The invention provides an anti-misoperation accelerator control device and a control method, wherein the accelerator control device comprises: the device comprises a throttle position sensor, a control unit and a brake unit, wherein the throttle position sensor is mounted on a vehicle throttle and used for measuring the opening position of the throttle; the control unit is connected with the throttle valve position sensor and used for receiving an opening position signal of a throttle valve and controlling the brake unit based on the signal; and the brake unit sends a brake signal under the control of the control unit. Wherein, when the automobile runs, special conditions suddenly appear at the current side, such as: people suddenly cross roads and front vehicles to suddenly brake, and the driver is nervous or has no response in mind, should brake emergently, and mistakenly steps on an accelerator, so that serious accidents of vehicle collision, vehicle rear-end collision and other vehicle damage and human death are often caused.
Although the technology developed around the automobile industry in the world has been developed, and people are continuously seeking technical devices and methods for realizing full automatic driving of automobiles, there is no automatic driving automobile with advanced technology and mature technology so far, and the existing vehicles still need to be driven manually, especially when the automobiles are in an emergency state and need to be braked emergently, the safety of driving can be ensured by completely depending on the on-site performance of drivers, so that the automobiles are completely necessary to be provided with an automatic control technology for preventing sudden braking and mistaken stepping.
The existing device for preventing the accelerator from being stepped on by mistake is usually started from an accelerator pedal, but the effect of adding a speed measuring device from the accelerator pedal is not ideal, the control of the accelerator is interfered, and the sensor is not installed at a proper position because the accelerator and a connecting rod thereof are movable parts, and is easy to damage the sensor.
In the prior art, it has been proposed to monitor the false stepping on the accelerator by the pressure difference across the oil delivery line. However, this approach is feedback after the amount of oil in the cylinder has increased, with significant hysteresis.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, in view of the above problems, the inventor of the present application proposes an anti-misoperation throttle control method, including:
measuring an open position of the throttle with a throttle position sensor;
receiving an open position signal of a throttle valve and controlling the brake unit based on the signal;
judging whether the accelerator is mistakenly stepped by an accelerator mistaken-stepping judging module based on the change rate of the opening position of the accelerator mistaken-stepping judging module, if so, sending a mistaken-stepping signal to a braking unit, drawing a throttle size change rate curve by the accelerator mistaken-stepping judging module, taking time as a horizontal axis, taking the percentage of a throttle opening to a total opening as a vertical axis and taking 0.01-0.2s as a period, calculating the coverage area increment of the change rate curve in the period, calculating the ratio of the increment to the sum of the coverage area of the previous period and a preset basic value, and judging that the accelerator is mistakenly stepped when the ratio reaches a threshold value,
the brake unit is used for receiving the mistaken stepping signal, and after the mistaken stepping signal is received, the fuel delivery valve is controlled to be closed to cut off fuel supply; and drives the brake control device to control the brake device to brake,

In addition, the control system of the invention sets different false stepping threshold values for different drivers according to the technical proficiency of different drivers, sets a lower false stepping judgment threshold value for a new driver, further better ensures the safety of the new driver, provides a higher false stepping judgment threshold value for a skilled driver with less false stepping conditions, and reduces the false judgment.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the throttle control apparatus in the present embodiment includes: a control unit 100, a throttle position sensor 110, a brake sensor 111, and a brake unit 120.
The control unit 100 comprises a throttle opening judging module 101, an oil transportation control module 102, an accelerator mistaken-stepping judging module 103, a learning module 104 and an alarm module 105.
The brake unit 120 includes an oil delivery valve 121, a brake driving module 122, and a brake recovery module 123.
The control unit 100 communicates with a throttle position sensor 110, which receives a throttle position signal therefrom. The throttle opening determination module 101 determines a size of the throttle opening based on the position signal transmitted from the throttle position sensor 110, where the size of the throttle opening may be expressed as a percentage of the current opening to the total opening size of the throttle or may be expressed as an opening cross-sectional area of the throttle. The air throttle is used to control the air to enter the engine and the air enters the air inlet pipe and is mixed with gasoline to form new combustible gas.
A throttle position sensor 110 is mounted on the vehicle throttle for measuring the position of the throttle. Typically, a typical vehicle includes a throttle position sensor, in which case the system of the present invention can utilize the throttle position sensor inherent to the vehicle without the need for an additional position sensor.
The throttle opening determination module 101 calculates a current opening size of the throttle valve based on the position of the throttle valve measured by the throttle position sensor 110.
The accelerator mis-stepping judgment module 103 collects information of the size of the throttle valve in real time, calculates a change rate curve of the size of the throttle valve, and when the change rate of the size of the throttle valve exceeds a preset threshold value, the accelerator mis-stepping judgment module 103 sends out a mis-stepping signal.
In another embodiment, instead of the oil delivery valve 121, a gas delivery valve is used, i.e. a valve is additionally added to the throttle line for controlling the air inflow. Once the transfer valve closes, the throttle fails.
In a preferred implementation, the accelerator step-by-step determining module 103 plots a throttle size change rate curve with time as the horizontal axis, throttle opening percentage as the total opening as the vertical axis, and with a period of 0.01-0.2s, calculates a coverage area increment of the change rate curve during the time, calculates a ratio of the coverage area increment to the previous period and a sum of a predetermined base value, and determines that the accelerator is stepped on by mistake when the ratio reaches a threshold value. The method adopts a wrong stepping judgment mode different from the conventional mode, and judges the threshold value based on increment/(basic quantity + covering quantity of the previous period). This way misjudgment can be reduced.
The oil delivery control module 102 sends a control signal to the oil delivery valve based on the signal sent by the accelerator misstep judgment module to control the oil delivery valve 121 to close.
The oil delivery valve 121 is installed in an oil delivery pipeline of an automobile and can control the on-off of the oil delivery pipeline. Upon receiving the close signal, the oil delivery valve 121 cuts off the oil delivery line. It should be noted that the delivery valve 121 is a separate valve independent of the throttle control link, and once the delivery valve is closed, the amount of oil delivered by the engine will not increase even if the throttle is stepped again.
The brake sensor 111 is connected to a brake pedal or a brake driver, and is used for measuring the speed and distance of the driver stepping on the brake in real time. The brake sensor 111 is also connected to the control unit 100, and transmits brake data measured by the brake sensor to the control unit 100 in real time.
The learning module 104 receives data collected by the brake sensor 111 and the throttle position sensor 110, and the learning module 104 stores data measured by the brake sensor 111 and the throttle position sensor 110. The learning module 104 is mainly used for analyzing and learning the driving habits of the driver and judging whether the driver frequently steps on the accelerator by mistake. For example, the learning module 104 records and determines the time interval between the accelerator increasing and the brake stepping of the driver within a period of time, if the driver frequently performs the brake stepping operation within less than 1 second or less than 0.5 second after the accelerator increasing, the learning module 104 determines that the driver is a dangerous person, and for such a person, the determination threshold of the accelerator mistaken-stepping determination module 103 is reduced to be equal to or greater than the average time interval between the accelerator increasing and the brake stepping of the driver.
Specifically, in an initial state, the accelerator control device of the invention gives the same accelerator misstep judgment threshold value to each vehicle, the accelerator misstep threshold value can be a threshold value of throttle opening increase rate, and the threshold value has certain difference according to different vehicle types and can be judged according to experience values in advance. However, in practice, the driving level and habit of the vehicle may be different for each driver, and therefore, the determination threshold needs to be constantly adjusted for different levels of drivers. Therefore, to address this issue, the learning module 104 of the present invention also has a special function that records the situation: the brake sensor 111 measures a brake signal for a predetermined time (e.g., 0.5s, 0.3s, 0.2s, or 1s) after the throttle opening is rapidly increased. This indicates that the driver steps on the brake again immediately after stepping on the accelerator, and further indicates that the driver steps on the accelerator by mistake before. Namely, the learning module determines that the driver steps on the accelerator at a speed higher than a preset speed and then steps on the brake as mistaken stepping on the accelerator.
The brake unit 120 is connected to a fuel control valve of the vehicle, and the brake unit 120 controls the fuel delivery valve to be closed to cut off the fuel supply after receiving the false step signal. Preferably, the braking unit 120 is further connected to a braking control device of the vehicle, and the braking driving module 122 of the braking unit 120 drives the braking control device after receiving the mistaken stepping signal, so as to control the braking device to brake. Preferably, the brake recovery module 123 is a brake slow release module. After the brake unit brakes, the brake slow release module can slowly release the brake at a preset speed. The slow release module has the advantages that the brake unit usually brakes after the driver steps on the accelerator by mistake, so that the brake is urgent and the driver cannot react, if the brake unit does not release the brake after the brake, the subsequent vehicle can be influenced or even the rear-end collision can be caused, and if the brake is released immediately, the driver cannot react, so that the slow release module can ensure the driving safety and can give the response time to the driver.
The throttle control device further includes a differential pressure sensor including a first pressure sensor and a second pressure sensor, the first pressure sensor being installed on an upstream side of the fuel control valve, the second pressure sensor being installed on a downstream side of the fuel control valve.
The throttle control apparatus also includes a throttle travel acquisition module that receives a position signal of the throttle valve from the throttle position sensor and determines a maximum opening position value of the throttle valve based on the position signal.
The simulation experiment proves that the accelerator control equipment can effectively prevent the vehicle from being accelerated by mistake due to the fact that the accelerator is stepped by mistake.
In another preferred implementation, the throttle control device further comprises a back pressure sensor mounted on a backrest of the driver's seat for measuring the pressure of the driver's back against the seat. In the preferred implementation, the back pressure and the accelerator pedaling judgment are combined, and when the back pressure exceeds the threshold and the accelerator pedaling curve also meets the requirements of the above embodiment, a mistaken pedaling instruction is sent, so that the judgment is more accurate. This is because, in fact, when the driver wants to brake urgently, he often is tense, and the driver presses against the backrest with a large force instantly, and simultaneously treads the brake hard, combining the two judgments, the judgment is more effective.
