In another embodiment of the steering wheel-based vehicle carrying plate driving system according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 19, the lifting mechanism is structured as shown in the drawing, the driving rod is disposed at the bottom of the steering wheel mounting frame and connected to the steering wheel mounting frame, the cylinder 607 is connected to the driving rod 609, and the driving rod is driven to stretch and retract when the cylinder sucks and exhausts air, thereby driving the steering wheel to rise and fall.

Claims (7)
1. A three-dimensional logistics storage turnover system, characterized by comprising:
one or more storage layers, each storage layer being provided with one or more berths;
an elevator penetrating the one or more storage layers and moving up and down between the one or more storage layers;
a drive system for driving cargo from said elevator to said berths, from said berths into said elevator, and for driving said cargo to circulate between said berths;
the tray storage device is used for storing trays for supporting the cargoes;
wherein the drive system is also for driving the trays to circulate between the tray storage and the elevator; the driving system comprises driving mechanisms which are arranged below each berth, at the bottom of the elevator car and at the bottom of the tray storage device respectively, and the driving mechanisms are AGV driving mechanisms or omni wheels or multidirectional wheels;
further comprises: an access opening communicated with the elevator and used for storing the goods when the goods are stored and taken out;
wherein, tray storage device includes: the power unit is arranged at the bottom of the tray and used for driving the tray to move in and out from the tray storage device;
wherein, the power unit includes: the inverted U-shaped support frame is connected to the bottom of the tray through threads, and the control mechanism is arranged on the support frame; the AGV driving mechanism is arranged in the support frame, fixing plates are fixedly connected to the two ends of the base of the AGV driving mechanism, the control mechanism comprises rotating rods respectively arranged on two side walls of the support frame and a driving motor arranged on any side wall of the support frame, the rotating rods are rotatably arranged on the support frame in a penetrating mode, the fixing plates are connected with the support frame through the rotating rods, and the driving motor drives the rotating rods to rotate;
the control mechanism further comprises a cover body with a cavity and a worm penetrating the cover body, sliding grooves are formed in the side walls of the support frame, sliding rails matched with the sliding grooves are formed in the two sides of the cover body, the rotating rod penetrates the cover body in a rotating mode, a worm wheel matched with the worm is fixedly connected to the rotating rod, a sleeve connected with the rotating rod in a rotating mode and an electromagnet surrounding the sleeve are arranged on the fixing plate, a limiting block with a groove is fixedly connected to the wall of the rotating rod, one end of an iron limiting rod is arranged in the groove through a spring, and the other end of the iron limiting rod extends out of the groove and is in clearance fit with the electromagnet.
2. The stereoscopic logistics warehouse transfer system of claim 1, wherein each storage layer comprises a plurality of matrix berths.
3. The stereoscopic logistics warehouse transfer system of claim 1, wherein the tray storage apparatus further comprises: the chain transmission device comprises two arm frames which are arranged in parallel, and chain transmission devices arranged on the arm frames, wherein chain wheels of the chain transmission devices are hinged to the upper end and the lower end of the arm frames, a chain which is tensioned on the chain wheels is provided with clamping jaws, the chain wheels are driven by a motor to rotate, the clamping jaws between the two arm frames are correspondingly arranged, and the tray is placed on the corresponding two clamping jaws.
4. The stereoscopic logistics warehouse transfer system of claim 3, wherein the pallet storage apparatus further comprises a pallet storage control system for driving the pallet into and out of between the two arms.
5. The stereoscopic logistics warehouse transfer system of claim 4, wherein the tray storage control system comprises:
the first detection device is arranged at the bottom of the tray storage device and is used for detecting position information of the tray moving downwards to the bottom of the tray storage device;
and the control device receives the position information of the downward movement of the tray detected by the detection device, and controls the driving mechanism to drive the tray to move out from between the two arm frames when the tray moves down to the bottom set position of the tray storage device.
6. The stereoscopic logistics warehouse transfer system of claim 1, wherein the drive system is a steering wheel based truck loading board drive system comprising:
the steering wheel is arranged on the driving frame and is positioned at the bottom of the vehicle carrying plate, the driving wheel of the steering wheel is abutted against the bottom of the vehicle carrying plate, and the driving wheel drives the vehicle carrying plate to move when driven by the rotating motor to rotate;
the steering motor is connected with the steering wheel through a transmission device so as to drive the steering wheel to steer;
the control device is connected with the rotating motor and the steering motor of the steering wheel and used for controlling the rotating motor and the steering motor of the steering wheel to rotate so as to control the vehicle carrying plate to move in any direction.
7. The three-dimensional logistics warehouse transfer system of claim 6, wherein the steering wheel based truck loading board drive system further comprises:
the lifting mechanism is arranged on the driving frame and connected with the steering wheel and used for driving the steering wheel to ascend and descend;
when the steering wheel needs to turn, the lifting mechanism descends, and when the steering wheel finishes turning, the lifter ascends.
