The weight of the perfume additive or perfume microcapsule is 1.0% to 10.0% of the weight of the polymer.
An application process of the composite fiber yarn capable of volatilizing fragrance and being biodegraded; the use process refers to the application of the composite fiber yarn to a flavor generating component in the field of cigarettes.
The principle of the invention is illustrated as follows:
the reason for limiting the outer diameter of the fiber yarn core to 0.05-0.50 mm is that: if the outer diameter is less than 0.05mm, the mechanical property of the composite material is influenced; if the outer diameter of the fiber is higher than 0.5mm, the outer surface of the fiber is simultaneously coated with the polymer and the spice, so that the outer diameter of the obtained product is larger, and the processing technology of adding the product into cigarettes is influenced.
The reason for limiting the weight of the perfume additive or perfume microcapsule to 1.0% -10.0% of the weight of the polymer is that: if the content is less than 1%, the loading amount of the perfume additive or the perfume microcapsule is too low, and the volatile fragrance is not obviously sensed; if the content is more than 10%, the mechanical properties of the entire outer mixed layer are adversely affected, and the volatilization of the fragrance in the unused state is inhibited.
