Abstract

A high-temperature sealing distributor belongs to the technical field of domestic garbage recycling and solid waste treatment. The distributing device comprises a distributing mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a sealing mechanism. The material distribution mechanism adopts a motor reducer to drive a rotating shaft which extends into the pyrolysis gasification furnace. The lifting mechanism comprises a lifting table, a guide rod and a hydraulic oil cylinder, wherein a motor speed reducer is arranged on the lifting table, the guide rod is inserted into a guide hole of a guide seat on the top of the pyrolysis gasification furnace, and a plunger piston of the hydraulic oil cylinder is fixed on the lifting table. The sealing mechanism is arranged on the top of the pyrolysis gasifier through an upper fixing structure, a plurality of partition pads and elastic check rings matched with the rotating shaft in a sealing mode are arranged in the upper fixing structure and the lower fixing structure, a plurality of flexible seals matched with the rotating shaft in a sealing mode are arranged in the sealing seat, and a gland sleeved on the rotating shaft adjusts tightness of the flexible seals by means of nuts on the stud bolts. The distributor is driven by a motor, and is hydraulically lifted, and the sealing mechanism has good sealing performance.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a high-temperature sealing distributor, belonging to the technical field of recycling of household garbage and industrial solid wastes.
Background
At present, there are three main methods for garbage disposal: landfill treatment, incineration treatment and pyrolysis gasification treatment. The pyrolysis gasification treatment method has high resource utilization rate, and the generated heat is used for power generation and heating. The pyrolysis gasification treatment has the advantages of good reduction effect, more than 90% reduction of the volume of the residue after pyrolysis and more than 80% reduction of the weight.
The distributor is core equipment of a pyrolysis gasification furnace charging device, and distributes materials in the pyrolysis gasification furnace according to process requirements through a transmission device arranged on the top of the pyrolysis gasification furnace. The distributor is used as an important part of the pyrolysis gasifier and mainly plays a role in uniformly distributing materials.
Because the temperature in the pyrolysis gasification furnace is high in the operation process of the pyrolysis gasification furnace, the existing pyrolysis gasification furnace is not provided with a distributor which can contact high-temperature furnace burden, so that the phenomenon of uneven material layer is easy to generate in the operation process, and the production efficiency is reduced. The shaft sealing structure of the existing distributing device is problematic, so that the gas leakage phenomenon easily occurs in the axial and circumferential movement process of the moving shaft. In addition, the conventional shaft sealing structure cannot overcome the influence of high temperature on sealing filler, and cannot remove impurities such as tar adhered on the surface of a moving shaft, so that the stable operation of the pyrolysis gasifier cannot be ensured.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a high-temperature sealing distributing device. The distributor is driven by a motor, is hydraulically lifted, has good sealing performance and is uniformly distributed in the furnace.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the high-temperature sealing distributing device comprises a distributing mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a sealing mechanism, wherein the distributing mechanism adopts a motor reducer arranged on a lifting table to drive a rotating shaft extending into a pyrolysis gasification furnace, and the lower end of the rotating shaft is provided with a distributing plate; the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting table, guide rods and hydraulic cylinders, a motor reducer connected with a rotating shaft is arranged above the lifting table, the rotating shaft is connected with the motor reducer through universal joints, two guide rods are respectively arranged at two ends of the lifting table extending out of a pyrolysis gasifier shell, four guide seats are fixed on the top of the pyrolysis gasifier, the guide rods are inserted into guide holes of the guide seats, the guide rods are connected with the lifting table through loose joint bearings, the four guide rods are distributed on two sides of the pyrolysis gasifier, one hydraulic cylinder is respectively arranged at the middle position of the two guide rods at two ends of the lifting table, cylinder plungers of the hydraulic cylinders are fixed on the lifting table through first fixing nuts, and the lower ends of oil cylinder bodies of the hydraulic cylinders are hinged with ear plates fixed on ear plate seats at two sides of the pyrolysis gasifier shell; the sealing mechanism is arranged on the top of the pyrolysis gasifier through an upper fixing structure, a plurality of first partition pads are arranged in the upper fixing structure, a first elastic retainer ring which is in sealing fit with the outer cylindrical surface of the rotating shaft is arranged in each first partition pad, a sealing seat is fixed on the upper fixing structure through bolts, a plurality of flexible seals which are in sealing fit with the outer cylindrical surface of the rotating shaft are arranged in the sealing seat, a rigid retainer ring is arranged between the two flexible seals, two stud bolts are fixed on the upper fixing structure, and a gland sleeved on the rotating shaft presses the tightness of the flexible seals through nuts on the stud bolts; the lower fixing structure is provided with a plurality of second dividing pads, and each second dividing pad is provided with a second elastic retainer ring which is in sealing fit with the outer cylindrical surface of the rotating shaft.
The upper fixing structure is fixed on the top of the pyrolysis gasifier by bolts.
The guide rod is fixed on the lifting platform by adopting a second fixing nut.
The distributing plate adopts a structure with 2-4 plates circumferentially and uniformly distributed.

The lifting mechanism comprises a lifting table 5, guide rods 8 and hydraulic cylinders 7, wherein a motor reducer 6 connected with a rotating shaft 2 is arranged above the lifting table 5, the rotating shaft 2 is connected with the motor reducer 6 through universal joints 20, two guide rods 8 are respectively arranged at two ends of the lifting table 5 extending out of a shell of a pyrolysis gasifier 19, four guide seats 17 are fixed on the top of the pyrolysis gasifier 19, the guide rods 8 are inserted into guide holes of the guide seats 17, the guide rods 8 are connected with the lifting table 5 through loose joint bearings 21, the four guide rods 8 are distributed on two sides of the pyrolysis gasifier 19, hydraulic cylinders 7 are respectively arranged at the middle positions of the two guide rods 8 at two ends of the lifting table 5, cylinder plungers 7a of the hydraulic cylinders 7 are fixed on the lifting table 5 through first fixing nuts 7b, and the lower ends of oil cylinder bodies of the hydraulic cylinders 7 are hinged with lug plates 18a fixed on lug plate seats 18 on two side surfaces of the shell of the pyrolysis gasifier 19. The guide rod 8 is fixed on the lifting platform 5 by a second fixing nut 8 a. The distributing plate 1 adopts a structure with 3 plates circumferentially and uniformly distributed.
Fig. 4 and 5 show the structure of the sealing mechanism. The sealing mechanism is arranged on the top of the pyrolysis gasifier 19 through an upper fixing structure 9, three first division pads 10 are arranged in the upper fixing structure 9, each first division pad 10 is provided with a first elastic retainer ring 11 in sealing fit with the outer cylindrical surface of the rotating shaft 2, a sealing seat 14 is fixed on the upper fixing structure 9 through bolts, a plurality of flexible seals 13 in sealing fit with the outer cylindrical surface of the rotating shaft 2 are arranged in the sealing seat 14, a rigid retainer ring 12 is arranged between the two flexible seals 13, two stud bolts 15 are fixed on the upper fixing structure 9, a gland 16 sleeved on the rotating shaft 2 presses the tightness of the flexible seals 13 through nuts on the stud bolts 15, three second division pads 10a are arranged in the lower fixing structure 3, and each second division pad 10a is provided with a second elastic retainer ring 11a in sealing fit with the outer cylindrical surface of the rotating shaft 2. The upper fixing structure 9 is fixed on the top of the pyrolysis gasifier 19 using bolts.
By adopting the technical scheme, the distributor is driven by a motor, the hydraulic lifting is realized, the sealing mechanism adjusts the compaction degree between the partition pad and the elastic check ring as well as between the rigid check ring and the flexible seal through bolts, and the leakage of high-temperature combustible gas in the pyrolysis gasifier can be prevented when the rotating shaft of the distributor rotates and moves up and down; the uniform material distribution effect is achieved through the rotation of the material distribution plate. Tar and impurities on the surface of the rotating shaft can be scraped through the partition pad and the elastic retainer ring. The guide rod and the hydraulic oil cylinder are arranged on two sides of the pyrolysis gasification furnace, so that the space on the top of the pyrolysis gasification furnace is saved. A movable joint bearing is arranged between the guide rod and the lifting table, and a universal joint is arranged between the rotating shaft and the lifting table, so that the clamping resistance of the lifting of the rotating shaft and the abrasion during rotation are improved. Has the advantages of simple structure, reasonable arrangement, low manufacturing cost and the like.
