Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the present embodiments of the invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, but which can be embodied in many different forms and varied in the manner defined and covered by the claims.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an automated hand washing apparatus in one embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 100, and a wash module 300 disposed within the housing 100. Two hand washing inlets 110 are formed in the housing 100 for inserting a palm into the housing 100. Wherein, each hand washing inlet 110 is further provided with an automatic adjusting device, and the automatic adjusting device comprises a disc 200, a driving part for driving the disc 200 to rotate, and a plurality of pressure sensors. The driving part is a motor. As shown in fig. 4, the circular arc groove 210 concentric with the disc 200 is formed on the disc 200, and the aperture of the circular arc groove 210 is gradually reduced. The circular arc groove 210 is arranged opposite to the hand washing inlet 110, and the palm extends into the hand washing inlet 110 through the circular arc groove 210. The pressure sensor is disposed on an inner wall of the circular arc groove 210. The pressure sensor may be a circular ring pressure sensor or a plurality of point pressure sensors. After the palm is inserted, the pressure sensor is used for detecting the pressure value of the hand extending into the arc-shaped groove 210. The pressure sensor is connected with a control system of the automatic hand washing device, the control system controls the driving part to drive the disc 200 to rotate according to the value detected by the pressure sensor, the size of the hand washing inlet 110 is changed through the shielding of the disc 200 due to the aperture change of the arc-shaped groove 210, whether the rotating position is proper or not is sensed in real time, when the value of the pressure sensor reaches a certain value, the disc 200 stops rotating, the hand washing inlet 110 is the minimum opening suitable for a wrist, and the function of automatically adjusting the hand washing inlet 110 according to the size of the wrist is achieved. It will be appreciated that circular arc-shaped slot 210 matches hand wash inlet 110 at its largest aperture.
According to the automatic hand washing device, the automatic adjusting device is arranged at the hand washing inlet 110, the structure is simple, the pressure sensor senses the placement of a hand, the rotation of the disc 200 is controlled according to the detected pressure value, the hand washing inlet 110 can be automatically adjusted according to the size of the wrist, water in the hand washing device is prevented from splashing to wet clothes, and the user experience is improved.
In order to enable the user to really feel the change of dirt on the surface of the hand before and after washing the hand, the automatic hand washing device is further provided with a high-definition resolution module 400, and the high-definition resolution module 400 is installed at one side of the top of the housing 100. The high-definition resolution module 400 comprises a display device 410 and an image acquisition device 420, wherein the image acquisition device 420 is used for acquiring images of hands before and after washing hands, and the display device 410 is used for displaying contrast images of the hands before and after washing hands. Before washing hands, hands are firstly placed on the image acquisition device 420 for image acquisition, after the washing hands are washed, the hands are placed in the image acquisition device 420 again for image acquisition, the acquired two images are displayed on the display device 410 through amplification, and a user can visually observe the change of dirt on the surfaces of the hands before and after washing the hands, so that the interestingness is increased, and the educational significance is good. The high definition resolution module 400 may be designed as a stand-alone system that can be turned on as needed, or may be disposed inside the housing 100 to automatically capture images before and after hand washing.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the cleaning module 300 includes a cleaning chamber 310, a nozzle 320, and a pressurizing pump. The cleaning chambers 310 are provided with two sets of nozzles 320, each cleaning chamber is used for cleaning one hand, and the two sets of nozzles 320 are respectively arranged in one cleaning chamber 310 and used for spraying water to clean the hands. Each cleaning chamber 310 may be independently controlled. The cleaning cavity 310 is internally provided with large chamfers or is spherical, so that hands are prevented from being collided and scratched. In order to ensure the air pressure inside the cleaning chamber 310 to be balanced, the cleaning chamber 310 is further connected with an air outlet module 600. When the module 500 weathers, the air outlet module 600 is opened, so that the air inside the cleaning cavity 310 flows out, meanwhile, the air circulation is increased, and the efficiency of the weathering is improved. Specifically, the air outlet module 600 includes a movable shutter 610 and a shutter driving part 620 for driving the movable shutter 610 to move. The shutter driving part 620 is preferably a motor. The housing 100 is provided with an air outlet 120, and a movable shutter 610 is provided at the air outlet 120 for opening and closing the air outlet 120. When the drying module 500 is operated, the movable shutter 610 is controlled to be opened.
The places where the wrists are in contact, such as the circular arc-shaped groove 210 and the inner wall of the hand washing inlet 110 for a circle, are wrapped with soft materials, such as rubber materials, so that the wrists can be protected, and meanwhile, the antibacterial rubber materials are adopted, so that the breeding of bacteria is prevented, and the gloves are safe and sanitary.
To better avoid spillage of internal water, hand wash inlet 110 is elongated and vertical for vertical insertion of the palm. When disk 200 is rotated, hand washing inlet 110 may be shielded from the upper and lower portions of the wrist.
Further, the automatic cleaning device further comprises a hand sanitizer device 700, wherein the hand sanitizer device 700 is used for providing hand sanitizer for the cleaning module 300.
The automatic cleaning device is provided with a control panel 800, a touch screen or button mode is adopted, a control program is selected, one-hand or two-hand cleaning selection and various cleaning modes are carried out, such as cleaning with clear water, normal cleaning with liquid soap, multiple cleaning and water pressure increasing reinforced cleaning.
The invention also comprises a hand washing method using the automatic hand washing device, which comprises the following steps:
s100, receiving a hand washing mode instruction input by a user;
s200, after the hand of the user is detected to extend into the cleaning module 300, controlling the automatic adjusting device to adjust the hand washing inlet 110 to the proper size according to the detection pressure of the pressure sensor;
s300, controlling the cleaning module 300 to execute the input hand washing mode to carry out a cleaning process;
and S400, after the cleaning process is finished, controlling the automatic adjusting device to adjust the size of the hand washing inlet 110 to the maximum position.
In step S100, a hand washing mode command input by a user is received, and the hand washing mode is divided into a clean water washing mode, a normal washing mode in which a hand washing solution is added, a plurality of times of washing, and an enhanced washing mode in which a water pressure is increased. Further, a single-hand washing or double-hand washing mode may be set.
Further, after the automatic hand washing device is provided with the blow-drying module 500, after the cleaning process is finished, the blow-drying module 500 is controlled to work, and hands are automatically blown dry. The user can also manually control the operation of the drying module 500 according to the requirement.

9. The automated hand washing apparatus of any one of claims 1-5, further comprising a hand sanitizer apparatus for providing hand sanitizer to the cleaning module.
10. A method of washing hands, comprising an automated hand washing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, the method comprising:
receiving a hand washing mode instruction input by a user;
after the hand of the user is detected to extend into the cleaning module, the automatic adjusting device is controlled to be adjusted to the proper size of the hand washing inlet according to the detection pressure of the pressure sensor;
controlling a cleaning module to execute an input hand washing mode to perform a cleaning process;
and after the cleaning process is finished, controlling the automatic adjusting device to adjust the size of the hand washing inlet to the maximum position.
