Abstract
本发明提出了一种抗菌防辐射纺织面料,所述面料包括以下重量份数的原料组成:竹银纤维15份;植物纤维45份;动物纤维60份;抗菌剂0.6份。本发明的提出的纺织面料可用于婴儿面料,具有柔软、透气面料基本效果,同时,具有优异的抗菌、杀菌性能,除了能抵抗日常普通细菌,还能有效杀灭志贺菌,沙门氏菌,炭疽杆菌,鼻疽杆菌等致病菌的侵袭,而且,具有一定的抗辐射性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌防辐射纺织面料。
背景技术
婴儿用纺织品是专门为新生婴儿开发,适合其特殊生理特点的纺织品。随着科学技术的进步和人们对自身健康保护意识的增强,婴儿用纺织品已经从最初要求的100%纯棉,开始向功能性能、细分化、系列化、生产工艺过程绿色化发展。
抗菌纺织品主要通过两种途径获得,一种是对纤维原料进行改性处理使纤维原料具有抗菌性能,另一种是对纺织品进行抗菌后整理加工。第一种方式的主要是将抗菌剂混入纺丝原液中制备成抗菌纤维,或者将抗菌纤维与其他纤维混纺,再织造形成具有抗菌功能的面料 ;第二种方式的主要是通过喷雾、浸渍、浸轧、涂层等得到具有抗菌功能的面料。
新生婴儿皮肤特别细嫩,对外界环境敏感,身体自我调节能力差,容易受到外界病毒侵害等,因此婴儿用的抗菌纺织品需要在增强婴儿用纺织品抗菌功能的同时,筛选绿色无害的纺织助剂,保证无有害物质残留,保证婴儿用的抗菌纺织品既舒适有保健,满足新生婴儿特殊生理的要求。
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种面料柔软,具有优异的抗菌效果,同时具有一定的防辐射功能的抗菌防辐射纺织面料。
本发明是通过以下技术来实现的:
一种抗菌防辐射纺织面料,所述面料包括以下重量份数的原料组成:
竹银纤维 10~30份;
植物纤维 40~80份;
动物纤维 40~80份;
抗菌剂 0.2~1.5份。
优选地,所述植物纤维为新疆棉纤维、大豆纤维、芦荟纤维、黄麻纤维中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述动物纤维为羊毛,蚕丝,骆驼毛,羊驼毛,鹅绒中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述抗菌剂为海藻酸钠和植物抗菌剂。
优选地,所述海藻酸钠与植物抗菌剂的质量比为1:1~3。
一种抗菌防辐射纺织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤 :
(1)将竹银纤维和植物纤维交织作为纬线,动物纤维作为经线,采用双层平纹组织作为组织结构,织造形成纤维层;
(2)在水中加入植物抗菌提取液,搅拌均匀,再加入海藻酸钠,待海藻酸钠溶解,形成透明均匀的抗菌粘稠液;
(3)将步骤 (1)制备的纤维层经拉幅整理后,在纤维层的表面涂覆步骤(2)制备的粘稠液,烘干,水洗,干燥得到所需纺织面料。
优选地,所述竹银纤维与植物纤维的质量比为1:2~5。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的提出的纺织面料可用于婴儿面料,具有柔软、透气面料基本效果,同时,具有优异的抗菌、杀菌性能,除了能抵抗日常普通细菌,还能有效杀灭志贺菌,沙门氏菌,炭疽杆菌,鼻疽杆菌等致病菌的侵袭,而且,具有一定的抗辐射性能。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步地说明。
实施例1
一种抗菌防辐射纺织面料,所述面料包括以下重量份数的原料组成:
竹银纤维 10份;
植物纤维 40份;
动物纤维 50份;
抗菌剂 0.2份。
在本实施例中,植物纤维为大豆纤维,动物纤维为羊毛,抗菌剂为海藻酸钠和植物抗菌剂,海藻酸钠与植物抗菌剂的质量比为1:1
一种抗菌防辐射纺织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤 :
(1)将竹银纤维和植物纤维交织作为纬线,动物纤维作为经线,采用双层平纹组织作为组织结构,织造形成纤维层;
(2)在水中加入植物抗菌提取液,搅拌均匀,再加入海藻酸钠,待海藻酸钠溶解,形成透明均匀的抗菌粘稠液;
(3)将步骤 (1)制备的纤维层经拉幅整理后,在纤维层的表面涂覆步骤(2)制备的粘稠液,烘干,水洗,干燥得到所需纺织面料。
实施例2

(1)将竹银纤维和植物纤维交织作为纬线,动物纤维作为经线,采用双层平纹组织作为组织结构,织造形成纤维层;
(2)在水中加入植物抗菌提取液,搅拌均匀,再加入海藻酸钠,待海藻酸钠溶解,形成透明均匀的抗菌粘稠液;
(3)将步骤 (1)制备的纤维层经拉幅整理后,在纤维层的表面涂覆步骤(2)制备的粘稠液,烘干,水洗,干燥得到所需纺织面料。
实施例3
一种抗菌防辐射纺织面料,所述面料包括以下重量份数的原料组成:
竹银纤维 25份;
植物纤维 45份;
动物纤维 70份;
抗菌剂 1份。
在本实施例中,植物纤维为芦荟纤维,动物纤维为骆驼毛,抗菌剂为海藻酸钠和植物抗菌剂,所述海藻酸钠与植物抗菌剂的质量比为1:2。
一种抗菌防辐射纺织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤 :
(1)将竹银纤维和植物纤维交织作为纬线,动物纤维作为经线,采用双层平纹组织作为组织结构,织造形成纤维层;
(2)在水中加入植物抗菌提取液,搅拌均匀,再加入海藻酸钠,待海藻酸钠溶解,形成透明均匀的抗菌粘稠液;

竹银纤维 10~30份;
植物纤维 40~80份;
动物纤维 40~80份;
抗菌剂 0.2~1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种抗菌防辐射纺织面料,其特征在于:所述植物纤维为新疆棉纤维、大豆纤维、芦荟纤维、黄麻纤维中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种抗菌防辐射纺织面料,其特征在于:所述动物纤维为羊毛,蚕丝,骆驼毛,羊驼毛,鹅绒中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种抗菌防辐射纺织面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂为海藻酸钠和植物抗菌剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种抗菌防辐射纺织面料,其特征在于:所述海藻酸钠与植物抗菌剂的质量比为1:1~3。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种抗菌防辐射纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤 :
(1)将竹银纤维和植物纤维交织作为纬线,动物纤维作为经线,采用双层平纹组织作为组织结构,织造形成纤维层;
(2)在水中加入植物抗菌提取液,搅拌均匀,再加入海藻酸钠,待海藻酸钠溶解,形成透明均匀的抗菌粘稠液;
(3)将步骤 (1)制备的纤维层经拉幅整理后,在纤维层的表面涂覆步骤(2)制备的粘稠液,烘干,水洗,干燥得到所需纺织面料。
7.权利要求1所述一种抗菌防辐射纺织面料,其特征在于:所述竹银纤维与植物纤维的质量比为1:2~5。
