Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a security alert method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to a terminal, and includes:
step 110: and detecting whether the current position of the terminal is within the safety warning range.
When a user uses the terminal, based on the safety warning method in the embodiment, whether the current position of the terminal is within the safety warning range can be detected.
The safety warning range comprises an environment area with potential safety hazards to users, such as a night environment, a dark environment, a road, an environment with more vehicles and the like.
Step 120: and under the condition that the current position of the terminal is detected to be within the safety warning range, the control terminal sends out a safety warning signal.
And if the current position of the terminal is detected to have potential safety hazard to the user, the terminal sends out a safety warning signal.
The safety warning signal is used for giving a safety warning to the user so as to remind the user of the danger of the current area; on the other hand, the warning device is used for giving a safety warning to surrounding pedestrians, vehicles and the like so as to remind the surrounding pedestrians, vehicles and the like to notice users and avoid causing harm to the users.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal can detect whether the current position is within the safety warning range, and sends out the safety warning signal when the terminal is within the safety warning range. Therefore, when the user uses the terminal, if the user is in a dangerous area, such as an area with more vehicles, an area under a night environment and the like, the terminal can detect the current position in time and send out a safety warning signal, and then the user and surrounding people can notice the safety warning signal, so that the user can be reminded to pay attention to the surrounding area and object, the vigilance of the user is improved, and meanwhile, the surrounding people can be reminded to notice the user, and the user is prevented from being injured. Therefore, the safety warning method can reduce the potential safety hazard of the user and improve the personal safety factor of the user.
Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a safety warning method according to another embodiment of the present invention, and step 110 includes:
step 1101: and acquiring real-time speed data of a speed detection device of the terminal.
When a user uses the terminal, the user is common, and the action with the highest risk coefficient is that the user walks and looks down at the screen of the terminal. If the action occurs during crossing roads and walking at night, the user can easily neglect surrounding dangers, and surrounding people can easily see the problems such as sight lines, and the like, so that the user can not be found in time, and accidents are caused.
Therefore, in this step, real-time speed data of the speed detection device of the terminal is acquired.
Preferably, the speed detection device includes a gyroscope, so that in this step, the angular speed of the terminal rotation is obtained through the gyroscope, and then the real-time speed data of the terminal is calculated according to the angular speed.
Preferably, the speed detection means may further comprise a speed sensor, whereby real-time speed data is acquired by the speed sensor in this step.
Wherein the real-time speed data includes a moving speed of the terminal.
Step 1102: and under the condition that the real-time speed data is within a preset walking speed range, detecting whether the current position of the terminal is within a preset safety warning range.
The condition that the real-time speed data is within the preset walking speed range can be considered as the condition that the moving speed of the terminal is greater than a first threshold value, the first threshold value is a preset value, the first threshold value can be set as a minimum critical value for the user to walk, and namely the user is considered to be walking when the moving speed is greater than the first threshold value.
Under the condition that the real-time speed data is within the preset walking speed range, a Global Positioning System (GPS) can be adopted to acquire the position information of the terminal, so that whether the current position of the terminal is within the preset safety warning range or not is detected according to the position information.
For example, according to the position information, whether the current position of the terminal is within the safety warning range such as a road and a busy area is detected.
The embodiment provides a safety warning method applied to user walking, so that the user is prevented from being too concentrated in the terminal and neglecting surrounding dangers in the walking process, the safety warning signal can move along with the terminal, the safety warning signal not only can play a role in reminding the user, but also can remind other people to see the user who walks, and danger is avoided.
For example, when the user is dangerous when crossing the road, the safety warning signal can remind the user not to pay much attention to the head-down using terminal, and simultaneously remind the driver of the vehicle on the road in a more obvious way, wherein pedestrians (users) are arranged, so that collision is avoided.
On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, fig. 3 shows a flowchart of a safety warning method according to another embodiment of the present invention, and step 1101 includes:
step 11011: and acquiring real-time light intensity data of an ambient light detection device of the terminal.
On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, one action that is more dangerous is: the user walks at night or in the dark. When the vehicle runs at night, the driver can observe whether pedestrians appear suddenly on the road completely, but some dead corners or places with poor lighting conditions are inevitable, and the driver cannot find the pedestrians in time. Therefore, the user is walking at night or in the dark, and surrounding vehicles, pedestrians, and the like are difficult to find the user, thereby causing a phenomenon such as collision. If the user lowers his head and concentrates on the terminal, the user may not avoid the vehicle, pedestrian, etc. in time, and the probability of collision, etc. will be higher.
Therefore, in this step, real-time light intensity data of the ambient light detection means in the terminal can be acquired.
Preferably, the ambient light detection device includes a light sensor, and the real-time light intensity data includes a light value collected by the light sensor. The light sensor is used for sensing external illumination and converting the sensed illumination into a light sensing value, and therefore, the light sensing value includes an illumination intensity value. Therefore, the terminal can monitor the light sensation value in real time, when the light sensation value changes, the external illumination is possibly weakened from strong to weak or from weak to strong, so that the current illumination intensity value is obtained, and if the illumination intensity value is low, the user is considered to be in a dark environment or a night environment.
Step 11012: and acquiring real-time speed data of a speed detection device of the terminal under the condition that the real-time light intensity data is lower than a preset threshold value.
The preset threshold is preset light intensity data, and when the real-time light intensity data is smaller than the preset threshold, the terminal is considered to be in darkness or at night currently, so that the real-time speed data of the speed detection device of the terminal is further acquired.
The embodiment provides the safety warning method applied to the walking of the user in the dark environment, so that the application scene of the safety warning method is expanded, and the safety coefficient of the user is further improved.
Preferably, after the user is judged to be dark or at night, the monitoring mode is started, and whether the current position is within the safety warning range or not is detected in real time; or after the user is judged to be in darkness or at night and the user is judged to be walking, starting a monitoring mode and detecting whether the current position is within a safety warning range; or after the user is judged to walk, starting the monitoring mode and detecting whether the current position is within the safety warning range.
Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, fig. 4 shows a flowchart of a safety warning method according to another embodiment of the present invention, and step 120 includes at least one of the following steps:
step 1201: and under the condition that the current position of the terminal is detected to be within the safety warning range, controlling a target screen of the terminal to display a safety warning signal.
Preferably, the safety warning signal can keep higher display brightness for a screen of the terminal; the safety warning signal can also keep flashing display on a screen of the terminal.
Preferably, the safety warning signal may also be text information, image information, and the like displayed on a screen of the terminal to remind the user and the surrounding people of the danger of the current position.
Step 1202: and under the condition that the current position of the terminal is detected to be within the safety warning range, controlling a flash lamp of the terminal to flash according to a preset safety warning mode.
Preferably, the safety warning signal can keep higher display brightness for the flash lamp; the safety warning signal can also keep flashing display for the flash lamp.
Illustratively, if the current position of the terminal is detected to be within the safety warning range, the relative orientation relation between the screen of the terminal and the body of the user can be detected. If the screen of the terminal faces the body of the user, a flash lamp on the back of the terminal sends out a safety warning signal; and if the screen of the terminal faces away from the body of the user, the screen of the terminal is used as a target screen to display the safety warning signal. Therefore, the warning function can be achieved, meanwhile, the terminal displays the safety warning signal on one side back to the user, and the influence of the safety warning signal on the user, such as visual discomfort, can be avoided. For example, the display brightness of the screen or the flash lamp is too high, which may cause damage to human eyes.
Exemplarily, if the current position of the terminal is detected to be within the safety warning range, the screen of the control terminal displays a safety warning signal, and the flash lamp is controlled to send out the safety warning signal, so that the user can be noticed by pedestrians and vehicles in more directions, and the safety factor of the user is further improved.
And under the condition that the terminal comprises the first screen and the second screen, the target screen comprises the first screen and the second screen, or the target screen is a screen facing to the user.
Exemplarily, the terminal comprises a first screen and a second screen, if the current position of the terminal is detected to be within the safety warning range, one screen of the control terminal displays the safety warning signal, or two screens are controlled to display the safety warning signal at the same time in consideration of the condition that vehicles can come and go in different directions.
In the scheme that the target screen is a screen facing the user, the screen facing the user displays the safety warning signal, so that the safety warning signal is more easily noticed by the user, and the safety factor of the user is improved.
The display brightness of the screen or the flash lamp can be preset in advance; the screen or the flash lamp can send out a safety warning signal according to a preset safety warning mode. Such as the flashing of a screen or a flash, may follow certain flashing rules to facilitate identification, such as the rule of a Morse code. The display brightness and flashing rules may be initially default or may be set by user selection.
It should be added that if it is detected that the current position of the terminal is within the safety warning range, the specific implementation step of detecting the relative orientation relationship between the screen of the terminal and the body of the user may include:
and judging the direction of the user holding the terminal according to the fingerprint or the touch range on the screen, thereby further judging whether the screen faces to the body or faces away from the body. If the fingerprint on the screen is identified to be the finger fingerprint, the palm print is considered to be on the back of the screen, and the screen can be judged to face the body based on the human body characteristics; if the fingerprint on the screen is identified to be a palm print, the finger is considered to be on the back of the screen, and the fact that the screen faces away from the body can be judged based on the human body characteristics.
Or if the touch range on the screen is identified to be small, the fingerprint on the screen is a finger fingerprint, and the palm print is on the back of the screen, the screen can be judged to face the body based on the human body characteristics; if the touch range on the screen is identified to be large, the fingerprint on the screen is a palm print, and if the finger is on the back of the screen, the fact that the screen is back to the body can be judged based on the human body characteristics.
Further, if the terminal is monitored to leave the safety warning range, the terminal stops sending the safety warning signal, and whether the current position of the terminal is located in the safety warning range or not is continuously monitored.
Further, if the light sensation value and/or the moving speed of the terminal are detected not to meet the preset range, whether the current position of the terminal is located in the safety warning range or not is stopped to be monitored.
Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, fig. 5 shows a flowchart of a safety warning method according to another embodiment of the present invention, and step 110 includes:
step 1103: and acquiring longitude and latitude information of the current position of the terminal.
Step 1104: and under the condition that the longitude and latitude information of the current position is within a preset longitude and latitude range, determining that the current position of the terminal is within a preset safety warning range.
The preset latitude and longitude range comprises latitude and longitude information of the position in the safety warning range. If the preset longitude and latitude range comprises the longitude and latitude information of the road, the current position of the terminal can be determined to be in the preset safety warning range under the condition that the longitude and latitude information of the current position is in the preset longitude and latitude range.
The preset latitude and longitude range can be stored in a database in advance. The database can be established manually or by script collection, and an interface can be opened for reporting by a user.
The embodiment provides a scheme for determining whether the current position of the terminal is located in the safety warning range based on latitude and longitude information, so that the current position of the terminal can be identified quickly, and meanwhile, the identification accuracy is ensured.
Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, fig. 6 shows a flowchart of a safety warning method according to another embodiment of the present invention, and step 110 includes:
step 1105: and acquiring the current position of the terminal.
Step 1106: and under the condition that at least one vehicle exists in a preset range from the current position, determining that the current position of the terminal is located in a preset safety warning range.
In this embodiment, the terminal can use the internet of things to be networked with the vehicles, so that the number of the vehicles near the terminal and the distance between the vehicles and the terminal are identified and reported in the internet of things according to the current position of the terminal, and when the terminal identifies that the networked vehicles exist in a certain range near the terminal, the current position of the terminal is considered to be located in the safety warning range.
The method comprises the steps that a preset range can be set, if the preset range is a range with the distance from a terminal being smaller than a second threshold, when the distance from a vehicle to the terminal is smaller than the second threshold, the vehicle is considered to cause potential safety hazards to a user, namely the terminal recognizes that a networking vehicle exists in a certain range nearby, and the current position of the terminal is determined to be located in the preset safety warning range.
The embodiment provides a scheme for determining whether the current position of a terminal is located in a safety warning range or not based on vehicles around the terminal, so that the danger of the current position is judged according to the vehicles around, and a safety warning signal is timely sent out when the vehicles cause potential safety hazards to users, so that the safety factor of the users is improved.
Preferably, in consideration of power consumption, the remaining power of the terminal may be adjusted appropriately, such as setting the time interval for performing the detection in step 110.
In conclusion, when the user is in a dark dangerous environment, the terminal can automatically turn on the screen, so that the current environment of the user can be reminded, the user can pay more attention in the walking process, and the user can also inform the coming vehicle that pedestrians walk in the vehicle through the light, so that the vehicle slows down. The screen is turned on and turned off intelligently, complex operation of a user is not needed, and the method is simple and easy to implement. And the appointed screen is lightened according to the direction of the terminal, and the pertinence is realized. Therefore, the mobile equipment can be used for entertainment, study and work of the user, can also protect the user to a certain extent, and improves the safety factor of the user.
