Experiment one
The products of the middle bundle tube 1, the lipstick holder 3 and the base 2 of examples 4 to 8 and comparative example 1 were taken out and assembled at normal temperature, and a test of rotational torsion (unit: in.oz.cm) was carried out by a torsion machine test.

As can be seen from Table 1, the rotational torque decreased significantly after the addition of the polyethylene wax, and decreased with the increase in the amount of the polyethylene wax added. In example 5, when the polyethylene wax is added at 5.2 parts, the rotating torque force ranges from 2.08in.oz.cm to 2.15in.oz.cm, the data fluctuation is small and the industrial standard is met.
By adopting the ABS resin to prepare the middle beam tube 1, the hardness and the strength of the middle beam tube 1 are high, the heat resistance and the corrosion resistance are good, the toughness is good, the impact resistance is excellent, and the effect that the lipstick body is protected by the middle beam tube 1 and is prevented from being damaged is good. Meanwhile, the surface of the middle beam tube 1 is high in glossiness and easy to color, the appearance aesthetic feeling is improved, and the processing is easy, so that the production is convenient.
The base 2 and the lipstick supporting part 3 are prepared by POM resin, so that the base 2 and the lipstick supporting part 3 have good self-lubricating performance and small friction coefficient, the friction force among all the parts is small, and according to the table 1, when no lubricant is added, the rotating torque is between 3.14in.oz.cm and 3.19in.oz.cm, although the rotating torque does not reach the industrial standard, the rotating torque is relatively small, and the effect of reducing the adding amount of the lubricant can be achieved.
Meanwhile, the POM resin has higher strength and rigidity and good elasticity and is not easy to damage, and meanwhile, the lipstick serving as a cosmetic cannot be placed under the sun generally, so that the possibility of structural strength reduction caused by corrosion of the POM resin by ultraviolet rays is greatly reduced, the friction reduction performance of the POM resin can be fully utilized, and the structural stability of the POM resin is ensured.
Experiment two
The medium-bundle tubes 1, beads and spiral products of examples 4 to 8 and comparative example 1 were assembled at room temperature after coming out, and then a pure natural lipstick paste containing no preservative was mounted on the lipstick holder 3 and covered with a mating cover body to assemble a lipstick.
The lipstick body adopts natural organic lipstick of Karen Murrell.
The lipstick was placed in an incubator at 25 ℃ under 99% oxygen for 90 days, and sampled according to the analytical method of GB/T5009.37-2003 edible vegetable oil hygienic standard to detect the peroxide value (in%).

According to table 2, the peroxide value of the lipstick body is obviously reduced after the content of the antioxidant is increased, that is, the antioxidant capacity of the lipstick body is obviously increased, and the peroxide value is in a descending trend along with the increase of the addition amount of the antioxidant.
Through adopting antioxidant 2246, can effectively restrain thermal degradation and oxidative degradation when rigid plastic processing, and effectively clear away the free radical in the lipstick lotion, improve the oxidation resistance of lipstick lotion, prolong the shelf life of lipstick lotion, make the lipstick lotion can reduce the antiseptic quantity, improve lipstick quality and security, simultaneously because antioxidant 2246 is nontoxic itself, there is not negative effect to the lipstick, and the antioxidant does not directly add into the lipstick lotion, make the antioxidant influence very little to the user, make the security of lipstick lotion higher.

An oil-free middle bundle core formed by plastic is characterized in that: the lipstick structure comprises a base (2), a middle beam tube (1) rotationally connected with the base (2) and a lipstick bearing piece (3) in threaded connection with the base (2), wherein the lipstick bearing piece (3) is positioned in the middle beam tube (1) and axially slides along the middle beam tube (1), and the middle beam tube (1) comprises a limiting piece for limiting the relative rotation of the lipstick bearing piece (3) and the middle beam tube (1);
the middle beam tube (1) comprises the following components in parts by weight:
100 parts of hard plastic;
0.8-2.5 parts of antioxidant;
the lipstick supporting piece (3) comprises the following components in parts by mass:
100 parts of hard plastic;
4-9 parts of a lubricant;
0.8-3.3 parts of antioxidant;
the base (2) comprises the following components in parts by mass;
100 parts of hard plastic;
4-9 parts of a lubricant;
0.8-1.8 parts of antioxidant.
2. The plastic molded oil-free midbundle core as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the hard plastics of the middle beam tube (1), the lipstick bearing piece (3) and the base (2) comprise one or more of ABS resin, POM resin, PTEE resin and PP resin.
3. The plastic molded oil-free mid-bundle core of claim 2, wherein: the hard plastic of the middle beam tube (1) is ABS resin.
4. The plastic molded oil-free mid-bundle core of claim 2, wherein: the hard plastic of the lipstick bearing piece (3) is POM resin.
5. The plastic molded oil-free mid-bundle core of claim 2, wherein: the hard plastic of the base (2) is POM resin.
6. An oil-free midbundle core molded from plastic according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the lubricant of the middle beam tube (1), the lipstick supporting piece (3) and the base (2) comprises one or more of polyethylene wax, calcium stearate, oxidized polyethylene wax, stearic acid, glyceryl stearate and paraffin.
7. The plastic molded oil-free mid-bundle core of claim 6, wherein: and the lubricant of the middle beam tube (1), the lipstick supporting piece (3) and the base (2) is polyethylene wax.
8. An oil-free midbundle core molded from plastic according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the antioxidants of the middle beam tube (1), the lipstick supporting piece (3) and the base (2) comprise one or more of an antioxidant 1010, an antioxidant 2246, an antioxidant CA, an antioxidant 164, an antioxidant DNP, an antioxidant DLTP, an antioxidant TNP, an antioxidant TPP, an antioxidant MB and an antioxidant 264.
9. The plastic molded oil-free mid-bundle core of claim 8, wherein: and the antioxidants of the middle beam tube (1), the lipstick supporting piece (3) and the base (2) adopt an antioxidant 2246.
