Abstract
The invention provides an industrial internet optimization system based on edge calculation, and belongs to the technical field of communication. The invention discloses an industrial internet optimization system based on edge calculation, which comprises: the edge access layer is used for acquiring industrial data monitored in real time and transmitting an industrial internet optimization request; the industrial interconnection edge platform layer is used for optimizing part of the collected industrial data according to part of the industrial interconnection network optimization requests and returning an optimization result to the edge access layer; and transmitting the unprocessed industrial internet optimization request and industrial data; and the core cloud is used for processing the unprocessed industrial data according to the unprocessed industrial internet optimization request and returning the unprocessed industrial data to the edge access layer through the industrial interconnection edge platform layer.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of communication, and particularly relates to an industrial internet optimization system based on edge computing.
Background
With the rapid development of the internet of things, the number of edge terminal devices is rapidly increasing, and the amount of data generated by the edge terminal devices reaches the level of Zeyte (ZB). Centralized data processing cannot effectively process massive data generated by edge terminal devices, and edge computing has been generally recognized as one of the main trends of next-generation digital transformation in the industry. Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) is to migrate part of Computing tasks of a traditional cloud Computing platform to an access domain, and deeply merge traditional services with internet services, so as to reduce end-to-end time delay of traditional service delivery, bring a brand new mode to operation of an operator, and establish a brand new industrial chain and an ecosphere. Under the circumstance, in the face of increasingly urgent development requirements of edge computing and intelligent industrial internet, the intelligent industrial internet optimization scheduling based on the edge computing has important significance for rapid and continuous development of the edge computing and the intelligent industrial internet.

The invention aims to solve at least one technical problem in the prior art and provides an industrial internet optimization system based on edge computing.

the industrial interconnection edge platform layer is used for optimizing part of the collected industrial data according to part of the industrial interconnection network optimization requests and returning an optimization result to the edge access layer; and transmitting the unprocessed industrial internet optimization request and industrial data;
and the core cloud is used for processing the unprocessed industrial data according to the unprocessed industrial internet optimization request and returning the unprocessed industrial data to the edge access layer through the industrial interconnection edge platform layer.
Preferably, the industrial internet optimization system based on edge calculation further includes: an operator edge network transmission layer and an edge gateway access layer; wherein,
and the operator edge network transmission layer is in communication connection with the edge access layer and is in communication connection with the industrial interconnection edge platform layer through the edge gateway access layer.
It is further preferred that the operator edge network transport layer comprises micro base stations.
Preferably, the industrial interconnect edge platform layer comprises: an edge interconnect server.
Preferably, the core cloud comprises: an optimization scheduler and an industrial management database; wherein,
the optimization scheduler is used for processing unprocessed industrial data according to unprocessed industrial internet optimization requests and returning the unprocessed industrial data to the edge access layer through the industrial internet edge platform layer;
and the industrial management database is used for storing industrial management data corresponding to the data processed by the optimization scheduler.
Preferably, the edge access stratum includes: industrial equipment and acquisition units;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring real-time industrial data of the industrial equipment and transmitting the acquired industrial data to the industrial interconnection edge platform layer.
Further preferably, the acquisition unit includes: at least one of a camera and a sensor.

in the industrial internet optimization system based on the edge computing, the industrial interconnection edge platform layer processes the industrial internet optimization request and part of the industrial data transmitted by the edge access layer, and transmits the rest part to the core cloud for processing, so that the time delay and the flow cost can be effectively reduced.

as shown in fig. 1, the embodiment provides an industrial internet optimization system based on edge computing, which includes an edge access layer, an industrial interconnection edge platform layer, and a core cloud; the edge access layer is used for acquiring industrial data monitored in real time and transmitting an industrial internet optimization request; the industrial interconnection edge platform layer is used for optimizing part of the collected industrial data according to part of the industrial interconnection network optimization request and returning an optimization result to the edge access layer; and transmitting the unprocessed industrial internet optimization request and the industrial data; and the core cloud is used for processing the unprocessed industrial data according to the unprocessed industrial internet optimization request and returning the unprocessed industrial data to the edge access layer through the industrial interconnection edge platform layer.
In the industrial internet optimization system based on edge computing in this embodiment, the industrial interconnection edge platform layer processes the industrial internet optimization request and the part of the industrial data transmitted by the edge access layer, and transmits the remaining part to the core cloud for processing, so that the time delay and the traffic cost can be effectively reduced.

as shown in fig. 2, the embodiment provides an industrial internet optimization system based on edge calculation, including: the system comprises an edge access layer, an operator edge network transmission layer, an edge gateway access layer, an industrial interconnection edge platform layer and a core cloud. The operator edge network transmission layer comprises a micro base station; the industrial interconnect edge platform layer includes: an edge interconnection server; the core cloud includes: an optimization scheduler and an industrial management database; the optimization scheduler is used for processing unprocessed industrial data according to unprocessed industrial internet optimization requests and returning the unprocessed industrial data to the edge access layer through the industrial internet edge platform layer; and the industrial management database is used for storing industrial management data corresponding to the data processed by the optimization scheduler.
Wherein, the marginal access stratum includes: industrial equipment and collection units; the acquisition unit is used for acquiring real-time industrial data of the industrial equipment and transmitting the acquired industrial data to the industrial interconnection edge platform layer; the acquisition unit can be at least one of a camera and a sensor, and the industrial equipment is used for monitoring industrial data of the industrial equipment in real time, acquired by the camera and the sensor, accessing the industrial data to an operator edge network transmission layer through the operator edge network transmission layer and transmitting an industrial internet optimization request.
The operator edge network transport layer may specifically include an operator micro base station, where the operator micro base station accesses an interconnection edge gateway of an edge gateway access layer and transmits an industrial internet optimization request.
The interconnection edge gateway is accessed to an interconnection edge server of an intelligent industrial interconnection edge platform layer, and acquires corresponding part of services such as intelligent manufacturing according to the transmitted industrial internet optimization request. Then, services such as intelligent manufacturing of a corresponding part of the intelligent industrial internet optimization request are provided for users through an operator edge network, an operator micro base station, industrial equipment, a sensor and a camera;
the interconnection edge server of the intelligent industrial interconnection edge platform layer is accessed to the industrial interconnection optimization analysis layer of the core cloud, and transmits the unprocessed internet optimization requests left in the original industrial internet optimization requests. At the moment, an optimization scheduler in the core cloud analyzes unprocessed internet optimization requests in the original intelligent industrial internet optimization requests, and extracts industrial management data required by the unprocessed internet optimization requests from an industrial management database; then returning to the interconnection edge server; and then, returning the unprocessed internet optimization requests and the needed industrial management data which are remained in the needed original intelligent industrial internet optimization requests after the optimization processing to the camera, the sensor and the industrial equipment user through the interconnection edge gateway, the operator edge network and the operator micro base station by the interconnection edge server of the industrial interconnection edge platform layer.
The industrial internet optimization system for edge computing provided by the embodiment adopts a layered structure, and IT physical resources constructed based on an IT general hardware platform include physical computing, storage and network resources. The intelligent industrial internet service providing functional architecture provides various intelligent industrial internet applications such as: intelligent industrial communication management, manufacturing equipment control management, manufacturing platform monitoring, industrial data management, manufacturing process management, fault and operation and maintenance management and the like. The industrial internet optimization system for the edge computing specifically comprises an edge access layer, an operator edge network transmission layer, an edge gateway access layer, an industrial interconnection edge platform layer and a core cloud. Wherein, the edge access layer comprises: the system comprises a sensor, a camera and intelligent manufacturing terminal equipment, wherein the sensor, the camera and the intelligent manufacturing terminal equipment can receive sensor data, machine operation data, factory management data and enterprise management data; the operator edge network transmission layer comprises an operator micro base station and can realize the transmission and access of the operator edge network; the intelligent industrial interconnection edge gateway access layer comprises an interconnection edge gateway and can realize the access and gateway control of an intelligent industrial interconnection edge platform layer; the intelligent industrial interconnection edge platform layer comprises an interconnection edge server and can provide intelligent industrial interconnection edge services; the industrial interconnection optimization analysis layer comprises: the optimization scheduler and the industrial management database are used for respectively realizing the optimization scheduling of the intelligent industrial internet optimization request and the industrial database data management; the intelligent industrial internet service providing layer comprises: the intelligent industrial communication management, the manufacturing equipment control management, the manufacturing platform monitoring, the industrial data management, the manufacturing process management, the fault and operation and maintenance management and the like are respectively used for realizing the communication optimization processing of intelligent industrial internet optimization requests based on edge calculation, the intelligent control management of the manufacturing equipment, the video monitoring of the manufacturing platform, the management of industrial data, the management of the manufacturing process and the management of the fault and operation and maintenance of the manufacturing equipment; the infrastructure layer comprises: the edge computing virtual resource management, the IT virtual resource and the IT physical resource respectively realize the physical and virtual resource management of computing, storage and network.

the industrial interconnection edge platform layer is used for optimizing part of the collected industrial data according to part of the industrial interconnection network optimization requests and returning an optimization result to the edge access layer; and transmitting the unprocessed industrial internet optimization request and the industrial data;
the core cloud is used for processing unprocessed industrial data according to the unprocessed industrial internet optimization request and returning the unprocessed industrial data to the edge access layer through the industrial interconnection edge platform layer;
the core cloud comprises: an optimization scheduler and an industrial management database; wherein,
the optimization scheduler is used for processing unprocessed industrial data according to unprocessed industrial internet optimization requests, extracting industrial management data required by the unprocessed internet optimization requests from the industrial management database, and returning the industrial management data to the edge access layer through the industrial interconnection edge platform layer;
and the industrial management database is used for storing the industrial management data corresponding to the data processed by the optimization scheduler.
2. The industrial internet optimization system based on edge computing of claim 1, further comprising: an operator edge network transmission layer and an edge gateway access layer; wherein,
and the operator edge network transmission layer is in communication connection with the edge access layer and is in communication connection with the industrial interconnection edge platform layer through the edge gateway access layer.
3. The industrial internet optimization system based on edge computing of claim 2, wherein the carrier edge network transport layer comprises micro base stations.
