Detailed Description
The oil stain detergent in the following examples is produced by Zhejiang Hansha washing products, Inc., with the batch number of 20130401; the collar cleaner is produced by Zhejiang Hansha washing products, Inc., and has the batch number of 20130126; a water-wash strong lotion was produced by Chemische Fabrik Kreussler & Co GmbH, batch number HS 34029090.
Example 1: a washing and brushing-free process for clothes comprises the following steps:
(1) classifying the clothes: checking whether sundries are left in the clothes or not, and classifying according to the color and the dirt degree of the clothes;
(2) preparing a pretreatment solution: mixing 100 ml of each of the oil stain detergent, the collar detergent and the water washing strong lotion, adding 3700 ml of deionized water, controlling the stirring speed to be 200 r/min, and stirring for 30min to uniformly mix the three substances, wherein the concentrations of the collar detergent, the water washing strong lotion and the oil stain detergent are all 25 ml/L;
(3) pretreatment: carefully checking the position of oil stains on the clothes, smearing the oil stains on the oil stains, and standing for 3 seconds;
(4) and (3) treatment: spraying pretreatment liquid on the parts of the clothes with clean oil stains, standing for 3 seconds, and lightly brushing the parts of the white and light-colored clothes with severe dirt for a plurality of times;
(5) assembling: putting the reverse sides of the clothes in a washing machine, and avoiding entanglement of a large number of clothes, wherein 15 pieces of 16KG capacity washing machine down jackets are not exceeded, and 20 pieces of 23KG capacity washing machine down jackets are not exceeded;
(6) pre-washing: taking a 16KG capacity water washing machine as an example, controlling the water level of the water washing machine to be a high water level, controlling the temperature to be 20 ℃, and pre-washing for 2 minutes;
(7) main washing: after pre-washing is finished, taking a 16KG capacity washing machine as an example, adding 30 ml of washing strong detergent and 40 g of oxygen bleaching powder, increasing and decreasing the consumption of other capacity washing machines in proportion, controlling the water level of the washing machine to be low, controlling the temperature of the washing machine to be 20 ℃, washing for 15 minutes, draining and removing water for 3 minutes after washing is finished, adding 30 ml of washing strong detergent when the color of clothes is light, and adding 30 ml of oil stain detergent when the oil stain of clothes is too heavy;
(8) rinsing: controlling the water level of the washing machine to be a middle water level, controlling the temperature of the washing machine to be 20 ℃, rinsing twice for 3 minutes each time, draining water and lightly dewatering for 1 minute;
(9) neutralizing: controlling the water level of the washing machine to be a middle water level, adding 150g of acid agent and 100g of softener into the rinsed clothes, controlling the temperature of the washing machine to be 30 ℃, and carrying out high-threshing for 3 minutes after rinsing for 5 minutes.
In the embodiment, the collar cleaner is composed of the following substances in parts by weight: 9 parts of polyethylene glycol laurate, 8 parts of coconut diethanol amine, 1 part of sodium carbonate, 1 part of sodium benzoate, 90.7 parts of deionized water, 3.5 parts of 1, 2-propylene glycol, 0.1 part of essence, 0.3 part of citric acid, 0.3 part of protease and 0.7 part of viscosity regulator.
In the embodiment, the oil stain detergent is prepared from 4 parts of a compound solution of hexadecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate and dodecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl ammonium chloride, 0.8 part of citric acid, 3.5 parts of coconut diethanol amine oleate, 5 parts of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 0.5 part of EDTA-4Na, 0.1 part of essence, 84.6 parts of deionized water and 1.5 parts of sodium metasilicate, wherein the compound solution of hexadecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate and dodecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl ammonium chloride is prepared by the following method: reacting hexadecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate with the mass fraction of more than or equal to 98 percent and dodecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl ammonium chloride with the mass fraction of more than or equal to 98.5 percent according to the molar ratio of 3:7, extracting and separating organic impurities for three times by using petroleum ether, and easily filtering by using absolute ethyl alcohol to remove inorganic salt impurities.

(4) and (3) treatment: spraying pretreatment liquid on the parts of the clothes with clean oil stains, standing for 4 seconds, and lightly brushing the parts of the white and light-colored clothes with a brush for several times;

(8) rinsing: controlling the water level of the washing machine to be a middle water level, controlling the temperature of the washing machine to be 25 ℃, rinsing twice for 3 minutes each time, draining water and lightly dewatering for 1 minute;
(9) neutralizing: controlling the water level of the washing machine to be a middle water level, adding 150g of acid agent and 100g of softener into the rinsed clothes, controlling the temperature of the washing machine to be 40 ℃, and carrying out high-threshing for 3 minutes after rinsing for 5 minutes.

(9) neutralizing: controlling the water level of the washing machine to be a middle water level, adding 150g of acid agent and 100g of softener into the rinsed clothes, controlling the temperature of the washing machine to be 50 ℃, and carrying out high-threshing for 3 minutes after rinsing for 5 minutes.

(2) and (3) checking and brushing: checking oil stains on clothes, preparing mixed liquor with the concentration of 25ml/L by using washing powder, wetting the oil stains by using the mixed liquor, and brushing the oil stains by using a brush;
(3) assembling: putting the reverse sides of the clothes in a washing machine, and avoiding entanglement of a large number of clothes, wherein 15 pieces of 16KG capacity washing machine down jackets are not exceeded, and 20 pieces of 23KG capacity washing machine down jackets are not exceeded;
(4) pre-washing: taking a 16KG capacity water washing machine as an example, controlling the water level of the water washing machine to be a high water level, controlling the temperature to be 40 ℃, and pre-washing for 2.5 minutes;

(7) neutralizing: controlling the water level of the washing machine to be a middle water level, adding 150g of acid agent and 100g of softener into the rinsed clothes, controlling the temperature of the washing machine to be 40 ℃, and carrying out high-threshing for 3 minutes after rinsing for 5 minutes.

2. 3. 4. Calculating the decontamination value and decontamination ratio: the decontamination value R is (Sigma F2-Sigma F1)/2, the decontamination ratio is R test/R standard, F2 is whiteness after washing, F1 is whiteness before washing, R test is decontamination value of a sample laundry detergent, and R standard is decontamination value of a standard laundry detergent.
The stain removal ratio and the backset rate of JB-01 (carbon black stained cloth) washed by the washing methods of examples 1-3 and comparative example 1 are shown in Table 1:

As can be seen from table 1, when the JB-01 (carbon black soiled cloth) is washed by the washing methods in examples 1 to 3, the soil removal ratios of the five samples of the soiled cloth of the JB-01 (carbon black soiled cloth) are all higher than the soil removal limit value of the skilled person to the JB-01 (carbon black soiled cloth), and the backwashing rate is zero, while when the washing method in comparative example 1 is used for washing, the backwashing phenomenon exists, and the backwashing rate is 40%, so that when the clothes are washed by the washing methods in examples 1 to 3, the clothes can be cleaned without being scrubbed, the backwashing rate is reduced, and the labor intensity of a washing post is reduced.
The stain removal ratio and the backset rate of JB-02 (protein soiled cloth) laundered by the washing methods of examples 1-3 and comparative example 1 are shown in Table 2:

As can be seen from Table 2, when JB-02 (protein dirty cloth) is washed by the washing method in examples 1-3, the stain removal ratios of the five sample dirty cloths of JB-02 (protein dirty cloth) are all higher than the stain removal limit value of the JB-02 (protein dirty cloth) by the technicians in the field, and the backwashing rate is zero, while the clothes are washed by the washing method in comparative example 1, the backwashing phenomenon exists, and the backwashing rate is 20%, so that when the clothes are washed by the washing method in examples 1-3, the clothes can be cleaned without washing, the backwashing rate is reduced, and the labor intensity of a water washing post is reduced.

As can be seen from Table 3, when JB-03 (grease-polluted cloth) is washed by the washing method in examples 1-3, the stain removal ratios of the five sample stains in JB-03 (grease-polluted cloth) are all higher than the stain removal limit value of the skilled person on JB-03 (grease-polluted cloth), and the backwashing rate is zero, while the clothes are washed by the washing method in comparative example 1, the backwashing phenomenon exists, and the backwashing rate is 40%, so that when the clothes are washed by the washing method in examples 1-3, the clothes can be cleaned without washing, the backwashing rate is reduced, and the labor intensity of a water washing post is reduced.

Claims (7)

1. A washing and scrubbing-free process for clothes is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) classifying the clothes: checking whether sundries are left in the clothes or not, and classifying according to the color and the dirt degree of the clothes;
(2) preparing a pretreatment solution: mixing 100 ml of each of the oil stain detergent, the collar detergent and the water washing strong lotion, adding 3700 ml of deionized water, and uniformly stirring and mixing, wherein the concentration of the collar detergent and the concentration of the water washing strong lotion are both 25ml/L, and the concentration of the oil stain detergent is 25-40 ml/L;
(3) pretreatment: carefully checking the position of oil stain on the clothes, smearing oil stain on the oil stain part, and standing for 3-5 seconds;
(4) and (3) treatment: spraying pretreatment liquid on the part of the clothes coated with the oil stain, and standing for 3-5 seconds;
(5) assembling: the reverse sides of the clothes are placed in the washing machine, and a large amount of clothes are prevented from being entangled;
(6) pre-washing: taking a 16KG capacity water washing machine as an example, controlling the water level of the water washing machine to be a high water level, controlling the temperature to be 20-40 ℃, and pre-washing for 2-3 minutes;
(7) main washing: after pre-washing is finished, taking a 16KG capacity washing machine as an example, adding 30-50 ml of washing strong detergent, increasing and decreasing the consumption of other capacity washing machines in proportion, controlling the water level of the washing machine to be low, controlling the temperature of the washing machine to be 20-50 ℃, adding 40-60 g of oxygen bleaching powder when the water temperature reaches a preset temperature, washing for 15-30 minutes, draining water after washing is finished, and removing the water for 3 minutes;
(8) rinsing: controlling the water level of the washing machine to be a middle water level, controlling the temperature of the washing machine to be 20-30 ℃, rinsing twice for 3 minutes each time, draining water and lightly dewatering for 1 minute;
(9) neutralizing: controlling the water level of the washing machine to be a middle water level, adding 150g of acid agent and 100g of softener into the rinsed clothes, controlling the temperature of the washing machine to be 30-50 ℃, rinsing for 5 minutes, and then carrying out high-speed dewatering for 3 minutes;
(10) the collar cleaner used in the step (2) consists of the following substances in parts by weight: 9-15 parts of polyethylene glycol laurate, 8-14 parts of coconut diethanol amine, 1-3 parts of sodium carbonate, 1-3 parts of sodium benzoate, 50.6-90.7 parts of deionized water, 3.5-8 parts of 1, 2-propylene glycol, 0.1-0.2 part of essence, 0.3-2.5 parts of citric acid, 0.3-0.7 part of protease and 0.7-3 parts of viscosity regulator; the oil stain detergent comprises the following substances in parts by weight: 4-8 parts of a compound solution of hexadecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate and dodecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl ammonium chloride, 0.8-1.5 parts of citric acid, 3.5-4.5 parts of coconut diethanol amine oleate, 5-7 parts of butyl diglycol ether, 0.5-1.0 part of EDTA-4 Na0.1-0.5 part of essence, 72-84.6 parts of deionized water and 1.5-2.5 parts of sodium metasilicate; the water washing strong lotion is composed of the following substances in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 1-5 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 1-5 parts of fatty acid soap, 10-25 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 3-12 parts of sodium carbonate, 0.1-0.8 part of polyanionic cellulose, 50-55 parts of sodium metasilicate and 1-3 parts of dimethyl polysiloxane.

The process of claim 1, wherein the process comprises: the compound solution of the hexadecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate and the dodecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl ammonium chloride is prepared by the following method: reacting hexadecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate with the mass fraction of more than or equal to 98 percent and dodecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl ammonium chloride with the mass fraction of more than or equal to 98.5 percent according to the molar ratio of 3:7, extracting and separating organic impurities for three times by using petroleum ether, and filtering by using an absolute ethyl alcohol solution to remove inorganic salt impurities.
3. The process of claim 1, wherein the process comprises: the stirring speed of the strong lotion for collar cleaning, oil stain cleaning and water washing in the step (2) is 200-300 r/min.
4. The process of claim 1, wherein the process comprises: the stirring time in the step (2) is 20-30 minutes.
5. The process of claim 1, wherein the process comprises: in the step (4), the heavily dirty part of white and light-colored clothes can be brushed with a brush for a plurality of times.
6. The process of claim 1, wherein the process comprises: in the step (5), when the machine is installed, no more than 15 pieces of 16KG capacity washing machine down jackets exist, and no more than 20 pieces of 23KG capacity washing machine down jackets exist.
7. The process of claim 1, wherein the process comprises: 30-50 ml of water washing strong lotion can be added when the color of the clothes is lighter in the main washing in the step (7), and 30-50 ml of oil stain can be added when the oil stain of the clothes is too heavy.
