The AT89S52-24JC chip transmits control data to an SN75276 chip (a chip of one model), and the SN75276 chip interacts with an external device module through a communication interface on a bus thereof, transmits acquired data to the external device module, and is controlled by the external module. According to the data collected by the first circuit and the second circuit, the AT89S52-24JC chip can efficiently and accurately acquire the voltage, the current, the charging electric quantity, the discharging electric quantity and the module temperature of the battery, can effectively control the discharging of the battery according to the voltage, the current and the charging electric quantity of the battery when the battery is discharged, prevent the over-discharging of the battery, protect the battery and prolong the service life of the battery.
