Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
(example 1)
Fig. 1 is an external perspective view of the washing and drying machine 100, and fig. 2 is a right side sectional view of the washing and drying machine 100. Referring to fig. 1, a washing machine 100 includes a cabinet 1 constituting an outer contour, a top cover 2 provided at an upper portion of the cabinet 1, and a base 3 provided at a lower portion of the cabinet 1. The base 3 is provided with 4 legs, wherein an adjusting leg 3a capable of adjusting height is provided at 1 at the right front side when facing the washing machine main body, and a fixing leg 3b incapable of adjusting height is provided at the remaining 3. When the washing machine is installed, the inclination and shaking of the main body are adjusted by adjusting the height of the adjusting leg 3 a. Further, the top cover 2 is provided with an outer cover 2b so as to cover the laundry inlet 2 a. An operation panel 7 having a power switch 4, an operation switch 5, and a display 6 is provided on the front side of the top cover 2. The operation panel 7 is electrically connected to a controller 14 provided on the rear surface of the case 1.
Inside the casing 1, a water-retaining tub 10 is elastically supported at four corners to the casing 1 via suspension rods. An air trap 21a is provided on the back surface of the outer tub 10, and the pressure inside the air trap is transmitted to the water level sensor 21 through a pipe 21b, thereby detecting the water level of the water stored in the outer tub 10. A safety switch 31 is provided at a front corner of the casing 1, and detects when the outer tub 10 vibrates during dewatering and reaches a predetermined vibration displacement or more.
Inside the outer tub 10, there is an inner tub 8 for receiving laundry. The inner tub 8 has a plurality of small through holes 8a for water and air penetration in its outer peripheral wall, a plurality of through holes 8b for water and air penetration in its bottom wall, a fluid balancer 9 in its upper edge portion, and a rotary blade 11 rotatably supported inside the bottom.
An electric motor 13 is provided outside the bottom of the outer tub 10, and the rotation of the inner tub 8 and the rotary blades 11 can be operated as follows by controlling the clutch mechanism 12. One is a case in which the inner tub 8 is locked to be stationary or released to be freely rotatable, and the rotary blades 11 are repeatedly rotated in the forward and reverse directions, and is mainly used for stirring laundry. The other is an operation of integrally rotating the inner tub 8 and the rotary blades 11 in the same direction, and is mainly used for dewatering.
A tub cover 23 is provided on the top surface of the outer tub 10, and the tub cover 23 has a laundry inlet 23a, a hot air outlet 23b, and a water supply inlet 25a, which communicate the top surface and the bottom surface. Further, an inner lid 24 is provided in the tub cover 23 so as to cover the laundry inlet 23a, and is openable and closable by a hinge 24 a. The inner lid 24 is unlocked by lifting the handle 24b upward and is locked by pressing it downward.
A drying duct 10c is provided at the rear side of the outer tub 10. The drying duct 10c is connected to the drying unit 19 via a bellows 10 d. The drying unit 19 has a heater 19b as a heat source of the blower fan 19a and a temperature sensor 19 c. The drying unit 19 is connected to a hot air outlet 23b provided in the tub cover 23 via a corrugated tube 23 c. The air whose temperature has been raised by the heater 19b is circulated by the blower fan 19a to dry the clothes. Further, a water supply solenoid valve 25 connected to the water supply port 2c is provided in the case 1, and water can be supplied to the inner tub 8 and the drying duct 10 c. A drain port 10b for draining water is provided in the lower part of the outer tub 10, and a drain hose 24 is connected to the drain valve 15.
The fluid balancer 9 provided at the upper portion of the inner tub 8 is formed in a ring shape of synthetic resin or the like and has a plurality of flow paths inside. The liquid is sealed in the flow path, and when vibration occurs during dehydration, the vibration is reduced. Specifically, when laundry is vibrated by being deflected to one side (hereinafter, referred to as unbalance) during dehydration, the laundry vibrates in a direction 180 degrees out of phase with respect to the direction of unbalance at a rotation speed higher than the resonance rotation speed. At this time, the liquid in the fluid balancer 9 is biased in the direction of vibration. That is, the unbalance is offset by 180 degrees with respect to the unbalance, and the unbalance is cancelled, thereby reducing the vibration.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the tub cover 23 and the inner lid 24 as viewed from the back side (lower side). On the back surface side of the tub cover 23, convex portions 50a and 50b having a convex shape for suppressing pinching of the laundry are provided. The convex portion 50a is provided on the front side of the tub cover 23, and the convex portion 50b is provided on the rear side of the tub cover 23.
Fig. 4 is a view of the tub cover 23 and the inner cover 24 viewed from the front side (above), and fig. 5 is an AA' sectional view of fig. 4 of the washing and drying machine 100. Fig. 6 is an enlarged view of a region surrounded by X (a front side of the washing and drying machine) in fig. 5, and fig. 7 is an enlarged view of a region surrounded by Y (a rear side of the washing and drying machine) in fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 6, since the convex portion 50a having a convex shape is provided on the rear surface side of the tub cover 23 on the center side of the fluid balancer 9, it is possible to reduce damage of the laundry caused by the laundry being caught between the fluid balancer 9 and the tub cover 23. During the dehydration, the laundry can be drawn back into the inner tub 8 by the protrusion 50a contacting the inclined surface 9b of the fluid balancer 9 as shown by the arrow direction of fig. 6. Therefore, the convex portion 50a preferably has an inclined surface on the inner peripheral side.
Further, a gap S is provided between the fluid balancer 9 and the convex portion 50 a. This can suppress interference between the fluid balancer 9 and the convex portion 50a due to inclination of the outer tub 10 during dehydration or the like.
Further, the convex portion 50a extends downward from the upper bottom 9a of the fluid balancer 9, and thus, the clothes can be effectively prevented from being caught. However, in order to secure the capacity, the convex portion 50a is preferably located above the bottom of the fluid balancer 9. Further, by providing the convex portion 50a at a position slightly above the inclined surface 9b of the fluid balancer 9, the laundry can be efficiently brought into contact with the inclined surface 9b of the fluid balancer 9 and be retracted into the inner tub 8.
Fig. 7 illustrates the description. A convex portion 50b is provided on the rear surface side of the tub cover 23 on the rear side of the washing and drying machine. A major difference from fig. 6 is that a length L2 of the protrusion 50b in the circumferential direction with respect to the rotation axis of the inner barrel 8 is longer than that of the protrusion 50 a. That is, as shown in fig. 3, the rear side of the tub cover 23 has a larger area of the convex portion 50 than the front side. This is because the effect of suppressing the trapping of the clothes can be expected more by providing the convex portion 50 in the region of the tub cover 23 as much as possible, and the area of the rear side of the tub cover 23 is larger due to the arrangement relationship of the drying unit 19 and the like.
Other structures and the like are the same as those in fig. 6, and therefore, description thereof is omitted.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to provide a washing and drying machine in which the convex portion 50 having a convex shape is provided on the rear surface side of the tub cover 23 on the center side of the fluid balancer 9, and thereby it is possible to suppress the sandwiching of the laundry while suppressing the increase in cost.
