic field force with set size and direction and/or set frequency, the intelligent display sound box is enabled to generate expected motion of a user, and the directional adjustment of the display direction of the intelligent display sound box is achieved.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the housing of the present embodiment includes a lower shell 9 and an upper cover 2, the bottom of the lower shell 9 is in an egg-shaped structure, i.e., a semi-spherical-like shape as shown in fig. 2, the upper portion of the lower shell 9 is in a cylindrical structure, and the upper cover 2 can be fixed to the upper end of the lower shell 9 by means of gluing or screw fixation.
Referring to fig. 3, the intelligent display sound box of the embodiment further includes a fixing bracket 4 disposed on an inner sidewall of an upper portion of the lower case, a spherical hinge 41 is disposed on a side of the fixing bracket 4 facing the bottom of the lower case, one end of the swinging member 5 includes a spherical hinge hole hinged with the spherical hinge 41, the other end includes a swinging load 51, and a connecting rod designed together is disposed between the spherical hinge hole and the swinging load 51; obviously, the fixed support faces to one side of the bottom of the lower shell and the ball hinge hole, and one end of the swinging piece comprises a ball hinge joint hinged with the ball hinge hole. The swinging load 51 includes an electromagnetically attracted ball, and the swinging load 51 is, for example, a magnetic ball or an iron ball.
The electromagnetic assembly of this embodiment includes a ring array that a plurality of solenoids constitute, and the ring array of a plurality of solenoids is fixed in the inside wall of inferior valve bottom, referring to fig. 4, in this embodiment a plurality of solenoids are radial to the inside wall direction of inferior valve relative intelligent display audio amplifier central axis, in order to guarantee accurate control swinging member and produce the motion that the user expects, the axle array that a plurality of solenoids of this embodiment present is the ring axle array structure of evenly encircling on the inside wall of inferior valve bottom, and the quantity of solenoids is the more, and control accuracy is the higher, and the quantity of solenoids can be set according to the precision requirement.
As shown in fig. 3, the intelligent display sound box of the embodiment further comprises a counterweight 7 arranged at the center of the bottom of the lower shell and used for reducing the gravity center of the sound box, so that the intelligent display sound box is guaranteed to produce a tumbler effect.
In this embodiment, the resultant force of the centrifugal force corresponding to the central axis of the intelligent display sound box and the centrifugal force generated by the mass of the intelligent display sound box is zero, so as to form a balance system, so that the swinging member is in a balance state in a natural state.
The intelligent display sound box of this embodiment further includes a curved display screen 8 disposed on the outer side of the upper portion of the lower shell, a camera module 1 disposed on the outer side of the upper cover, and a PCB 3 disposed on the inner side of the upper cover, as shown in fig. 1, where the curved display screen may cover a portion of the upper portion of the lower shell, for example, the curved display screen may be curved by 180 °. The camera module of this embodiment includes a spherical camera array, and referring to fig. 7-8, the spherical camera array includes a plurality of cameras distributed in a spherical shape, and the panoramic image is shot by using the spherical camera array to determine the position of the user. Referring to fig. 2, a microphone array is disposed on the pcb 3, and an acoustic outlet 21 is disposed at a position of the upper cover 2 opposite to each microphone 31 in the microphone array, so that each microphone in the microphone array picks up user's voice, and the number of microphones is not limited in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 6-7, the working principle of the intelligent display sound box of the present embodiment is:
The panoramic image is shot by utilizing the spherical camera array, the panoramic image is analyzed to determine the position of a user, the annular electromagnetic assembly is controlled to generate magnetic field force with set size and direction and/or set frequency, the swinging piece is driven to move, the intelligent display sound box rotates on the contact surface under the action of the swinging load of the swinging piece, the orientation of the curved surface display screen of the intelligent display sound box changes along with the swinging load, when the curved surface display screen faces the position of the user, the camera in the spherical camera array facing one side of the user is utilized to shoot, the shot image is analyzed to determine the compensation angle of the curved surface display screen in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, the annular electromagnetic assembly is further controlled to generate magnetic field force according to the compensation angle, the swinging piece is driven to swing, the intelligent display sound box changes relative to the contact surface under the action of the swinging load of the swinging piece, and as shown in fig. 2, the compensation angles of the curved surface display screen in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction are zero, and the purpose that the curved surface display screen is completely aligned with both eyes of the user is achieved.
The directional display of the intelligent display loudspeaker box curved surface display screen is controlled by the electromagnetic assembly, magnetic field forces with corresponding size directions or corresponding frequencies are generated by controlling different solenoids, the swinging piece is driven to swing, and the loudspeaker box is adjusted relative to two degrees of freedom of a contact surface, namely a vertical angle (corresponding to the pitching direction of the loudspeaker box) and a horizontal angle (corresponding to the rotating direction of the loudspeaker box), so that the purpose of accurately controlling the directional display of the display screen is achieved, and human-computer interaction is better achieved.
The intelligent display loudspeaker box of the embodiment has at least the following advantages:
1. the intelligent display sound box of the embodiment has novel appearance and can improve market competitiveness;
2. According to the embodiment, the electromagnetic assembly and the swinging piece are used as core components for directional adjustment of the curved display screen of the intelligent display sound box, so that the intelligent display sound box can be adjusted relative to the contact surface in two degrees of freedom, the curved display screen of the intelligent display sound box can be kept vertically reversely in real time, interaction is more friendly, and user experience is enhanced.
The invention further provides intelligent display equipment.
The intelligent display device of the present embodiment includes the intelligent display speaker described above.

5. The intelligent display speaker of claim 2, further comprising a curved display screen disposed outside the upper portion of the lower housing.
6. The intelligent display sound box according to claim 2, further comprising a camera module arranged outside the upper cover, wherein the camera module comprises a spherical camera array, and the spherical camera array comprises a plurality of cameras distributed in a spherical shape.

The intelligent display sound box according to claim 2, further comprising a PCB board disposed on the inner side of the upper cover, wherein a microphone array is disposed on the PCB board, and an acoustic outlet is disposed at a position of the upper cover corresponding to each microphone in the microphone array.
