Abstract
The invention discloses a constant temperature gas water heater, comprising: the device comprises a main controller, a heat exchanger, and a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe which are connected with the heat exchanger; the water storage device is characterized in that a first branch and a second branch which are connected in parallel are arranged on the water inlet pipe, a water storage tank and a first water proportional valve are arranged on the first branch, and an electric heater and a temperature sensor are arranged in the water storage tank; a second water proportional valve is arranged on the second branch; the first water proportional valve, the second water proportional valve, the electric heater and the temperature sensor are all connected with the main controller. The invention can avoid the problem that a section of cold water appears after the water is turned off and boiled again in the process of using the gas water heater by a user, can also avoid the problem that the water outlet temperature is too high possibly caused by introducing the heating device, can effectively reduce the fluctuation range of the water temperature when water is stopped, and improves the bathing experience of the user. The invention also provides a constant temperature control method of the gas water heater.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fluid heaters, in particular to a constant-temperature gas water heater and a constant-temperature control method of the gas water heater.
Background
The gas water heater is a device which uses gas as energy source and heats water by the heat generated by combustion of the gas so that the water temperature reaches the requirements of life, heating and the like. In the use process of the gas quick water heater, if boiled water is boiled after water is shut off, a section of cold water is caused, and user experience, especially bath experience, is affected. Although the industry proposes to solve the problem by adding a water storage tank or the like, the effect is not ideal, and the water outlet temperature is unstable, and even the water temperature cannot reach the set temperature for a long time.

As a further explanation of the above-mentioned scheme, an operation display is connected to the main controller, and a temperature setting key and a flow rate setting key are provided on the operation display.

By further describing the scheme, when the user boiled water again, if the hot water in the water storage tank is used completely, the first branch is continuously supplied with water.

As shown in fig. 1, a constant temperature gas water heater includes: a main controller 1, a heat exchanger 2, a water inlet pipe 3 and a water outlet pipe 4 connected with the heat exchanger 2; the water storage device is characterized in that a first branch 5 and a second branch 6 which are connected in parallel are arranged on the water inlet pipe 3, a water storage tank 7 and a first water proportional valve 8 are arranged on the first branch 5, and an electric heater 9 and a temperature sensor 10 are arranged in the water storage tank 7; a second water proportional valve 11 is arranged on the second branch 6; the first water proportional valve 8, the second water proportional valve 11, the electric heater 9 and the temperature sensor 10 are all connected with the main controller 1; when a user starts the gas water heater, the first branch 5 is used for supplying water by default, and the electric heater 9 does not start a heating function; after the user turns off the water, the electric heater 9 starts a heating function, and the water temperature in the water storage tank 7 is heated to the temperature set by the user and then stops working; when the user boiled water again, there is an ignition time, before ignition is successful, the first branch 5 is utilized to supply water, and after ignition is successful, the second branch 6 is automatically switched to supply water.
An operation display is connected to the main controller 1, and a temperature setting key and a flow setting key are arranged on the operation display, so that a user can conveniently set the temperature and the flow.
A burner 12 for providing heat to the heat exchanger 2 is arranged corresponding to the heat exchanger, and a fuel gas proportional valve 13 is connected to the burner 12; a water flow sensor 14 and a water inlet temperature sensor 15 are arranged on the water inlet pipe 3; the gas proportional valve 13, the water flow sensor 14 and the water inlet temperature sensor 15 are all connected with the main controller 1, and the main controller 1 controls the opening of the gas proportional valve 13 according to the set temperature fed back by the operation display, the water flow fed back by the water flow sensor and the water inlet temperature fed back by the water inlet temperature sensor respectively and the water inlet temperature.
Further, the water outlet pipe 4 is provided with a water outlet temperature sensor 16 connected with the main controller 1, and the main controller 1 dynamically adjusts the opening of the fuel gas proportional valve 13 according to a signal fed back by the water outlet temperature sensor 16 so as to ensure that the actual water outlet temperature is consistent with the set temperature.
Further, a dc fan 17 is connected to the burner 12. The burner 12 is positioned below the heat exchanger 2, and a smoke outlet 18 is arranged above the heat exchanger 2.
According to the constant-temperature gas water heater, through the two branches which can be heated and cannot be heated arranged on the water inlet pipe, the problem that a section of cold water appears after water is closed and boiled in the process of using the gas water heater by a user can be avoided, the problem that the temperature of water outlet is too high possibly caused by introducing a heating device can be avoided, the fluctuation range of the water temperature of water cut off can be effectively reduced, and the bathing experience of the user is improved.
Example two
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a method for controlling the temperature of a gas water heater, which can be implemented by using the constant temperature gas water heater according to the first embodiment. The specific principle of the constant temperature control method is as follows: supplying water to the heat exchanger by using a first branch and a second branch which are connected in parallel, and arranging a water storage tank with an electric heater and a temperature sensor on the first branch; when a user starts the gas water heater, the first branch water supply is used by default, and the electric heater does not start a heating function; after the user turns off the water, the electric heater starts a heating function, and the water temperature in the water storage tank is heated to the temperature set by the user and then stops working; when the user boiled water again, there is an ignition time, before ignition is successful, the first branch water supply is utilized, and after ignition is successful, the second branch water supply is automatically switched.
When the user boiled water again, if the hot water in the water storage tank is used, the first branch is continuously supplied with water, so that instability and device damage caused by frequent waterway switching are avoided.
Further, after the user turns off the water each time, the water temperature in the water storage tank is heated to the set temperature of the user only once, so that unnecessary energy consumption is saved.
According to the constant temperature control method for the gas water heater, the problem that a section of cold water appears after water is turned off and boiled in the process of using the gas water heater by a user is avoided, the problem that the water outlet temperature is too high possibly caused by introducing a heating device is avoided, the fluctuation range of the water temperature when water is turned off is effectively reduced, and the bathing experience of the user is improved.

A constant temperature gas water heater comprising: the device comprises a main controller, a heat exchanger, and a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe which are connected with the heat exchanger; the water storage device is characterized in that a first branch and a second branch which are connected in parallel are arranged on the water inlet pipe, a water storage tank and a first water proportional valve are arranged on the first branch, and an electric heater and a temperature sensor are arranged in the water storage tank; a second water proportional valve is arranged on the second branch; the first water proportional valve, the second water proportional valve, the electric heater and the temperature sensor are all connected with the main controller;
the control method of the constant temperature gas water heater comprises the following steps: supplying water to the heat exchanger by using a first branch and a second branch which are connected in parallel, and arranging a water storage tank with an electric heater and a temperature sensor on the first branch; when a user starts the gas water heater, the first branch water supply is used by default, and the electric heater does not start a heating function; after the user turns off the water, the electric heater starts a heating function, and the water temperature in the water storage tank is heated to the temperature set by the user and then stops working; when the user boiled water again, there is an ignition time, before ignition is successful, the first branch water supply is utilized, and after ignition is successful, the second branch water supply is automatically switched.
2. The constant temperature gas water heater according to claim 1, wherein an operation display is connected to the main controller, and a temperature setting key and a flow setting key are provided on the operation display.

A thermostatic gas water heater according to claim 2 wherein a burner is provided for providing heat to the heat exchanger, and a gas proportional valve is connected to the burner; a water flow sensor and a water inlet temperature sensor are arranged on the water inlet pipe; the gas proportional valve, the water flow sensor and the water inlet temperature sensor are all connected with the main controller, and the main controller controls the opening of the gas proportional valve according to signals fed back by the operation display, the water flow sensor and the water inlet temperature sensor.
4. A thermostatic gas water heater according to claim 3 wherein a water outlet temperature sensor is provided on said water outlet tube and connected to said main controller.
5. A thermostatic gas water heater according to claim 3 wherein a direct current fan is connected to said burner.
6. A thermostatic gas water heater according to claim 3 wherein said burner is located below said heat exchanger with a smoke outlet located above said heat exchanger.
7. A thermostatic gas water heater according to claim 1 wherein when the user is boiled again, if the hot water in the water reservoir is used, the first branch is continued to supply water.
8. A thermostatic gas water heater according to claim 1 wherein the temperature of water in said water storage tank is heated to a user set temperature only once each time a user turns off water.
