Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a pre-washing device before printing carpet ink, and belongs to the field of carpet manufacturing.
Background
At present, an inkjet printing process is widely adopted for printing carpets. Inkjet printing is divided into two types: a spray dyeing sizing agent for printing, namely dye and starch are mixed with water to form dyeing sizing agent for a printing machine; the other is jet dyeing chemical ink printing, namely, dye and water are mixed into aqueous solution ink for a printing machine.
Slurry printing has been widely used in the past years, and the process equipment is relatively perfect. Firstly, tens of dye tanks are prepared, dye materials, starch and water with various colors are respectively added, and stirring is carried out, so that uniform and stable dye slurry with various colors is obtained. And (5) conveying the dyeing sizing agent to a printing machine through a suction pump, and performing spray printing. After the printed fabric is steamed and fixed by a subsequent steaming box, most of dyeing materials are adsorbed and reacted by the fabric, but starch slurry is not utilized, and the dyeing materials are required to be removed by strong water washing in a subsequent process. The removed starch slurry and partial washed dye materials increase the sewage treatment burden of enterprises. The spray printing process is gradually eliminated because of serious waste of dyeing sizing agent, increased water consumption and very heavy sewage treatment burden.
The ink-jet printing process does not need to mix a sizing tank and consume starch slurry, but directly supplies dye ink to a printing machine for ink-jet printing. The dye in the ink has simple ingredients, and fully combines with carpet fibers, so that the dye is completely utilized and little waste is caused. Therefore, the printing technology saves dyeing materials, investment cost, water, electricity and other energy consumption and is increasingly adopted by carpet enterprises.
However, after the carpet fabric is woven, it is typically placed in a warehouse for storage and the print is pulled out when needed. The moisture content of the carpet surface fibers varies greatly during long-term storage of the fabric due to environmental factors. Moreover, even if the blanket surface absorbs moisture in the air, the fibers are still dry, and the requirements of the ink dye on the wettability and the penetration of the fibers cannot be met. In the ink-jet printing process, the moisture content of the carpet fabric fibers is inconsistent, and the ink ejected by a printing machine is too little, so that the ink dye has poor penetration and the printed pattern has chromatic aberration; too much ink cannot be ejected, so that too much ink can cause dye migration and cause color confusion and contamination. This makes it impossible to increase the production speed of the printing line, greatly limiting the yield of printed carpets.

Preferably, the driving roller, the lower driven transition roller and the upper driven transition roller are arranged on the frame through bearings, and the driving roller is connected with an output shaft of the driving motor outside the frame; the vacuum water suction pipe is connected with the negative pressure device after extending out of the frame, and the spray water pipe is connected with the water source under pressure after extending out of the frame.
Preferably, the central lines of the driven transition roller, the upper driven transition roller and the driving roller are parallel, the vertical plane where the rear side edge of the lower driven transition roller is located is the same plane as the vertical plane where the front side face of the driving roller is located, and the spray pipe and the vacuum water suction pipe are arranged on the front side of the pre-washed carpet.
Preferably, the water receiving groove is a groove with a concave middle part, a drain hole is arranged in the middle part of the groove, and a drain pipe is connected to the lower part of the groove.
Further preferably, the rack is a frame framework, side beams fixed by bearing seats are arranged at the middle parts of the two sides of the rack, a wall plate is arranged on one periphery of the rack, and a carpet inlet hole and a carpet outlet hole are respectively formed in the wall plates on the front side and the rear side.
The invention has the advantages that:
The device is adopted to spray a large amount of water on the pile surface of the carpet fabric, after the carpet pile is completely wetted, the excessive water on the carpet surface is sucked by the vacuum suction pipe, and the water content of the pile is accurately controlled by controlling the vacuum degree in the vacuum suction pipe. After the carpet fabric is pre-washed and vacuum pumped by the device, the moisture content and the wettability of the fluff are uniform and consistent, and the quick permeation and adsorption of the subsequent printing and dyeing materials are ensured.
