The using method comprises the following steps: before use, the number of storage boxes is required to be set according to the specification of the cigarette samples, specifically, when the cigarette samples of three specifications A, B, C are required to be placed in the sample adjusting box 200, the length of the cigarettes of the sample A is 88mm, and the circumference is 20mm; the length of the cigarette of the sample B is 88mm, and the circumference is 20mm; the length of the cigarettes for sample C was 74mm and the circumference was 24mm. When the sample adjusting box 200 is placed, only two baffles 10 are needed to be inserted into the sample adjusting box 200, so that the interior of the sample adjusting box 200 is divided into three storage grids, 30 samples A are placed in the left storage grid, 60 samples B are placed in the middle storage grid, and 84 samples C are placed in the right storage grid. Meanwhile, as the lengths of cigarettes for placing the cigarette samples in the middle storage grid and the left storage grid are the same, the fasteners 151 are required to be opened, and the left distance adjusting device 9 and the right distance adjusting device 9 are respectively pushed to different positions, so that the cigarettes in the three storage grids are kept orderly.
When the sample adjusting box 200 is used for temperature and humidity adjustment of cigarette samples, if a single layer is required to be placed, the sample adjusting box 200 is only required to be tiled on a layering frame in a constant temperature and humidity box. If the stacking is required to be prevented, the supporting piece 14 needs to be turned upwards to the highest position, and the positioning key 13 at the bottom of the upper sample adjusting box 200 is inserted into the positioning hole 12 of the supporting piece 14 of the lower sample adjusting box 200, so that the stacked sample adjusting boxes 200 are more stable due to the matching of the positioning key 13 and the positioning hole 12, the cigarette samples in the lower sample adjusting boxes 200 cannot be extruded and damaged, and the sample adjusting boxes 200 are not inclined or fallen due to the unstability of stacking, so that the samples are disordered.
When the sample adjusting box 200 is used for accommodating cigarette samples (to-be-retested cigarette samples and residual cigarette samples after detection), the to-be-retested cigarette samples and the residual cigarette samples are respectively placed into different storage grids which are set in advance according to specifications, the distance adjusting device 9 is pushed to approach the rear panel 5, the limiting plate 92 can push the cigarettes to move, the limiting plate 92 is matched with the rear panel 5, finally the cigarette samples are orderly arranged in the storage grids, the sample adjusting box 200 is stacked in the outer sealing box 100, and the box cover 2 is covered for sealing storage to wait for the next detection. The multi-specification cigarette sample temperature and humidity adjustment storage box can be used for temperature and humidity adjustment of cigarette samples, can be used for storing the cigarette samples to be retested and the remaining cigarette samples after detection, combines sample containing containers required by two key steps in the detection process into one, and reduces the use amount of experimental consumables.

As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, this embodiment is based on embodiment 1, and differs from embodiment 1 in that the thickness of the baffle 10 at the end near the rear panel 5 is smaller than the thickness at the end near the front panel 3 in this embodiment. A pulling ribbon is provided on each baffle plate 10, and in addition, a first groove 103 is provided on both sides of each baffle plate 10, and correspondingly, a second groove 71 is provided on the upper surface of the bottom plate 7, and the second groove 71 is in the same plane with the first groove 103. In addition, the lifting wire belts with different lengths can be set to be different colors, so that a detector can conveniently and quickly find the baffle 10 of the lifting wire belt with the proper length according to the number of cigarette samples.

As shown in fig. 11, this embodiment is based on embodiment 2, and is different from embodiment 2 in that in this embodiment, a label holder 104 is provided on each baffle 10, and the label holder 104 is used for placing a label on which cigarette sample information is written. Further, the label clips 104 are also arranged on the box cover 2 and the outer box body 1 of the outer sealing box 100, so that the cigarette samples can be conveniently stored in a classified mode and quickly searched according to label information during use, and the detection efficiency can be further improved.

The multi-specification cigarette sample temperature and humidity regulation storage box comprises an outer layer sealing box, wherein the outer layer sealing box comprises an outer layer box body and a box cover, and the box cover is covered on an opening of the outer layer box body to seal the outer layer box body; the temperature and humidity regulation storage box for the multi-specification cigarette samples is characterized by further comprising at least one sample regulation box stacked in the outer box body, wherein the sample regulation box comprises a front panel, a right panel, a rear panel, a left panel and a bottom plate, the front panel surrounds a rectangular box body with an opening at the upper part, a plurality of through holes are uniformly formed in each panel, the height of the front panel is lower than that of the rear panel, two distance regulation devices are symmetrically arranged on one side, close to the front panel, of the inside of the sample regulation box, each distance regulation device comprises a sliding bottom plate, a limiting plate and a side plate, the side plate and the limiting plate are vertically arranged on the edge of the upper surface of the sliding bottom plate, and a plurality of limiting grooves are formed in the upper part of the limiting plate at intervals; the inside of the sample adjusting box is parallel and is provided with a plurality of baffles at intervals, the lower part of one end of each baffle is provided with a rectangular notch, and the upper part of one end of each baffle is correspondingly clamped in the limiting groove; the box cover is characterized in that buckling lugs capable of rotating are respectively arranged on the periphery of the box cover, and convex edges corresponding to the buckling lugs are arranged on the outer edges of the openings of the outer box body.
