背景技术
玻璃纤维是一种性能优异的无机非金属材料,其成分为二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钙、氧化硼、氧化镁和氧化钠等,它是以玻璃球或废旧玻璃为原料经高温熔制、拉丝、络纱、织布等工艺,最后形成各类产品。玻璃纤维单丝的直径从几个微米到二十几个微米,相当于一根头发丝的1/20-1/5,每束纤维原丝都有数百根甚至上千根单丝组成。
玻璃纤维是非常好的金属替代材料,在建筑、船舶、化工管道、汽车、航空、风力发电等领域有着广阔的应用前景,并且其应用领域仍在不断拓展,全球市场空间巨大。玻璃纤维具有绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好和机械强度高等诸多优点。但是,玻璃纤维材料还有一个致命缺点,其不防水,雨天吸水后,自重增加,而且短期内水分难以挥发,潮湿的部分容易造成腐蚀。

(1)酰胺分散液制备:边搅拌边将配方量的阿拉伯树胶粉加入水中,将硬脂酸、蓖麻油混合后加入,混匀后,加入上述乙撑双硬脂酰胺,搅拌均匀,得酰胺分散液;
(2)浸渍液制备:按重量份数将环氧改性有机硅树脂、改性聚氨酯、钠基膨润土、抗冲击改质剂、偶联剂、抗氧剂、表面活性剂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、硬脂酸锌混合均匀,加入步骤(1)得到的酰胺分散液;
(3)处理玻璃纤维布:将玻璃纤维平纹布放入酸沥滤槽中,该酸沥滤槽中加入0.3-0.5mol/L的盐酸水溶液,盐酸水溶液温度为80-90℃,浸泡半小时后,将玻璃纤维平纹布取出用清水洗至玻璃纤维布表面为中性后,将玻璃纤维平纹布已连续的方式进入烘箱,控制烘箱温度为200-300摄氏度,保持20-30m/min的速度运行,然后自然冷却至室温;
(4)浸渍和烘干:将步骤(3)中处理过的玻璃纤维平纹布浸渍到浸渍槽内,浸渍槽内装有步骤(2)得到的浸渍液,使玻璃纤维平纹布匀速通过浸渍槽,然后送入固化池内固化半小时,使得玻璃纤维层表面覆盖有耐腐蚀树脂层;将固化完全的超声5-8分钟,送入烘箱烘干,并自然冷却至室温;
(5)收卷、包装:将处理完成的玻璃纤维平纹布超声5-8分钟,收卷得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明选用合理的原料及配比,各原料协同作用,相辅相成,具有较强的防水、耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐老化和防渗透的特点,机械强度高,增加了产品的使用寿命;本发明生产的玻璃纤维布外观平整,颜色均匀一致,能很好的适用于各种后加工制造工艺。并且制备方法简单,对设备要求小,可以满足连续化工业生产的需求。邻苯二甲酸二丁酯可提高玻璃纤维布的防水性。
经蒙脱土和有机硅复合改性后,聚氨酯弹性体的耐酸碱性能得到了显著的提高,提高幅度比有机硅单一改性的聚氨酯大,其原因在于Si—O键能远高于C—C键能,故有机硅能提高聚氨酯的热稳定性。此外,蒙脱土片层与聚氨酯之间有强相互作用,且片层分散在聚氨酯基体中,能防止热传递过快,阻止进一步降解。

玻璃纤维平纹布35份、环氧改性有机硅树脂3份、改性聚氨酯6份、蓖麻油酸0.5份、硬脂酸1份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1份、钠基膨润土8份、抗冲击改质剂1份、阿拉伯树胶粉0.7份、偶联剂3份、抗氧剂2份、表面活性剂3份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3份、硬脂酸锌1份。
所述玻璃纤维为无碱玻璃纤维。
所述玻璃纤维直径为15-18μm。

(3)处理玻璃纤维布:将玻璃纤维平纹布放入酸沥滤槽中,该酸沥滤槽中加入0.3-0.5mol/L的盐酸水溶液,盐酸水溶液温度为80-90℃,浸泡半小时后,将玻璃纤维平纹布取出用清水洗至玻璃纤维布表面为中性后,将玻璃纤维平纹布已连续的方式进入烘箱,控制烘箱温度为200-300摄氏度,保持20-30m/min的速度运行,然后自然冷却至室温;
(4)浸渍和烘干:将步骤(3)中处理过的玻璃纤维平纹布浸渍到浸渍槽内,浸渍槽内装有步骤(2)得到的浸渍液,使玻璃纤维平纹布匀速通过浸渍槽,然后送入固化池内固化半小时,使得玻璃纤维层表面覆盖有耐腐蚀树脂层;将固化完全的超声5-8分钟,送入烘箱烘干,并自然冷却至室温;

(1)酰胺分散液制备:边搅拌边将配方量的阿拉伯树胶粉加入水中,将硬脂酸、蓖麻油混合后加入,混匀后,加入上述乙撑双硬脂酰胺,搅拌均匀,得酰胺分散液;
(2)浸渍液制备:按重量份数将环氧改性有机硅树脂、改性聚氨酯、钠基膨润土、抗冲击改质剂、偶联剂、抗氧剂、表面活性剂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、硬脂酸锌混合均匀,加入步骤(1)得到的酰胺分散液;
(3)处理玻璃纤维布:将玻璃纤维平纹布放入酸沥滤槽中,该酸沥滤槽中加入0.3-0.5mol/L的盐酸水溶液,盐酸水溶液温度为80-90℃,浸泡半小时后,将玻璃纤维平纹布取出用清水洗至玻璃纤维布表面为中性后,将玻璃纤维平纹布已连续的方式进入烘箱,控制烘箱温度为200-300摄氏度,保持20-30m/min的速度运行,然后自然冷却至室温;
(4)浸渍和烘干:将步骤(3)中处理过的玻璃纤维平纹布浸渍到浸渍槽内,浸渍槽内装有步骤(2)得到的浸渍液,使玻璃纤维平纹布匀速通过浸渍槽,然后送入固化池内固化半小时,使得玻璃纤维层表面覆盖有耐腐蚀树脂层;将固化完全的超声5-8分钟,送入烘箱烘干,并自然冷却至室温;
(5)收卷、包装:将处理完成的玻璃纤维平纹布超声5-8分钟,收卷得到成品。
实施例3
一种防水耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,由如下原料按重量份组成:
玻璃纤维平纹布40份、环氧改性有机硅树脂5份、改性聚氨酯10份、蓖麻油酸0.7份、硬脂酸2.5份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺2份、钠基膨润土11份、抗冲击改质剂2份、阿拉伯树胶粉1.7份、偶联剂4份、抗氧剂3.5份、表面活性剂4份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4份、硬脂酸锌2份。
所述玻璃纤维为无碱玻璃纤维。
所述玻璃纤维直径为15-18μm。
进一步的,所述玻璃纤维密度为2.5-2.8g/cm3
所述抗冲击改质剂为氯化聚乙烯,且氯化聚乙烯中氯元素的含量为25-30wt%。
其中,改性聚氨酯的制备方法为:将重量比为2:5:5:1的甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI、聚醚N220、聚醚N330和端羟丙基硅油混合,加入0.05-0.1份的二丁基锡二月桂酸酯,在90-110℃下反应2-3h,得端羟丙基硅油改性聚氨酯的预聚体,取预聚体50份,与重量份为1-3:3.5-4:2-3的蒙脱土、固化剂DMTDA和聚醚N330混合,在600-800r/min转速下搅拌30-50min,在恒温90℃的烘箱中放置10h,即得到有机硅/蒙脱土复合改性聚氨酯。
一种防水耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)酰胺分散液制备:边搅拌边将配方量的阿拉伯树胶粉加入水中,将硬脂酸、蓖麻油混合后加入,混匀后,加入上述乙撑双硬脂酰胺,搅拌均匀,得酰胺分散液;
(2)浸渍液制备:按重量份数将环氧改性有机硅树脂、改性聚氨酯、钠基膨润土、抗冲击改质剂、偶联剂、抗氧剂、表面活性剂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、硬脂酸锌混合均匀,加入步骤(1)得到的酰胺分散液;
(3)处理玻璃纤维布:将玻璃纤维平纹布放入酸沥滤槽中,该酸沥滤槽中加入0.3-0.5mol/L的盐酸水溶液,盐酸水溶液温度为80-90℃,浸泡半小时后,将玻璃纤维平纹布取出用清水洗至玻璃纤维布表面为中性后,将玻璃纤维平纹布已连续的方式进入烘箱,控制烘箱温度为200-300摄氏度,保持20-30m/min的速度运行,然后自然冷却至室温;

Claims (8)

1.一种防水耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,其特征在于,由如下原料按重量份组成:
玻璃纤维平纹布35-45份、环氧改性有机硅树脂3-7份、改性聚氨酯6-15份、蓖麻油酸0.5-0.8份、硬脂酸1-4份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1-3份、钠基膨润土8-13份、抗冲击改质剂1-3份、阿拉伯树胶粉0.7-2.7份、偶联剂3-5份、抗氧剂2-5份、表面活性剂3-5份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3-5份、硬脂酸锌1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,其特征在于,由如下原料按重量份组成:
玻璃纤维平纹布35份、环氧改性有机硅树脂3份、改性聚氨酯6份、蓖麻油酸0.5份、硬脂酸1份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1份、钠基膨润土8份、抗冲击改质剂1份、阿拉伯树胶粉0.7份、偶联剂3份、抗氧剂2份、表面活性剂3份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3份、硬脂酸锌1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,其特征在于,由如下原料按重量份组成:
玻璃纤维平纹布45份、环氧改性有机硅树脂7份、改性聚氨酯15份、蓖麻油酸0.8份、硬脂酸4份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺3份、钠基膨润土13份、抗冲击改质剂3份、阿拉伯树胶粉2.7份、偶联剂5份、抗氧剂5份、表面活性剂5份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5份、硬脂酸锌3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,其特征在于,由如下原料按重量份组成:
玻璃纤维平纹布40份、环氧改性有机硅树脂5份、改性聚氨酯10份、蓖麻油酸0.7份、硬脂酸2.5份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺2份、钠基膨润土11份、抗冲击改质剂2份、阿拉伯树胶粉1.7份、偶联剂4份、抗氧剂3.5份、表面活性剂4份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4份、硬脂酸锌2份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防水耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维为无碱玻璃纤维,所述玻璃纤维直径为15-18μm,所述玻璃纤维密度为2.5-2.8g/cm3
6.根据权利要求1所述的防水耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,其特征在于,所述抗冲击改质剂为氯化聚乙烯,且氯化聚乙烯中氯元素的含量为25-30wt%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防水耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,其特征在于,改性聚氨酯的制备方法为:将重量比为2:5:5:1的甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI、聚醚N220、聚醚N330和端羟丙基硅油混合,加入0.05-0.1份的二丁基锡二月桂酸酯,在90-110℃下反应2-3h,得端羟丙基硅油改性聚氨酯的预聚体,取预聚体50份,与重量份为1-3:3.5-4:2-3的蒙脱土、固化剂DMTDA和聚醚N330混合,在600-800r/mi n转速下搅拌30-50mi n,在恒温90℃的烘箱中放置10h,即得到有机硅/蒙脱土复合改性聚氨酯。
8.一种防水耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)酰胺分散液制备:边搅拌边将配方量的阿拉伯树胶粉加入水中,将硬脂酸、蓖麻油混合后加入,混匀后,加入上述乙撑双硬脂酰胺,搅拌均匀,得酰胺分散液;
(2)浸渍液制备:按重量份数将环氧改性有机硅树脂、改性聚氨酯、钠基膨润土、抗冲击改质剂、偶联剂、抗氧剂、表面活性剂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、硬脂酸锌混合均匀,加入步骤(1)得到的酰胺分散液;
(3)处理玻璃纤维布:将玻璃纤维平纹布放入酸沥滤槽中,该酸沥滤槽中加入0.3-0.5mo l/L的盐酸水溶液,盐酸水溶液温度为80-90℃,浸泡半小时后,将玻璃纤维平纹布取出用清水洗至玻璃纤维布表面为中性后,将玻璃纤维平纹布已连续的方式进入烘箱,控制烘箱温度为200-300摄氏度,保持20-30m/mi n的速度运行,然后自然冷却至室温;
(4)浸渍和烘干:将步骤(3)中处理过的玻璃纤维平纹布浸渍到浸渍槽内,浸渍槽内装有步骤(2)得到的浸渍液,使玻璃纤维平纹布匀速通过浸渍槽,然后送入固化池内固化半小时,使得玻璃纤维层表面覆盖有耐腐蚀树脂层;将固化完全的超声5-8分钟,送入烘箱烘干,并自然冷却至室温;
(5)收卷、包装:将处理完成的玻璃纤维平纹布超声5-8分钟,收卷得到成品。
