The meat food to be roasted is placed on the roasting net by a user, when the roasting box works to roast the meat food, grease generated by the meat food can permeate through the roasting net and drop into the oil collecting assembly below the roasting net, and the grease generated by the grease meat food is collected through the oil collecting assembly.
Specifically, the oil collecting assembly 42 includes an oil collecting plate 421 disposed on the baking net 41, the oil collecting plate 421 is detachably disposed in the heating chamber 11, an oil collecting port 4211 is disposed on the oil collecting plate 421, the oil collecting assembly 42 further includes an oil storage box 422 disposed below the oil collecting port 4211 and used for collecting oil, the oil storage box 422 is detachably disposed on the oil collecting plate 421, oil dripped from the baking net can be effectively collected through the oil collecting plate 421 and the oil storage box 422, in addition, the oil collecting plate 421 is detachably disposed in the heating chamber 11, a user can conveniently detach the oil collecting plate 421 from the heating chamber 11 after collecting the oil, so as to clean the oil collecting plate 421, and meanwhile, the oil storage box 422 is detachably disposed on the oil collecting plate 421, so that the user can conveniently detach the oil storage box 422 from the oil collecting plate 421, and the oil collected by the oil storage box 422 can be cleaned.
In order to effectively guide the grease dropped onto the oil collecting plate 421 into the oil storage box 422, the oil collecting plate 421 is provided with an oil guiding inclined plane 4212 for guiding the oil to the oil collecting port 4211.
In order to facilitate the installation of the baking net 41 on the oil collecting plate 421 and simultaneously form a certain space between the baking net and the oil collecting plate so as to enable grease to drop, the peripheral edge of the oil collecting plate 421 is provided with an oil collecting coaming 4213 extending upwards, and the top of the oil collecting coaming 4213 is provided with an installation sinking table 4214 for the installation of the baking net 41.
In order to facilitate the handling of the grill, the grill handle 411 is provided on the grill 41.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
hot gas cooling discharge: when the hot air in the oven is required to be discharged outwards, the first air suction device and the second air suction device are started, the first air suction device sucks the hot air in the heating chamber to the air suction box, and under the air suction effect of the second air suction device, the hot air in the air suction box sequentially passes through the air exchange box, the hot air conveying pipe, the exhaust guide piece, the exhaust mounting frame, the heat absorption cotton and the air suction mounting frame and is discharged outwards, and when the hot air passes through the hot air conveying pipe, the hot air conveying pipe is arranged in the cooling box containing cold water, the cold water in the cooling box can reduce the temperature of the hot air conveyed in the hot air conveying pipe, so that the temperature of the hot air discharged outwards is effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the temperature of the hot air discharged from the hot air conveying pipe can be further reduced through the heat absorption cotton, so that the temperature of the hot air discharged outwards is further reduced.
Hot gas flow in the heating chamber: when the oven is used for baking food, the heating piece heats air in the heating chamber to form hot air, the blowing device blows the hot air in the heating chamber to flow, the guide disc arranged on the air outlet side of the blowing device can form a rotational flow when rotating, the hot air blown by the blowing device passes through the air guide through grooves on the guide disc, the overall heating uniformity of the food is improved when the food is baked, the food is prevented from being partially baked into paste, in addition, the guide disc synchronously drives the air guide blades to rotate when rotating, so that the air guide blades push the hot air to form rotational flow through the second air inlets on the cover, and the flow uniformity of the hot air in the heating chamber is further enhanced, so that the overall heating uniformity of the food when the food is baked is further improved.
And (3) fixing a baking door: when the baking door is opened and is moved to a position vertical to the first side surface, the moving rod is fixedly connected with the first connecting part by moving the moving rod so as to fix the baking door, and the baking door is prevented from moving towards the closing direction under the action of external force such as wind force or collision so as to scald a user; when the baking door is covered, the moving rod is moved to enable the moving rod to be fixedly connected with the second connecting part so as to fix the baking door, and the baking door can be firmly covered on the oven.
Collecting redundant grease: the meat food to be roasted is placed on the roasting net by a user, when the roasting box works to roast the meat food, grease generated by the meat food can permeate through the roasting net and drop into the oil collecting plate below the roasting net, and the grease dropped onto the oil collecting plate flows to the oil collecting opening through the diversion inclined plane and drops into the oil storage box for recovery.
