performing interframe swing significant value calculation, pixel azimuth significant value calculation, interframe displacement significant value calculation and pixel density significant value calculation on the frame information acquired by the channel unified frame description to obtain an interframe swing significant value, a pixel azimuth significant value, an interframe displacement significant value and a pixel density significant value;
and calculating the obtained pixel density significant value, and obtaining an interframe swing significant value, a pixel azimuth significant value, an interframe displacement significant value and a pixel density significant value to perform self-adaptive weight adjustment to obtain a frame-by-frame significant distribution map of the target image.
6. The DSP-based image saliency analysis method of claim 5, characterized in that when detecting an illegal opening of a chassis of a video management system, erasing data and programs stored in the video management system.
7. The DSP-based image saliency analysis method of claim 5, wherein said fusing video information of infrared cameras and visible light video cameras further comprises,
respectively performing wavelet transformation on video information of the infrared camera and the visible light video camera to obtain multi-resolution representation of an infrared image and a visible light image;
performing data fusion processing on the images with the different resolutions to obtain fused multi-scale images;
and performing wavelet inverse transformation on the multi-scale image after image fusion to obtain a fused image.
