Abstract

一种胸外科用持续抗感染的可吸收免打结手术缝合线,由位于内部的PPDO(聚对二氧环己酮)纤维芯、位于中间层的复合载药层和位于最外层的胶原层组成,所述复合载药层上均匀分布有多个锥形凸台,锥形凸台与复合载药层一体成型,锥形凸台由斜面和台面组成,复合载药层由魔芋葡甘聚糖、季铵盐壳聚糖、透明质酸、京尼平制成。本发明制备的手术缝合线在手术缝合过程中不需要打结,能够顺利地穿过肌肉,并且不容易脱滑,生物相容性好,具有缓释抗菌作用,在体内降解后,产物经代谢排除体外,对人体无危害性及毒副作用。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗用品技术领域,具体涉及一种胸外科用持续抗感染的可吸收免打结手术缝合线。
背景技术
胸外科是一门医学专科,专门研究胸腔内器官,主要指食道、肺部、纵隔病变的诊断及治疗,乳腺外科领域也被归入这个专科,其中又以肺外科和食道外科为主。胸外科疾病通常需要进行手术治疗。
手术缝合线是一种用于伤口缝合、组织结扎和固定的无菌线,是胸外科手术中的重要材料之一。非生物降解缝合线不能被机体吸收,有不同程度的组织反应,缝合表皮尤其是局部皮肤会留下疤痕;且缝合线一般都是整条的线,手术前需要浪费大量时间来穿针引线,当需要做连续缝合时,第一针往往要缝合后打好几个结以防止手术缝合线出现脱滑现象。但是由于创口部位的空间有限,这样操作的方式不仅会额外增加一些繁杂的步骤,相应的也会延长手术时间以及麻醉时间,致使患者危险系数增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种胸外科用持续抗感染的可吸收免打结手术缝合线。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种胸外科用持续抗感染的可吸收免打结手术缝合线,由位于内部的PPDO(聚对二氧环己酮)纤维芯、位于中间层的复合载药层和位于最外层的胶原层组成,所述复合载药层上均匀分布有多个锥形凸台,锥形凸台与复合载药层一体成型,锥形凸台由斜面和台面组成。
具体地,所述锥形凸台的斜面朝向缝合线的穿针方向,台面朝向与缝合线穿针方向相反的方向。
具体地,所述台面与复合载药层的表面垂直,或者,台面与复合载药层的表面之间的夹角为大于30°的锐角。
具体地,所述复合载药层由魔芋葡甘聚糖、季铵盐壳聚糖、透明质酸、京尼平制成,所述复合载药层还可以包括抗菌、抗感染药物。
上述胸外科用持续抗感染的可吸收免打结手术缝合线,其制备方法如下:
1)将PDDO于81-85℃加入DMF溶剂中搅拌2h,然后于81-85℃超声处理6h,静置脱泡得纺丝液,经直径为0.2-1mm的喷丝头喷入3-5wt%的氢氧化钠溶液中使其凝固,边凝固边经2-4倍拉伸,洗涤,干燥,得PDDO纤维芯;
2)将魔芋葡甘聚糖、季铵盐壳聚糖、透明质酸加入去离子水中,搅拌溶解得均一的混合液,真空脱除气泡;将PDDO纤维芯置于模具凹槽中,模具设有与缝合线锥形凸台相适应的凹槽,将脱泡后的混合液倒入模具中,用浓度为0.5wt%的京尼平交联,交联完成后用去离子水洗涤,干燥得包覆有复合载药层的PDDO纤维芯;
3)取胶原配制成饱和胶原溶液,将包覆有复合载药层的PDDO纤维芯于饱和胶原溶液中浸泡5-10min,用浓度为0.5wt%的京尼平交联,交联完成后用去离子水洗涤,干燥,灭菌处理,即得缝合线。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的手术缝合线由PPDO纤维芯、复合载药层、胶原层组成,PPDO生物相容性良好,抗张强度大,以其作为手术缝合线的纤维芯,能保证缝合线的机械强度,复合载药层中的魔芋葡甘聚糖、季铵盐壳聚糖生物相容性强、缓释性良好、抗菌性强,并且能赋予缝合线良好的柔韧性,本发明制备的手术缝合线在手术缝合过程中不需要打结,能够顺利地穿过肌肉,并且不容易脱滑,生物相容性好,具有缓释抗菌作用,在体内降解后,产物经代谢排除体外,对人体无危害性及毒副作用。

实施例1
如图1、图2所示,一种胸外科用持续抗感染的可吸收免打结手术缝合线,由位于内部的PPDO纤维芯1、位于中间层的复合载药层2和位于最外层的胶原层4组成,所述复合载药层2上均匀分布有多个锥形凸台3,锥形凸台3与复合载药层2一体成型,锥形凸台3由斜面5和台面6组成,锥形凸台3的斜面5朝向缝合线7的穿针方向,台面6朝向与缝合线7穿针方向相反的方向,台面7与复合载药层2的表面垂直。
复合载药层2由魔芋葡甘聚糖、季铵盐壳聚糖、透明质酸、京尼平制成,所述复合载药层2还可以包括抗菌、抗感染药物。
上述胸外科用持续抗感染的可吸收免打结手术缝合线,其制备方法如下:
1)将PDDO于81-85℃加入DMF溶剂中搅拌2h,然后于81-85℃超声处理6h,静置脱泡得纺丝液,经直径为0.2-1mm的喷丝头喷入3-5wt%的氢氧化钠溶液中使其凝固,边凝固边经2-4倍拉伸,洗涤,干燥,得PDDO纤维芯。
2)将魔芋葡甘聚糖、季铵盐壳聚糖、透明质酸加入去离子水中,搅拌溶解得均一的混合液,真空脱除气泡;将PDDO纤维芯置于模具凹槽中,模具设有与缝合线锥形凸台相适应的凹槽,将脱泡后的混合液倒入模具中,用浓度为0.5wt%的京尼平交联,交联完成后用去离子水洗涤,干燥得包覆有复合载药层的PDDO纤维芯。
3)取胶原配制成饱和胶原溶液,将包覆有复合载药层的PDDO纤维芯于饱和胶原溶液中浸泡5-10min,用浓度为0.5wt%的京尼平交联,交联完成后用去离子水洗涤,干燥,灭菌处理,即得缝合线。
实施例2
如图3、图4所示,一种胸外科用持续抗感染的可吸收免打结手术缝合线,由位于内部的PPDO纤维芯1、位于中间层的复合载药层2和位于最外层的胶原层4组成,所述复合载药层2上均匀分布有多个锥形凸台3,锥形凸台3与复合载药层2一体成型,锥形凸台3由斜面5和台面6组成,锥形凸台3的斜面5朝向缝合线7的穿针方向,台面6朝向与缝合线7穿针方向相反的方向,台面7与复合载药层2的表面之间的夹角为大于30°的锐角。
复合载药层2由魔芋葡甘聚糖、季铵盐壳聚糖、透明质酸、京尼平制成,所述复合载药层2还可以包括抗菌、抗感染药物。

1.一种胸外科用持续抗感染的可吸收免打结手术缝合线,其特征在于,由位于内部的PPDO纤维芯、位于中间层的复合载药层和位于最外层的胶原层组成,所述复合载药层上均匀分布有多个锥形凸台,锥形凸台与复合载药层一体成型,锥形凸台由斜面和台面组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的胸外科用持续抗感染的可吸收免打结手术缝合线,其特征在于,所述锥形凸台的斜面朝向缝合线的穿针方向,台面朝向与缝合线穿针方向相反的方向。
3.如权利要求2所述的胸外科用持续抗感染的可吸收免打结手术缝合线,其特征在于,所述台面与复合载药层的表面垂直。
4.如权利要求2所述的胸外科用持续抗感染的可吸收免打结手术缝合线,其特征在于,所述台面与复合载药层的表面之间的夹角为大于30°的锐角。
5.如权利要求1所述的胸外科用持续抗感染的可吸收免打结手术缝合线,其特征在于,所述复合载药层由魔芋葡甘聚糖、季铵盐壳聚糖、透明质酸、京尼平制成。
6.如权利要求5所述的胸外科用持续抗感染的可吸收免打结手术缝合线,其特征在于,所述复合载药层还包括抗菌、抗感染药物。
7.如权利要求1-6任一所述的胸外科用持续抗感染的可吸收免打结手术缝合线,其特征在于,其制备方法如下:
