As shown in fig. 3, the wireless base station device is a single chip microcomputer control device, and includes a main control MCU, a TFT display screen connected to a port of the main control MCU, a 433 wireless module, an ethernet interface chip, an RS232 interface chip, a switching value output interface, an operation key, an indicator light, and a charging circuit, where the ethernet interface chip is connected to an RJ45 interface, the RS232 interface chip is connected to an RS232 communication interface, an input end of the charging circuit is connected to an external power port, and an output end of the charging circuit is connected to a lithium battery.
The main control MCU in FIG. 3 adopts an STM32F107VC type processor based on ARM core, and has high processing speed and low power consumption.
The indicator light is a status indicator light for receiving 8 paths of wireless data.
The wireless base station apparatus supports an ethernet port, a serial port, a switching value protocol, and a third party (a race timing system) to transmit data.

The specific embodiment is as follows: as shown in fig. 6-10, the audio frequency graphs of 5 kinds of common referee whistles are respectively: five kinds of fox40, moltenoff, flying fish, moltenPro and fox Classic.
